Excellent local restaurant with original menus made up of fresh local products to be enjoyed on site inside or outside or to take away. The pies and daily specials are delicious and what a pleasure to eat good vegetables 🥒 🍆 🌽. Freshly squeezed fruit or vegetable juices from a vegetable extractor are also a treat. In addition, the welcome is warm which adds to the pleasure of going there and building loyalty.

Really delicious food! I try to pay attention to my diet, and salads often seem “sad” to me, but not at all! It was excellent, especially the tuna rillettes 😋 Very friendly service and beautiful decoration, I will come back!

Nice and simple homemade food. Perfect for a family like ours with young children, dairy allergy, vegetarian and carnivores. The staff is friendly, flexible and efficient. The ingredients are selected with care and they tend toward the zero waste. Easy parking next to the harbour and the automaton museum. We will definitly come back.

Eco-friendly restaurant nicely placed in the town of La Rochelle. It is very close to the old town, ~6min to walk after you finish the delicious food. The waiters are kind, friendly and flexible; They have fixed menus, but they are flexible to change so that it suits you! We always look for organic restaurants in every place we go and LABA will be the one we will always come to when we are back in La Rochelle 💌👍🌱🌈🥗

I had lunch at the LABA restaurant on 9/11/23, and I am absolutely delighted by this experience. The atmosphere of the place is friendly, the staff is welcoming, and the menu is surprising. It is possible to make the composition with ingredients of your choice. The freshness of the ingredients was evident. It was a pure delight. The service was fast, efficient and friendly. The pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend !
