Had the chicken sate with lontong, yummy and perfectly grilled. Wish there was more sauce. My partner had the roasted beef but turned out to be cold cuts and served with toasts. Nice but not quite enough as a main. The place is cosy, staff are friendly and attentive but could get a little noisy from the traffic in front. Would return to try other dishes. ;)

One of my favorite place, nostalgic. Banana pancake with honey dressing is the best. A must visit place if traveling to Bali. Staffs are helpful, price is very reasonable, place is quiet small compare than Made Warung Seminyak.

I had first meal in Bali over here. Lovely place which is pretty popular among tourists since it is on the main road and prices are not that high. I had a nice Bak So and they added a filtered water for 8000 Idr. A great way to reduce plastic bottle consumption. The food was really nice.

Came for lunch on a quiet weekday noon and service was attentive and friendly. I ordered the Nasi Campur Ayam To Too, which was spicy for me and a delicious one albeit being pricey at IDR90k. Balinese Coffee was bad, it was ashy and not filtered properly, I felt like I was drinking cigarette water and stopped after a sip.

Surprisingily taste better than I imagine. Actually the mix veggie taste more like pecel than gado², but still it was good. Even the mixed rice is simple yet delicious. Recommended food around Kuta

Had a delicious lunch at Mades Warung today. We got the beef rendang served with chips. Beer is cold and cheap and the fans keep the area cool

We had dinner at around 8.15pm.The food was absolutely amazing, we had the Nasi Campur Ayam To Too and the sate babi. When we requested for extra spicy food, they gave us some of the best sambal we've ever had. The staff were very friendly and made us feel at home too. The restaurant atmosphere was very rustic while still being modern, and really evoked the Balinese spirit. Had a wonderful evening, hope to come back again some time.

We were here 3 times, really liked this place. Nice staff and good food. Even though I don't like spicy food that much, I ate everything on this plate because it was sooo yummy! Tasty icecream and brownie as well

Sadly this restaurant is quite empty due to covid19 eventhough their taste of food is great and the hospitality of their staff is good. Located at the main of kuta st makes the acces to this place is easy.

Friendly staff, . Made’s Warung offers a myriad of options. Hard to single out the best food on their menu.Tried their ayam bertutu, nasi campur babi guling, gado-gado and satay. Awesome herb and spicy sambal pastes. The babi guling dish had sliced meat, satay, caramelized crackling and crispy intestines. The ayam bertutu was a succulent feast with the meat easily separated from bones. Lovely restaurant with a relaxed ambience paired with good food and drinks.

Been here for decades and the food has never failed us. The Nasi Babi Guling and the Nasi Bebek Toto is still to die for. And of course the Soup Buntut is a must have. Highly recommended.

A great little experience of traditional Balinese food in a beautiful environment The intensity of Balinese flavours is something that I love, and this place delivers in full. We loved the food and the approachability of the staff Great, affordable eats - definitely a good place for lunch at an affordable price

The staff was super friendly. The offered to substitute the bacon on my cesar salad with egg which was very appreciated. They also let me try the mm cocktail before I decided which one I wanted. So happy because I picked a different one then I was originally going to pick. I enjoyed the cesar salad. My partner got the half nasi goreng and half gado gado. He thought it was a great dish and a lot of food. The gado gado had a peanut sauce he enjoyed and the nasi goreng had a mix of shrimp and pork. Very pleasant meal overall.

Delicious food, cold beer, and very kind staff. Nasicampur special awesome, mee goreng as well but if you like spicy food ask for spicy condiment.

The best place to have balinese meals! They have selections of international and Balinese food and has lots of seats inside! Iconic restaurant 👍👍👍 100% recommended when you are in kuta or seminyak! I ordered Nasi Campur special (rice dish with a lot of condiments such as chicken, egg, tempeh, various vegetable dish and sambal) perfect food for a day :))

Even after the pandemic kills Bali's tourism, and Kuta looks like a graveyard compared to what it used to be, this place keeps the quality ON! The food's great, the service even more. And this dish is satisfying in every way.

We went here for a suggested short stop. Surprisigly the foot was awesome. One of the best nasi campur so far. Also the mi goreng was tasty. The warung has a great architecture, very friendly staff and okay prices. So come here 🙏

Great local Balinese and Indonesian food! Don't miss the pork sate (barbecue meat), beef rendang (beef stew in spicy sauce), nasi campur ayam (rice with chicken and veg) and gado gado (peanut sauce tofu salad) !

Taste is good, with considerably popular variety of traditional and western menu. Price is reasonable. Cozy place and already popular since the good old days. Not suitable for muslims as they are not halal served food. Last order 11pm, closed 12am. Located strategically in the center of kuta tourist area.

I think all the foods here are great. I once visited here when in 2004 and I think everything is still same, even the price. For Indonesian people the price quite expensive but the portion is big. The taste for traditional food is quite authentic. The western food, the soup and sate lilit also great. All the waiter and waitress are superb. They're always smile and kind. Here I give you the pictures : Nasi Campur Ayam Totoo (read as Ayam Betutu), Sate Lilit, Nasi Goreng a la Made, and Spaghetti Tuna, also Chilli Crab Soup. I'm full and happy

A historic restaurant where one can find a variety of indigenous Balinese cuisines in its pure form. The waitresses are very cute and smiling. The taste of the food are also good. Old photographs put up on the walls of the restaurant which tells the story of the place gives another taste. There was also a framed picture of the President of Indonesia visiting this place in December, 2017. If you want a taste of Balinese food n history, visit Made's Warung, Legian.

Still the best after 30 years since I last visit. Food is very tasty and traditional. The interiors hasn't changed much and retains its original charm. Service is friendly and food is inexpensive. Will come again whenever in Bali!

We arrived 15' before closing time from the airport, really hungry. One of the staff lady was kind enough to let us in and promised to give us more time to finish our meals. The service was outstanding and friendly. Food was great as well, everything tasted fresh and flavorful, although I don't have enough experience to comment on the "authenticity" :) Overall we have had a great dinner at this place, highly recommend!

😐 Eat before 7pm, or make a booking/reservation.... Laota is popular with locals. Big venue can accommodate large groups or small party. Not enough menus, or staff are to busy to give a menu, or there is a system and menus can only be given by allocated staff. Ordered a bockchoi is oyster sauce.... on...
