A decent hotel with a lot of facilities which are still in great condition as the hotel is still quite new. The environment is really lovely and this place is sort of secluded. Really like it and would recommend it. The staff seem trained and are quite courteous.

It is quite a beautiful hotel and also quite affordable, however, it isn't very clean. The windows were very Dusty and the toilet and bathroom wasn't also very clean. The hotel wifi didn't work too and the restaurant took quite some time to deliver the food we ordered while we were lodged there. I believe it has the potential to do more if they just maintained it a little better.

Good structure, ambience is terrific. Location is excellent. Gym is great in good condition with brand new equipment. Pool is great, with good bar services. They could have done more on detailed finishing, someone did a very bad job. Staff need reorientation and training. Receptionist's are a disaster. Food is not impressive. Overall improvement needed.

Went for a lunch meeting, most of the food on the menu was unavailable at "lunch hour", the restaurant was hot ac wasn't working was later ushered to the outside terrace, It was beautiful so compensated for the restaurant the food came 45mins later and it wasn't really worth the wait. But the portions of the meal served were large. And staff were polite and friendly

I will not recommend this place to anyone. Horrible service. Only one guy, the attendant that carries the luggages, was truly on top of his game. The pool is locked to everyone, even to residents in the hotel. So if you want to swim you have wait till the pool attendant arrives. The rooms had no towels. Items for tea but no mug. Called all the extensions listed including that of the manager, no response. Lousy service. Staff clearly need a reorientation.

The hotel is large, lots of rooms and a fine reception but I believe they can do better in terms of general maintenance of their facilities. With the right uplift and a better maintenance culture, the hotel would undoubtedly be among the best in KD because they have almost all it takes to reach that standard. I hope next time I visit, it will be a better story.

Regardless of the room grade the service is the same. First the TV is scrambled and you can hardly see what you're watching. That's no fun. Second, the hotel is stingy with towels, just 1 towel in the room. so if you lodge with your family, you all will get to share 1 towel. Furthermore, no bathtub, no toothpaste, no shampoo, no lotion, no oil, no nothing. Just a very tiny soap for hand wash I guess and a tissue roll. Better be sure to carry your own toiletries. The food was nice and timely, the bar didn't hv many drinks but there prices were fair. The environment is neat and quiet, there's security too. For now, 2 stars. I don't see why you can't give guests extra towels even when they are willing to pay for it.

Environment is fantastic. Front line services personnel need lots of improvement for better services. Restaurant services need more touches too. Generally the staff need reorientation for better services from the gate to reception to restaurant to house keeping.

Great place to stay on a budget. Nice rooms, friendly staff and it has a bit of a night life. The food is...ok but I enjoyed myself there. The only con was that my room had a small water issue, if you turned on the sink tap while in the shower, the water pressure would reduce. But all in all, I would stay there again without a second thought.

Very nice rooms, very hospitable staff and constant power supply.. Parking space can be a problem over the weekend especially on Saturdays. There should parking space preference for in house Guests. Entrance gate is by the left and makes collection of security gate uncomfortable and takes more time. Change the entry gate by right do that driver can easily collect the gate pass. Rooms are sold without house keeping clearance. I have, on many occasions, have to request for towel after checking in. Nice hotel, environment and very good staff. Yes, Yes, Yes for me.
