McDonald's Seynod

Mac is always a safe please to have good food with a moderate cost and especially where you don't know the food. It's in Annecy, France.

Warning: the prices are significantly lower than at McDonald's in route de Geneve. And that's the best part. Of course, the items are the same, although there are more items on the list here, than in route de Geneve. The problem was the waiting time. 30+ minutes? I mean the Chicken Big Mac is on the temporary offer, but I don't think that is so unusual they need time to catch the chickens, clean them, than cook them. And it's nice to have the personnel cleaning the tables, getting McDonald's closer to the restaurant experience, but when the staff is busy taking the orders to the tables nobody seems to be cleaning up the talbes. Luckily, most people cleaned up after themselves, but the feeling of dirty was there. And it was amplified by the long wait.

The good thing it is fairly clean. 22 minutes to get our order and it came out cold (2 Big Mac, 3 fries, nuggets all of it luke warm)... No excuses from staff. This while the restaurant was not so busy

Took 35 mins for the food to arrive. When it did it was cold. It’s not even busy. Update - my coke was flat and worst of all……….. the wifi was rubbish. #firstworldproblems

Foodwise, it's just a standard Mickey D's. However, the wait at the drive-in was totally unacceptable and certainly not what I've come to expect of a McDonald drive-in: I had to wait for 20mn stuck in line with nowhere to go just to get two kids meals. My advice: 1) avoid the place 2) if you really have to go there, avoid the drive-in lane and order at the counter, at least you'll be able to walk away if the wait time gets crazy

Machines wouldn’t scan a membership card, order with points gets cancelled quietly… everything else arrives except the “bonus” meal. Seriously, worst service.

Too crowded. We stopped here for take aways but they forgot our drink later when I returned manager lady said sorry, its important for me! without second thought.

Food was good save quick, they had a nice play set for my child, very clean

The lousiest branch ever in terms of food quality (they arrived cold and incomplete!) non-existent service and bloody expensive meals for 5 pax! Don't waste your money and time. Go Le Chez (kebab restaurant)!

Faut croire qu ils font des économies sur tout, même le chauffage. Les prix ont bien augmenté mais la quantité a diminué.. j ai pris un maxi best of, on aurait dit la moitié d une grande frite d'il y a 5 10 ans en arrière. Chauffage inexistant, premiere fois que j ai froid dans un mac do, et propreté laisse à désirer

Je suis venue pour fêter les 6ans de mon fils, avec ses 12 copains, je suis très contente que Raja anime, tout était parfait, les enfants trop contents de repartir chacun avec leur cadeau de la part de McDo. Animatrice exceptionnelle

Pris à emporter. Oubli des frites et des sauce. Super de s’en rendre compte en arrivant chez soi

As far as McDonalds go, was impressed by the lovely young lady serving with a smile, cleaned the table, and was quick and effective… love the delivery to the table concept

Very good food and drinks and service, the bathroom was alright.
