Great service. Went there multiple times to exchange things I bought. No issues at all. The lovely ladies there also helped me figure out how to properly install the harness I bought. Go there if you want great service.

Finally a Mondou to cater to the St-Henri / Pointe-St-Charles area. It’s small but what’s important is they have all the necessities and it’s a friendly neighbourhood store!

Super friendly staff. Came for a Nail Clip and the staff who performed it did a fantastic job, very professional, quick and the dog was very relaxed. For a small store ,They carry a good variety of dog food, toys and accessories . Definitely would recommend for dog owners.

First Mondou where we felt uncomfortable. From the moment we walked in, it felt like they didn’t want us to walk around and touch products. Asking us every few minutes if we were looking for something in particular. We politely said we were looking at a few things and we would ask for help if needed. They continued, we felt rushed so we left. It wasn’t like we were there right before closing hour. Another customer with a labrador told them politely to leave them alone because he wants his dog to explore, the employee clearly didn’t like that and we saw them following around. It’s smaller than most Mondou but it’s has a bit of everything. They also have a good selection of raw food. Parking on the street is not easy to find.

Small boutique compared to some other Mondou's. But the essentials are there, the employees are great, and the services are also professional

Excellent customer service! One of the girls helped me get the right muzzle for my dog , very patient, helpful, and really nice! I DEFINITELLY RECOMMEND MONDOU.

Excellent establishment. It has a wide variety of products, from natural to more traditional foods. It has a points program. Perhaps the only negative point is the price of some products, but this is not exclusive to Mondou (especially considering inflation).

Although the location is one of the smaller stores the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. If they don't have what you'er looking for at this location they will go above and beyond to accommodate you.
