Interesting science museum called CERN SCIENCE GATEWAY where the entrance is free and includes a science show (must check their website to see the timing). Visitors must register ahead though even if it's free. Great place for kids. Theres a nice cafeteria and an open outdoor space for dining. We didn't know that final entry is at 4:30 so we were not able to finish all the displays. We definitely need to go back. Lots of guest parking on site but it's not free. They even have bus parking for large groups.

Visiting CERN was an incredible experience, and we learned so much in just one day! The exhibits were fascinating, and the staff were knowledgeable and passionate about the science behind particle physics. The guided tours provided an in-depth look into the research conducted at CERN, explaining complex concepts in an engaging and accessible way. We were amazed by the scale of the Large Hadron Collider and the groundbreaking experiments happening right before our eyes. Whether you’re a science enthusiast or just curious, a visit to CERN is both educational and inspiring. Highly recommended for anyone interested in the frontiers of science!

Mind-blowing science! Even if you aren't a physics nerd, the interactive displays and the iconic Globe of Science and Innovation are worth the visit. It’s free, educational, and truly feels like you’re standing at the edge of human knowledge. Highly recommend the Big Bang Café for a quick break too.
