Absolutely superb. Deliciously cooked fresh seafood. The restaurant isn’t in the most obvious location but it is definitely worth the effort finding it. You are greeted by the very friendly and helpful staff who will happily take the time to describe the menu and show you the fresh seafood in the clean and well filtered tanks. As with many of the seafood restaurants around here, given the proximity to the sea and the freshness of the food is that a lot is sold by weight (usually per 100g) at the current market price. What I particularly liked was that the owner advised us on the quantity of such dishes, showing us how many giant mantis prawns, for example, we would get. He then worked out the cost so we knew exactly what we were getting and how much it would cost so there would be no unpleasant surprise when the bill arrived. I really appreciated this transparency. We needn’t have worried as the food was extremely reasonable given the quality. It was absolutely delicious. From oysters to prawns to crayfish to shrimps they were all cooked beautifully. One stand out was a grouper fish that was just superb. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough. It was excellent. Ignore the location and enjoy the beautifully cooked food.

Decided to try and come here for lunch since the reviews are great. Staffs are very nice and friendly. The reason for 2 stars because it took such a long time for the food to come out. Yes, the waitress told us that the grilled fish will take longer time so we ordered that first so they can prepare it first before proceeding to order for another two dishes of scrambled vegetables eggs and fried chicken. It was only us, one table, for the lunch time in the restaurant and we waited for more than 30 minutes until the eggs came out and waited and waited again for the next orders (we put an exception for the fish since the waitress told us it’d be longer for fish, but for the egg and chicken? Does it have to be that long?) Hungry stomach 😅 restroom is dirty and smelly and got bitten by mosquitos too while waiting and eating. We ended up having the fish for takeaway since it’s not yet served (which was already more than an hour later) until we finished all of our food/meal.

Oh my god, can I just say the quality of the food here is mind-blowing? The freshness of the seafood combined with the chef’s brilliant cooking techniques just draw the sweetness out of the seafood in such an amazing way! It has to be a must-visit restaurant while you are in town!!! I can’t recommend it enough!! My favourite dish is the steamed geoduck, which is to die for!!!

One of the best places I’ve been to and definitely a must visit destination in Bali. The staff were extremely welcoming and made me feel right at home. Not only did the food come out in a timely manner, but every single dish was delicious and full of flavor. The price was more than fair and I can certainly see myself coming back again. The highlights of my dinner would have to be the crawfish and the oysters. They have many selections for seafood and the owners makes sure that you’re enjoying the food and welcomes feedback. If I could, I would give this place more than 5 stars.

This place is a gem! Great atmosphere and awesome food! We found this place for a crayfish feast but found ALL the dishes absolutely delicious. The mantis shrimp and elephant clams are a must try! We pre-ordered the coconut chicken soup on our second visit (requires minimum half a day notice) but was definitely worth the time and wait. Great atmosphere with a pre-modern chinese vibe. They have 2 huge ponds where the prawns, mantis shrimp, crayfish are and a few glass water tanks where you can select your fish, lobster etc. The owners are super friendly and will take care of you. Their fury friend (a white little dog) is super cute and loves being pet, she will leave you smiling ear to ear. They also own a 70 year old pet turtle inside a section of the pond which we were lucky enough to see swim majestically out into the open.

Omg. This is one of the best chinese style seafood restaurant in my whole life! I've been try lots of different chinese restaurant but this is the one... the fried fish with sweet and source is amazing crisp with tender meat inside. Squids are so fresh and tasty. Vegi.. forget the name but this one is also amazing but little fusion style! Anyway, so recommend to visit here! Btw, crab is delicious but other foods are so good so XD

Chanced upon this place by chance being around Kuta, restaurant is slightly away from the main road. Fresh Quality live seafood at reasonable prices. Mainly Chinese styled preparations. We did over order for 2 pax tho. There's a grill style set which would require ordering a day in advance. If fresh seafood is your thing, u should least drop by once if ure in the area.

The best fried rice and probably the best Chinese food I've had in my life! Everything was delicious: the fried rice, the beef sautéed, the fried chicken, the crabfish, the mango smoothie. Good price. Friendly staff. I highly recommend!

I walked in and made a reservation for dinner which was a few hours later. Food was ready by reservation time, staff was very polite and friendly. The atmosphere was nice and quiet. The path leading to the restaurant looks a bit sketch but once you see the actual place all is well. I ordered a fish plate set with some oysters and was not disappointed. Will definitely come back when I'm in Bali again!

Finally found a new AUTHENTIC chinese~seafood restaurant in Bali! They serve fresh/live seafood at an affordable price I might say (since they only use great ingredients) 👌🏻 The staff is very helpful & friendly, with 5-star service!! I ordered; Crayfish 麻辣醬 Steamed Grouper Steamed Elephants Clamp with garlic The taste is just PERFECT!

