A nightmare. What the owner failed to tell us is that this tourist residence transforms into a student residence from September to June. (It adjoins the La Rochelle campus). Result, a terrible weekend, with non-stop loud music until 6 a.m., vomit and broken glass in the morning in the corridors and in the elevator, screams, fights and various blows.... The municipal police, like the private security service refuses to come because they know that it is the students who are partying and that they cannot be stopped. Bottom line: 2 nights at the hotel, in addition to the rental price. No compensation obviously. Apparently everyone there knows about it. A scam.

Pleasant residence, well-equipped and functional apartment. Pool a little cold even in full sun. Not too far from the beach.

Seasonal rental in La Rochelière at 8: very pleasant, quiet area, swimming pool within the Residence. The apartment on the ground floor is very pleasant with its flowered terrace, quite well equipped even if we would have needed a coffee maker worthy of the name. Pleasant stay, nearby Port des Minimes, lake, local market, small shops, cinema and restaurants quite close.

Aging apartment, cleaning not great. Very dirty balcony. Bedding which is out of date (mattress so thin that you can feel the slats). Broken dishes in the cupboards, not replaced. Uncleaned microwave (spilled coffee). Kitchen failure not cleaned. Not all channels on TV. No possibility of sitting by the swimming pool (we are careful to inform you of this when booking). Service paid for nothing, I didn't set foot there.

It was with great disappointment that my family and I discovered our very aging and poorly maintained apartment that we had reserved for the holidays and for which we had made a significant financial effort. The fan (ceiling) and the toaster which does not work, door of the refrigerator damaged with traces of mold, linoleum which is peeling off, wall bracket torn off in the bathroom, electric button not fixed, broken coffee table, bay windows very dirty in the grooves (when open… In addition, a terrace overlooking a busy and noisy street, we had our swimsuits stolen while they were drying on the drying rack! Unheated swimming pool! That's a bit much for the price we paid.

Shameful, to flee, the apartment is disgusting, cleaning not done, bedding? If you can call it a bed. Never go there.

I'm having a super nice vacation, like last year, but better, the "Minimes" beach is quite pleasant and in addition free parking, thank you La Rochelle

Beautiful residence with swimming pool. - no elevator for the upper floors. - deserves a little refresh as the decoration is old. Just ideal for sleeping.

Clean but aging apartment, overlooking a busy street, both for cars and pedestrians who see everything in the apartment. Noisy residence.
