I regularly pass by there for my cats food & products. Really nice variety of options and prices are good and you can become a member of their loyalty program. The staff was friendly and helpful. If you are in Lasalle area that’s your spot!

I always bathe my dog here. Sooooo much easier to clean up this room than my bathroom with all the fur. Plus their tub is elevated so my back doesn't hurt, and they have a powerful blow dryer with a table. All cleaning tools are provided. This service is free when you sign up as a money member, you just have to book in advance, and clean up after yourself.

I must say that it's been a while since I had great customer service. Emma and Brandy went above and beyond to assist me with a product that I was looking for and to answer my questions!! Kudos to these two young ladies!! I wish everyone who works in customer service be as amazing as them!! Bravo Mondou for hiring such gems!!

Today I went to purchase dog food, and I was in a rush, of course they have what looks like a little girl around 10 years old, there was one customer in front of me, usually not a problem but when I am waiting, this child is on the phone with someone, for what ever reason the customer ahead of me ends up not buying anything, then finally my turn with no apologies or anything, this is DISGUSTING SERVICE, first you should not bring your kids to the store if you have no one to watch them. COMPLETELY DISGUSTING SERVICE.

Great customer service. Returned items after quite some time, without a receipt, but with a calin card and no hassles. Clean and well organized space. And pets allowed, which is awesome! Update: 2 years later and I had another wonderful experience worthy of 5 stars. Stacie and Camryn (or maybe Carmyn?) were very courteous and helpful when it came to choosing a food for our cat's particular needs.

Friendly helpful staff, this Mondou store is always very well stocked with lots of pet supplies.

Service is great, they know their products, they are kind and it shows that they love animals. The store is super clean and you can bring your pet with you in the store. I usually go with my dog and they often have a treat for her. This is an example of when big brands are doing it right!
