Not even into my first meal and a roach comes crawling across the table. The restroom is under construction with no warning otherwise. The food quality continuously lessens with every visit. I wanted to give the B rating a chance, hoping itll eventually get better. After today, I'm not gonna be coming back until something changes. Waiters are good and almost always friendly. Only had one sour waiter within the 4 years of coming here.

Very bad service and the cleanliness is bad. I have found hair on my sides (rice, rice paper and clean dishes) on serveral occasions. The customer service is bad. It use be a great place but for some reason the new waiters/waitress don't care about the service they are providing. I've taken my business elsewhere.

They recently relocated from their previous place on South and Norwalk, and I'm glad they did. It's a bigger and newer location with the same great quality food. It's still the best Korean BBQ I've ever had. I mainly come for their sides. Their mashed potatoes, bean sprouts, and mini cucumbers are very good. Don't forget to ask for radishes and kimchi.

I actually been here before when it use to be buffet but now it's a restuarant. So it was my first time in awhile being this area. The food is always good never complaint about it. The sevice is on and off because they keep avoiding eye contact when we offer something to say. We had some technical difficulties with our table and move to another table to cook our food. I might try another place that doesn't have too much people since they focus on other people who come in rather then people who want to order.

Pretty good BBQ - it can get very hot inside and there is no A/C or fan, so you may want to eat here outside of the peak temp outside. Default portion of meat is really big so you may want to ask for a 1/2 if you're trying multiple meats.

There's hand sanitizer at the front where you add your name to the waiting list. We waited 10-15 minutes before being seated on a weeknight. I recommend the Beef Belly and Brisket. One of the two is fattier than the other but both are delicious. You can request specific size portions but no guarantees you'll get what you requested. Good value for the price.

We came on a Monday night and it wasn't very busy. There is an all you can eat option for $18.99 for each adult. With drinks you spend $20-30 per person which is cheaper than some other Korean BBQ. They also give pretty big portions of meat compared to other places. Their marinated pork and beef were our favorites but their other options were pretty good as well. There are 8 meat options 2 of which are spicy. They also had some really great music there

Moved to this new location. More spacious and cleaner. Surprisingly, the food cost did not go up. Friendly owner.

Pretty good food, well managed, was clean and the service was good. If the meat is not cooked well, you only have yourself to blame... The meat was great quality from what I could tell, to match the cost I guess. Seems still has room to grow and improve it seems. They seem like the types willing to take feedback well.

Well! I was back again to this place after tried AYCE KBBQ in Arizona last a couple of days ago. This one was better with side dishes and meats. This place was always packed and people was usually waited at least 30-45’. Services here were excellent and prompt. Even this restaurant was small but it ran smoothly and could handle customers efficiently. The price of this place was cheap and reasonable compared to other places around the neighborhood. Loved it.

It was my first time eating here and probably best option in the area based on yelpers’ reviews. This place is pretty huge and has large parking spot. I picked $15.99 menu since it included everything i like and trust me i can go crazy for Korean BQQ yeahhhh very crazy especially AYCE. I had almost everything and they were actually pretty tasty, well marinated and tender. The only meat i couldn’t eat was bacon cos it was so chewy and tough. There was banchan buffet which i thought it was unnecessary and a little bit dirty. I would prefer it to be served on the table like other KBBQ places instead of coming back and forth between table and buffet area. Service was pretty attentive and fast. I definitely will be back when i’m in the area.

This is my first time eating here and it was great. Service was a little slow but not a killer. Gives you time to chat. Three people with rice and 1 soda each was $80 including tip.

This is the first place I tried KBB (in 2016) And I’ve tried other places and none compare. This is still my favorite. The price is reasonable and you get sides such as Rice paper Fish cake Bean sprouts Potato salad Green Salad Kimchi cucumber?(not sure on the name) I mention this because not all places offer these sides. And of course the meats I recommend the marinated spicy pork . Service has changed but it’s always a good time here. Drinks are canned soda and they serve you water as well a and for the drinkers they offer different kinds of beers on my recent visit 6/11/22 I saw other drinks as well e.g. Snapple. I believe it’s worth the wait as it can get busy. You can order to go too. I believe gratuity is included no matter your party size.

They move to a new location a lot bigger it’s still the best place to get all you can eat Korean barbecue I actually met Mr. Lee today with my family. He was very welcoming. The place is bigger me and my family had a good time. We all left Very happy and super full lol I give this place five stars, just because the food and the service was phenomenal this location and the last one are super clean but The service honestly is amazing they keep coming back every 5 minutes making sure if you need anything else (this place is worth it) Thank you so much Mr. Lee I will gladly be coming back again next week with my family.

