Ich hatte direkt daneben einen Roller Unfall und kam so zur Clinic. Mir wurde sofort geholfen. Es gab auch jemanden der für mich ins Englische übersetzt hat. Zudem war Naya, Nurse, sehr gründlich und vorsorglich. Meine Wunde am Fuß musste mit 3 Stichen genäht werden. Ich kam ebenfalls zur Nachsorge dorthin. Preislich war es ebenfalls voll okay! Habe gute Medikamente und Produkte bekommen. Zum Schluss auch nochmal via WhatsApp wundkontrolle aus Bali machen dürfen. Sehr sehr hilfsbereit!!! Sage gern nächstes mal nochmal hallo - aber ohne Wunde ;) Plus: sie haben mir für Versicherung etc alle Dokumente ausstellen können Danke danke danke

The clinic is clean, efficient and conveniently located in the main streets. I came here for divers ear and the staff were really friendly, speak perfect English and gave me some drops and antibiotics.

Kann’s garnicht stark genug empfehlen. Falls ihr krank seid, unbedingt hier her!!! Ich konnte kaum laufen wegen Bali Belly, um 4 nachts sind die Ärzte extra zu mir ins Hotel und haben mir geholfen. Auch am Folgetag sind sie in regelmäßigen Abständen vorbei gekommen um nach mir zu sehen und mir Medikamente zu geben. Absolute 10/10 Empfehlung, hab mich super gut aufgehoben gefühlt! :) Danke!

The prices are insanely expensive. No way that’s even close to local prices. I found another pharmacy nearby (blue island pharmacy) that took 60-70% less for all the stuff I needed. The prices Mandalika Clinic (Pharmacy) wanted to charge me were actually WAY more expensive than western prices. Same goes for any treatment I asked for - at least 2x the price I found in other places

I went there today because of Bali Belly and they helped me so much, termia kasih! 🙏 It‘s a very friendly and competent praxis - and especially as travelling solo - I felt like a whole family takes care of me, they were so nice. And it’s a very nice feeling when you feel so bad. So thank you again, cannot recommend it more. ☺️

I had a scooter accident just outside my hostel and a kind lady took me here. Had to get stitches on my foot and several wounds cleaned and bandaged. The service was quick and professional. I was also prescribed painkillers and antibiotics, with the price coming down to 1.2 mil. Coming from the US, an ER visit like this would’ve screwed me over, so I think the price was more than fair.

Aufgrund einer Blasenentzündung und Schmerzen in der Niere habe ich die Clinic aufgesucht. Die Mädls vor Ort waren alle sehr herzlich und um mich bemüht. Die Laborwerte der Blutentnahme waren nach ca. 1 Stunde da. Kontakt via WhatsApp hat super funktioniert. Ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Vielen Dank dafür!

Vor meinem Hotel habe ich mir den Ständer eines Rollers so unglücklich über meinen Zeh gezogen, dass mein Nagel aus dem Nagelbett hing. Das Hotel rief die Klinik an und zwei Ärzte kamen wenige Minuten später. Sie desinfizierten die Wunde und berieten mich dahingehend, dass sie den Nagel entfernen müssen. Unter Betäubung (2 Spritzen) entfernten sie den Zehnagel und verbanden ihn. Drei Tage später war ich vor Ort in der Klinik und ließ mir die Wunde säubern und neu verbinden. Trotz großer Schmerzen (und ungehaltener Flüche vor Schmerz meinerseits) waren alle Krankenschwestern und Ärzte sehr freundlich und redeten mir gut zu. Sie berieten mich jederzeit geduldig. Die Behandlung war professionell und sauber. Die Wunde wurde desinfiziert, mit Jod und einer antibakteriellen Salbe bestrichen und verbunden. Außerdem wurden mir Antibiotika und Schmerzmittel gegeben. Es arbeiten dort sehr nette, vertrauenswürdige Leute. Mir wurde auch ein Arztreport ausgestellt. Vielen Dank für eure Geduld und Freundlichkeit. So fühlt man sich gleich besser! :-)
