A lovely and great hotel to stay for a short getaway! Friendly and welcoming staff! They were able to communicate in English for tourists and are very welcoming and friendly. When the room got a little too warm, we could call the front desk and request for temperature adjustments. Very professional and polite team. The hotel room was cozy and spacious enough. Booked a double room classic and enjoyed 3 days in La Rochelle. Conveniently located within 5-10mins walk away from the city with a park nearby. There are animal exhibits in the park too, worth taking a stroll there. Very limited free parking space infront of the hotel, but the hotel offers a private space for €12 per night located within 5mins walking distance. Breakfast buffet spread was pretty good, with pastries and juices available. Worth paying for if you have the time to indulge. Overall splendid experience and would look forward to staying here again during our next visit to La Rochelle.

Room size was pretty standard but very clean, quiet and Rituals' products are a plus. Breakfast worth the price and it's a must have (in my opinion) with a broad range of fresh local products, fresh pastries and squeezed orange juice 😋 Staff was very friendly, good service and open to help, even if you don't speak French (they all spoke English with us). Massage service was great and also the spa. The sensory shower in the spa is such an experience! The hotel is very well located and you can visit the main attractions in La Rochelle from a walking distance. I couldn't recommend more.

Ideal location, 10 minute walk from the old port on a quiet street. Friendly and accommodating staff. Spacious, well equipped rooms.

Check in and reserved parking was efficient and friendly. Room was spacious, clean and quietly located. Hotel was a great place to explore the local area and the park across the road was a great way to walk to the centre. Spa is not included and does cost extra, it was 50 Euros for the two of us for 90 minutes however we did have it all to ourselves which was nice. Would recommend this hotel and our sat nav found it with quite an easy drive.

My recent stay at the Central Park Hotel and Spa was nothing short of exceptional. The staff were incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. From the moment I checked in to the time I checked out, every interaction was marked by their genuine warmth and eagerness to assist. As for the hotel spa, it was a sanctuary of relaxation and well-being. The range of treatments available was extensive, and the therapists were highly skilled, turning each session into a rejuvenating experience. The ambience was tranquil, setting the perfect mood for unwinding after a busy day. All in all, Central Park Hotel and Spa exceeded my expectations on every level, and I wholeheartedly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious stay coupled with stellar service.

Like many hotels in France the rooms are not huge but great location here. I had a wonderful 1 hour massage €85. The location is great 10 min walk through the park to the main port. Wonderful wonderful staff and they made us Irish rugby fans so welcome.

Rooms were basic for a 4star hotel, clean and comfortable, Staff were excellent, so helpful and friendly, Hotel is 5 minute walk from the harbour and beach, with a public park across the road with an array of farm animals on show to enjoy the walk through it, Very relaxing, really enjoyed the experience 👌

Excellent hotel at good value. I loved my room, the bed and bedding were very comfortable, and free water was offered in the room. Reception staff were very helpful. Also, the hotel is next to a large beautiful park, so walking anywhere involves a lovely park stroll.

Second stay this February 👌 just ten minutes walk into port, but in the Park! Opposite is the little Zoo and five minutes on you're at the beach. If you love trees, walks and particularly if you have a dog, this location is perfect.

Such a great hotel and stay in La Rochelle, the service was brilliant, all staff were so helpful and kind. We have an electric car and were able to borrow an adapter from reception and charge our car up overnight for free. Easy walking to the town and all its lovely restaurants and bars. A perfect overnight stop. We will be back!

Perfect location situated along a very nice Park , 5 minute walk to the city centre and 1o minutes more to the amazing Aquarium. Excellent staff that cares for your happiness. Good size Spa with two large jacuzzis. We appreciated the room service menu with Bio soups and sandwiches. Our kids loved the welcome sweets. This place is cozy.

Lovely peaceful hotel and in a Great location for walking into the Port and getting to Île de ré which we did several times. We will be back.

This was a true surprise. First, wonderful staff and friendly people! The suite was amazing and the value was great. Large and wonderful room. First time in a long time traveling throughout France in 4-5 star properties where there was true value in a stay. Everyone goes above and beyond the standards of excellence at this place.
