We had the best karaoke experience here with CEO Premier. The staffs are very well trained and giving their best customer service which I am really impressed with it. I bet the management really provides them with the proper training and they are really value their customer to the fullest. Thumbs up for all the staffs. The room are really spacious and comfortable enough for us to have our fun night. The price wise is really worth of money comparing to the service given, spacious room and accommodation, we just loved it! If you wish to come here, I would highly recommend you to do the booking in advance first.

Spacious, cheap during weekdays, hell even weekends, specifically happy hour. Book before 7pm to get the price. By far they have widest selection of songs. Sound system is amazing. Mic is proper. Room is breezy with dim lighting. In room toilet presents too. Volume can go as high as yourself. Great customer service too.

Nice place . They have a pool table in the karaoke room and the sound of the speaker are magnificent. The food also nice, affordable price. The room is so cosy. Give you all 5 start for this good services. Keep it up.👍👍

Tried this place on a Friday evening. First thing that was putt off was the parking RM20 for parking outside....no choice. Next thing was when walk to the counter RM78 per pax (RM58 for Neway members), sing from 6pm to 12am, but food not provided................only 2 drinks. Other places will give you buffet or at least a set meal. Third thing was when accommodated to the room (good friendly greetings), the place felt like a ktv/nightclub with the smell and the lights. The room had a bad after cigarette smell, which take away all the happy mood, event hough room was big and spacious. Had to pay extra for the meal... and it was below average

Booking auto cancel because I was not picking up your call for booking confirmation?! Come on, if you have such 'policy' please tell me up front when I do my booking. Nowadays we are not simply picking up 'stranger' calls. You may msg us earlier to confirm the booking. The Malay front desk lady attitude is so bad. The worst service among all the karaoke in KL. I will make this complaint to your HQ.
