Very big rooms

No fridge in room anymore, no coffee machine or water kettle anymore, just towel change. No beds are made or bedding changed anymore, unfriendly staff, and some other issues. Know the place for over 20 years and experienced all changes of operating companies, but Taste bring this place down! 2 stars only for the big rooms and nice bathrooms. Just hope for the next managing company change, it can be only better! Sad to write this experience down!

Room, environment and breakfast was nice. Taste Hotel could do better with the facility they already have to put on a simple 2 type dinner menu.

Really pleasant hotel. Very friendly staff, most of whom spoke good english. Clean and modern. Really spacious room with large bed and good facilities. Lots of parking. Ten minutes walk into the centre of Kulmbach. Would definitely stay again. Food wasn't great - we chose the the Kultur Pur option we gave us an evening meal (and four bottles of excellent local beer in the room on arrival!). The meal is a fixed menu and wasn't very exciting. You'd be better off skipping the food and just sitting outside with the local beers from the bar.

No food in hotel outside of breakfast, no bar, single pillow and single duvet on double bed. Corridors so dark ihad to use my phone to find my way. But clean with friendly staff.

it's a good place. I was there two or three times and have vivid recollection. I'll be there again. The beer of Kulmbach is perfect. My favorite is Huppendorfer, but it's not offered in the hotel. :)

The rooms are well equiped, they are comfortable and cozy. I think the prices are a bit high.

Really good, but the beds was really hard and the personnel smoked indoors. So that brings down the stars to three. :)

Basic hotel ok for work stay overs. Needs updating. Breakfast ok usual selection.

My room 030 is located very far from other rooms and like 3 steps only next to the external cafe. From 4pm to 8pm the cafe is too noisy with the customers so do my rooms. Despite there are other room which is available they provided us room very far, and noisy! We cant sleep either focus on our work. They know, this is for working trip! Very stingy facilities, No iron, no air-conditioning despite hot summer, no towel changing. Not friendly to the international customer. Price also not cheap too