Went here for lunch on Sunday. The place was quiet, not busy at all. It is open air with fans so it can get sweaty. Ordered the clams in garlic salt which was really good. Salt and pepper squid was ok, a bit too dry for my taste. The sweet and sour fish was cooked nicely decorated and tasted good. I also had seafood fried rice which was also tasty. The service was friendly and food was served quickly.

The food here is absolutely amazing! The garlic clam is very fragrant, the steamed grouper is exceptional! Mala crayfish is cooked to perfection. Very satisfied with the service. Easily my new favourite seafood restaurant. Definitely will come back and will recommend to friends!

Great dinner here! Highly recommend. We went as a big group of 10 and the staff were super nice, big portions and prices excellent. Loved the clams in garlic sauce. We loved it so much we’re going back again tonight. Kids particularly loved the “fun fishing” in the pond!

Our best meal in Bali! The live seafood were perfectly cooked in Chinese style. Even the veggy was so good, so flavorful. We found Indonesian cuisine tend to be salty for us and we were so glad to find this restaurant!

Their service is impeccable by friendly smiling staffs. Ambience is so cool and relaxing. For those who's game enough to get a feel of catching freshwater prawns, can give a try. Didn't get a chance to order the crabs(will be too much), since only my wife and I. We'll definitely come back again soon for the crabs and other dishes. 😍

Good dining experience as we are the only guests for lunch today. The pi pi shrimp is more than great! Must try the female one at this season! Lobster is fine. But the lobster (sgd 60)is worth the 2 pi pi shrimp, so next time I would rather order all pi pi shrimp 😄 The Chinese dish and fried rice is so so. Seafood is great.

Stumbled upon this hidden gem in Kuta. What an experience! Delicious food, but that’s not unusual in Bali. What stands out is the atmosphere, service and choices. Fresh oysters, lobsters, fish, squid and so much more. Absolutely loved it!

The owner of the restaurant gave very good recommendation on the choice of fish and is passionate about F&B. The food is awesome and very worth it! We went with the steam seafood which include a 400g wild grouper and baby lobster which is full of meat.

Came here because of the good reviews & its nearby the airport. We dined here on December 26, around 16.30 PM where it’s not a hectic time for most restaurants. There were only 2 other tables occupied during our visit. We ordered our food right away as we were hungry. We ordered Steamed Fish, Crayfish, Raw Oysters, Scallop & Sauteed Veggies. After 30 minutes, the first dish arrived on our table was the Veggies. And there’s nothing else coming to our table. Since we’re really starving, we ate the veggies as our “appetizer”—so pathetic. Then we noticed its been 45 minutes since we placed our order. We checked to the staff and they were… shocked? We’re also shocked to see their reaction. We figured out that our food has not been processed, they somehow SKIPPED all of seafood we ordered. They asked us to wait as they just STARTED to prepare our food. The worst part is, we noticed the staffs were confused about the table numbers. We watched them debating about which table is which, one of them taught the other staffs HOW TO NUMBER THE TABLES. So chaotic. Maybe my orders got mixed to other tables? We never know. Because they were too chaotic in handling our order, the food start to come to our table in a very messed order. The “main course”, Crayfish & Steamed Fish haven’t arrived yet. The staff keep coming to our table to give false hope, as they promised the main course will arrive in 2 minutes, yet we waited more than that. I can remember we started eating around 17.30, meaning it’s 1hour after we placed the order. We’ve lost our appetite so the food wasn’t enjoyable at all. There’s no other gesture from the restaurant other than saying sorry. Such an awful way to close our Bali trip. We wont come back here for sure! Update: 3 of us that consumed the fresh oyster got food poisoning, from mild to severe. Better don’t serve it if you can’t handle the oyster well. Its been 4 days and I haven’t recovered from this.

Superb food that is wonderfully cooked to bring out the full flavor. Great service, Cynthia is the best. Not only you get super delicious food, you also get personal recommendations from the owner, super friendly guy and very considerate, about the food and places to visit in Bali. Wonderful experience overall!

from my 1 weeks trip in Bali this is the "hidden gem" i found as the word "hidden", the location is hidden from the outer street maybe because of that the place is not crowded, at least when i dine in there when having a lunch i go in from "by pass ngurah rai road" through Lavender Villa and Spa, passing from the left side, through the bridge, then you'll see the restaurant at the left side got parking space just outside of the restaurant, so it's safe to go by car the inside is big and can accomodate a lot of guest the seafood is fresh, and the food cooked is good the price is cheap and reasonable, compared to other seafood restaurant in bali, when take in "freshness and the deliciousness of the dish" in cosideration they have the "BIG CRAB" which regretable i didn't order haha the staff is also nice and friendly definitely be back here next time i'm in bali

The restaurant owner and staff were all friendly! I really recommend the fish dish, and I want to try the crab dish next time :) Personally, I like Chinese food, so I liked the shrimp dish. However, the shrimp were a little smaller than I thought haha. I will go back next time☺️
