Quite good security, you can't just enter this place without valid authorization. So, safety 9/10 The common area on the 7th floor is quite spacious, clean and green. The residents are all well behaved and not too loud mostly. Great condo for kids as well. Gym looks well equipped and is frequently in use, pools are always clean. Sweet little area for meditation and yoga. Lots of green field and otherwise for sessions like boxing, muaythai, etc. Sufficient parking space both in and outside of the condo. I had also lived here for a month and loved the layout of my house.

Everything is good except management and guard. Be prepared that you'll be assigned to 6th to 7th floor Carpark and can't even park at ground floor visitor for a 5 mins for any urgent issue. Same to move luggage or so, for any reason, they'll need you to park all the way back to your 6th or 7th floor. (And do expect that there will be no direct corridor to your block, you'll need to wait for lift or climb emergency exit stairs to reach your block) For any car that parks at visitor parking (Even that's empty and you're the owner), the guard will clamp your tyre for illegal parking. When you call management, they will ask you to fill up the form, apply and wait for the application process, pay a RM300-RM500 deposit. For a 5-10 minutes parking at your own residence for moving stuff. Highly recommend to think twice before make any big decision on house purchase.

Building looks nice from the outside, facilities look nice especially the swimming pool. However the lake from the balcony view ..could see alot of rubbish, low cost settlements, and the lake looked dirty as well with rubbish floating. Hopefully they can clean and improve the lake else don't think it's a good place to stay long. Also there is a rumahwip (low cost government scheme housing)- called Residensi Seri Wahyu (also under Mah Sing) next to lakeville residence which may affect the rental around this area. Very high density as well. Anyway the location is nice, near to jalan Kuching, city area, near to ktm and upcoming mrt2.

One star because of nice facilities. Why I rate this place one star because of worse management office. Slow and lousy management, not communicated well when there is an appointment set up with the resident. The chamber room was always stuck for few days. No proper notice and then fine people because of poor handling and communication. Information not properly being delivered. Misinformation by giving details about people infected by covid but actually was in different level and making people panic for nothing. Facility nice but because management slow swimming pool can't be use because of Managemnt lack of knowledge and slow.

The house is well designed and laid out. So you don't feel it's small. It's comfortable when I paid a visit to my daughter's house yesterday.

A very nice self contained residence although i found it a little claustrophobic. The apartments are a bit small and I'll wager that a substantial about of expenses go to the upkeep of the building. One has to navigate a lot of traffic to get there. Looks good as it is new but let's see what it looks like in 10 years or so. Security guards have not been trained well and their communication skills are lacking. Ah well. You get what you pay for.

Use the EV Charging station (by Chargesini) not bad that it has plenty of parking but average high power lost. 40kW station only able to charge 34kW. Unlike those station at Petronas are more efficient. Plus point is that they have kopitiam, can have some drinks and snacks while charging the EV

I worked there as security guard only two days. It is a multiple states building with six blocks, called "Tower ". There is a good swimming pool, a nice gym and a beautiful badminton court.
