I have found this clinic after googling a bit hence decided to give it a try. First time visiting, from the moment I stepped in, my first thought was, "this is how a clinic should be". Good hygiene, good ventilation and lightnings. And most importantly, super friendly nurse staff. I was told in advance over a phone to call earlier that Dr Chan may not be around but Dr Ng is available. Without hesitation, I proceed with that (afterall, it is my first time visiting). No regrets and I will definitely making this my family clinic from now on since I don't have one after moving to this community. Lastly, please don't deceive by the young and modern looking Doctor that is attending you. They are brilliant, from detail explanation to providing solutions.

Truly amazed by the consultation given by Dr Chan and his team. Starting from the front desk and to the Doctor, everyone gave me a warm calm vibe and friendly gesture although they're busy and packed throughout the day. I was truly skeptical and hesitated to share my issues with Dr Chan but he was truly understanding and certainly no any sort of judgments. He handled it professionally and gave me a great consultation accordingly. Furthermore, he kept up with my condition through WhatsApp with kind warm words. Certainly Dr Chan is my go to doctor from now on! If you're looking for a Doctor who is just not a Doctor but someone who can listen without judgments and passionate about helping others, then you should definitely visit this clinic and Dr Chan! Chye clinic and the team of doctors and staff really made me feel taken care of and comfortable. Everyone was friendly and as I was doing a screening; doctor explained everything to me clearly. The doctors will even follow up with you just to make sure everything is alright. Pricing was very reasonable. I'd highly recommend it to everyone! Only things is that the parking situation is a little tough but that's beyond their control.

First visits to doctors you haven’t visit before has always been a sceptical experience for some but Chye clinic has exceeded my expectations. The staff have been really helpful and Dr. Chan’s professionalism, knowledge and experience in the medical field made me feel reassured and confident during my consultation. I visited the clinic for my influenza vaccination. Service was fast with reasonable pricing at RM75 (cheaper than many other clinics in the vicinity). Nurse was attentive in person and even on the phone to answer queries. Queue numbers were given similar to that of a hospital, which managed the patients better. Overall I’m satisfied with the service given.

Dr Chan..... a God send angel to me I'll say. My years of knees pain reduced after visiting him yesterday and got treated. So glad i came across his page in Google. After spending so much💰 over the years, i spent one thousand plus yesterday for some jabs and today I got up pain free and feeling so so much better. Call or WhatsApp him before going he'll explain in detail.

Super slow , waited for almost 1hours ++ still in queue , check in at 12:55pm ,at 2:24pm still haven’t reach our turn , total spend 2 hours, they did mention the online queue system u can no need waited in the clinic , but suggest not to do this as the number can randomly skip from it . Example now is 50 next number will suddenly skip to 55 . Ps : for those who want to drop by this clinic either u accept can wait either u keep quite don’t give any reviews , as this clinic going to reply you “firmly+Friendly”, they accept your feedback but attitude will still remain the same 🤣🤣🤣 意见照收，态度照旧😂🤣 they said their consultations fees is the cheapest in the town , how confident is this 🤣

I have to say Dr.Chan is really a very responsible doctor, he will go through a thorough diagnosis long journey with the patient in order to find the root cause of my wife sickness, this is the best way to treat my wife. Appreciated so much.

Been visiting Clinic Chye since I was 6 y/o! Doctor Chan is especially friendly and helpful. He attended all my concerns with calm. They will even follow up with us by phone-call to ensure we are in good health.

The doctors here are very gentle and patient with their patients. I asked a lot of questions and they were willing to answer them one by one. It’s really good. The attitude of the staff is also very friendly. Highly recommended.

This staff is terrible. I stand infront of the reception, she don't even want to help and assist me to register for doc visit. Pls la, improve ur attitude and treat patients nicely. People walk in to your clinic to visit doc not to see your black face. Terrible attitude. No doubt, Dr chan is a good doc. He check and ask very details in treating patients.

Recommended by my close friend for the superior services. True enough, I went for some testings after first consultation thru Whatsapp. Dr Chan was attentive and friendly at my first visit. I feel so lucky to have found this clinic. Dr. Chang is an amazing doctor who's interested in his patients wellbeing above all. He sent me my results as soon as they were out even if it was evening, after closing hours and took time to guide me for my treatment. Never met a doctor who would do that! Been here twice -- Dr. Chan is the best GP I've met in my life. Even when he had a lot of patients, he was calm, patient and caring. He's obviously knowledgeable in general/family medicine, but what impressed me the most is his collaborative, holistic approach -- he works with other experts e.g. physio, therapist and gives context re: his prescriptions and treatments. I'm picky as hell and I did extensive online research before going ahead with Chye Clinic -- excited to report that it has been a delightful experience so far!

Dr. Chan and his team really made me feel comfortable with the PRP Stemcell procedure that was definitely painful but worth the 3 sessions as I have seen great improvement in mobility in my knees. The Doctor explained things well and followed up with me. I would definitely recommend this procedure for anyone experiencing joint pain such as Osteoarthritis or other joint pain as it has the possibility to delay or remove the need for surgery of course with Physio Therapy and exercise. Chye clinic also offers very good care for excellent and affordable prices. I am so happy to be feeling almost back to normal and healing well after my PRP Stemcell treatment. Thank you Dr. Chan.

I’ve found out this clinic through google and all I would like to say is that the doctor who I’ve consulted, Dr. Chan is very professional, experienced and super friendly. This clinic didn’t simply charge their patients and I think the fees are quite reasonable. Highly recommend this clinic if you’re staying at Kepong.

The doctors are friendly. Great service and hospitality overall. Even consults physically and virtually. Can always count on the doctors. They would explain the whole journey till you get a good understanding of whats going on. The price of the visit is affordable and your information are P&C. If youre busy. There was a long queue when I reached but the team was fast. Dr Chye was thorough with his observation and took his time to explain what types of medicine he will be giving me and kept a record of what I told him. The medicine he gave works well. And I had a speedy recovery. Only downside is the place is hard to find parking.
