Like
many,
I
let
myself
go
for
several
years
(partnership,
sedentary
lifestyle,
stress,
stopping
sport,
going
out,
etc.).
I
couldn't
stand
myself
anymore,
so
I
went
on
drastic
diets
where
I
didn't
eat
anything,
then
I
went
through
phases
of
hyperphagia
where
I
swallowed
the
whole
fridge
or
any
fast
food.
When
I
wanted
to
take
control
of
myself,
I
was
lost
among
all
the
advice
you
can
read
(what
to
eat,
not
to
eat,
when
to
eat)
and
at
the
gym
I
didn't
know
what
to
do
so
I
quickly
gave
up.
In
short,
I
needed
help
and
I
decided
to
call
on
Steph
to
get
out
of
this
situation.
I
found
a
coach
who
listens,
without
any
judgment,
and
above
all
is
available
24/7.
He
creates
a
personalized
program
adapted
to
you,
your
tastes,
your
needs.
He
knows
what
he's
doing,
you
just
have
to
trust
him.
Not
needing
to
think
about
what
to
eat,
or
what
exercises
to
do
in
the
gym,
that
was
the
key
for
me.
All
I
had
to
do
was
be
disciplined
and
follow
Steph’s
program.
Slackness
and
doubts
happen
to
everyone
and
Steph
listens
and
knows
how
to
(re)motivate
us
so
that
we
don't
lose
sight
of
our
goal.
When
things
are
less
good
he
knows
how
to
say
it,
but
he
also
knows,
and

tell
us
when
we

done

After
3
months,

I
am

better
shape,

better,

Beyond