Absolutely amazing customer service!! The staff is super friendly and very attentive. We had a fun conversation with Mike, whose family owns the restaurant. The food and Apple Mango Soju were delicious and we were even treated to some Christmas carols while we ate. Cozy spot for dinner, for sure. 10/10 would recommend.

This is my favorite kbbq restaurant! The meat is consistently good quality and all the sides taste great. They have good ventilation and the staff is attentive and quick to get you what you need! None of the other nearby kbbq restaurants can compete with this place!

Arrived at 7:39pm, waited ten minutes, the shop is not big, the business is very good, and I don’t eat meat very much, then it’s better to order one portion, and then order after eating, because there is leftover on the plate, there will be an additional charge, each serving The quantity is very large, there are a total of eight varieties, and the rest have to be paid extra. Indoor smoke exhaust is not very good, my eyes hurt from smoke, I think only fish cake is delicious

I've been coming to Mr. lees for more than 8 years. I say that because I can't remember how long it's been, it's probably more. Now coming to their new location, it still has that same amazing service, food and hospitality the original one had. With much more room and a very nice location, with more parking than the last one. I didn't think it could get better, but it has! The owner was here sitting guests himself and welcoming everyone to share in the joy of his new place! Needless to say, I love Mr. lees!!!! And I'll be coming here for 8 more years and 8 years after that and many more!

Mr. Lee's has always been good but it just got better with his new location. Food, service, and atmosphere is great in there. Price is super good too would highly recommend. Also the owner himself Mr. Lee is a very down to earth and humble person that cares about his customers!

It was so good 👍 very good customer service everything was clean grilled was changed before I even got to even tell him to clean it restrooms were very clean their bar was also clean nice and clean they refilled all the meet up before anybody said anything excellent customer service

Amazing food. Customer service was not as good as I thought it could be. The server we had was a bit unfriendly at worst. The restrooms were the biggest flags for me. They were dirty and there was no soap, only hand sanitizer, and the way the outlet is set up above the sink is a bit of a hazard.

Really good place that offers some good quality meats at a fair price. The place can get really busy sometimes to the point the table-to-waiter ratio can get a little out of hand. I noticed one table to our left not serviced for almost 20 minutes, and I'm talking no water or sides or anything😓.

  • 5/5 Victor R. 2 years ago on Google
Attentive servers who do not hesitate to approach your table for a quick grill change. Both the meat and side options are top notch.

They had a good selection of meats, salads and beers. I honestly would have given it a higher eating if it wasn't for the wierd layout of the place. A big part of Korean barbecue is privacy with your party booths or closed off sections are better. I did not like much having to share my table with other parties.

If you are looking for outstanding service and great food. This is the place to go. The food was delicious and amazing. The staff is friendly and welcoming. This is officially my favorite place to visit.

All you can eat korean bbq! Great food and many choices of meat. They have a buffet table where you can get soup and many other side dishes for the meat you’re grilling. Reasonable prices ranging from 15 to 20 dollars. Only downside in my opinion was when the bill came and the gratuity was already added unto it. What if the service was terrible? (It wasn’t. Service was good.) You would have no choice!? Overall it’s worth 4 stars in my opinion.

Never going back. My husband and I went back the other day since covid hit. Nothing like it used to be. First of all, super expensive to begin and the meat that is season had no taste. It was so much better before. Didn't really enjoy it. There are far better places than this one. Regret wasting our money here.

My favorite Korean BBQ! Nothing fancy, it's nothing to look at; but I'm not there to look around! The food is absolutely delicious, the service is often kind and somewhat prompt. Under normal conditions it's always packed with a wait time peak hours of at least 45 minutes. Now with capacity limits it's not as crowded and the wait is not as long; they are also taking reservations for parties of 5 or more. Just remember, they always include the tip/gratuity in your bill keep that it mind if you don't want to double tip!!

Horrible . rude... they totally screw you over the waitresses did not explain the menu and we ended up paying sooo much and when I asked to get my food to go since I was charged for it separately from the ayce they said that it did not matter that I was not able to take my food home even though I had paid for it ...will not be returning to this place ever again....

My go-to kbbq place! Food is amazing, servers are always very attentive. And even though there's usually a wait-list, it never takes too long to get inside. But definitely worth the wait
