Excellent place and choice for body building and Cardio. Polite crowds. Usually peak times between 4-8 pm. Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful management and staff.

Good Location if you live around, 24 hour open, but very crowded during afternoon until 10 pm

One of the best clean & tidy gyms that open 24/7. However, it’s usually too crowded. There must be some subscription limits to bear the capacity of folks working out or another VIP gym should be established 😎. I’m done with all these fleshes 😖. Also, staff’s not really helpful & smiley unless they’re requested to be PTs 😏.

From my opinion its the best men gym in kuwait, very big, has a preyer room and every floor has a toilets and showers, has diet restaurant, many stores inside, entertainments sports, all machines for your workout is available, has a martial arts court, squash court, crossfit court, and lot of things.

My favourite gyM, Has everything you need as a trainee, machines ballroom, weight/powerlifting gym, judo/boxing area, table tennis, pool table, cross fit rooms/sessions for free after you sign up for membership, spa, sports shop/trolly/fitness shop a spa and indoor swimming pools equipped with sona, steam room, showers, lockers and jekuzi. Overall its a superb place.

Your faithful large gyms where you can just put on headphones and interact with no one while you work out. Two pools, a jacuzzi and I think some table games on the top floor.

In terms of equipment, it’s great. Though it’s quite pricey compared to gyms abroad. The trainers are also very friendly and helpful. There are certain simple fixes they could do that would drastically improve the experience: 1. The entry and exit fingerprint system is way too slow, often fails, and causes quite a congestion. 2. Why do the clients use the hairdryer to dry literally every body part other than the hair? They did place a sign saying not to do that, but it is clearly not working. 3. I know this is a long shot: but can we have a Platinum branch for both men and women? Please? Overall, I’m a satisfied customer.
