Unfortunately I complained about the AC not working 3 times and I asked for another room with a working AC. Needless to say, I was not accommodated and could not sleep with the heat. Disappointing.

It is a cozy hotel located by the lake. Even though we arrived late at night, the front desk staff greeted us with smiles and a friendly attitude. It made us feel very safe. At breakfast, they served juice upon request of our children. As a result, all of their services made us feel relaxed. We sincerely thank them.

We had two rooms and in both of them was terrible cigarettes smell. It was waking me up at night and I was counting hours to leave this place. Disgusting.

Really bad hotel, should stop that and only do food. We stayed for one night at Kronos. We were three adults and two children. We reserved two rooms, but when we arrived, there was a problem with our reservation and we had to change everything. The staff was unfriendly and did not really want to help us. The rooms were deeply smoked in, and no chance to change rooms. Guests could not walk indoors between the hitel reception and the restaurant, since the staff did not want to show the way through the hotel. Dinner was really good and well spent money. Breakfast was great, friendly staff, and a great selection of items on breakfast. At checkout, the staff was really unfriendly, and accusing guests of stealing. Please avoid this hotel. Go showhere else.

I had my wedding ceremony in this hotel , I loved the view & the services it was an unforgettable night for all the guests. The food was good except that the rice got bad while serving it some of the guests had Gastroenteritis . Rooms are very small . Location & view were really nice . Recommended for families with kids
