It's the service that sets this restaurant apart, especially Novan who offered so many specially made items. He has developed things that I hadn't seen offered at the breakfast buffet and we tried many new things including crepes with Nutella. Once he learned that I enjoyed dragon fruit, it was brought to my table every day. In general, it's a great buffet, when the attention of all the staff, it's a very enjoyable experience. We had an amazing lunch at the laguna. All of our dishes were fantastic. The service is also wonderful.

We had breakfast everyday for our 5 day stay and 1 day for dinner. Food variety at the restaurant in the morning is excellent especially the fresh salad vegetables, Indian food and pastries . Special compliments to A. Gus P, Novan and Tya for their excellent service, making us feel welcome for our whole stay there. We will come back again because of them. Suggestion for the food offerings : 1. Translation the Indonesian names to English because non locals won’t understand what the food means 2. It’s great that there are many kinds of sambals, but I’d prefer to know which is spicy and which is less spicy or non spicy. So if it can be rated or arranged according to spiciness it will be nice. 3. Babi guling has a nice crispy skin and tender meat. But I couldn’t help but smell the strong porky smell if it wasn’t eaten with Sambal 4. Maki rolls need to have less rice and more fillings.

I’m generally not much of a buffet lover but the one at Banyubiru is well worth it. Friendly attentative staff included

The dinner buffet was terrific. Great selection of food and dessert (including icecream, macarons and a chocolate fountain). Staff were friendly and accommodating. Price was good considering the whole experience 😊

We enjoyed a great lunch and received excellent service. Especially for my sister-in-law who got a birthday surprise from them. The most beautiful thing she got while on vacation to Bali.

We stayed at the Laguna for 5 nights and had easy access to the cafe. The quality of the food, coupled with a mix of local cuisine to accommodate an international pallet, did not disappoint us at all. Normally, we will get sick of hotel food after 2 days but this is another level. Everyday was a different set of dishes. 🥗🌮🍜 Plus, the level of service and professionalism provided by the welcoming staff members is impeccable. Exceeded our expectations. Cannot recommend a better place!

We came for the sunday brunch, and were a bit disappointed with the food. The place is gorgeous but the food is average with not much choice and only asian food, poor vegetarian options, and the dessert are lacking finesse. For a 4-5 hotel food is really below average.

We had breakfast here almost every morning and without a doubt we were always very happy, the food is great with lots of choices, the staff is wonderful they make you feel at home, a special thank you to Ade he made coming here very special for us what a guy he is, Thank Banyubiru restaurant 😊

The buffet restaurant here is excellent. Breakfast was fantastic, and the dinner buffet on Friday was everything for Indonesian and Balinese cuisine, from Babi Gulling to grilled/steamed Prawn. Recommended for all!

My husband and I dined at Banyubiru for breakfast while we stayed in Nusa Dua. The staff was very friendly and attentive, always ensuring we had a cappucino and offering to get us another as soon as we finished. They made an effort to remember our names and would ask us our plans for the day. On our last day, the manager Tya, had a nice set up outside for just us - complete with linens and flowers! It was such a beautiful gesture, we were treated wonderfully and we can't wait to return to Bali. We were able to order off the menu as well as the buffett. Both were delicious, but ordering a traditional Balinese/Indonesian breakfast (Nasi Goreng) off the menu was our preference.

Buffet Breakfast is of good quality with extensive food selections & good flavours on offer. 4.5 stars for that. Buffet dinner somewhat of a let down. seafood not particularly fresh - prawns had black heads. Beef dishes tough & chewy. In general somewhat lack lustre on flavour on far too many dishes. Expected more. 3 to 3.5 stars for buffet dinner.
