Awful, awful, awful. I arrived at the hotel late after specifically pre-checking in to ensure a smooth process, but it was anything but. The reception was closed and the self-service machine was broken, leaving me stranded at the entrance. I eventually had to ring the bell and deal with a staff member who was clearly disgruntled at being woken up—hardly the welcome you expect, even for a budget stay. ​The issues continued once I reached the room. The 'peace and quiet' was non-existent; the sink gurgled loudly all night long, making it impossible to sleep. On top of that, the soundproofing is abysmal—you can hear every footstep, muffled conversation, and movement from the guests in the surrounding rooms. Yes, it’s cheap, but there’s a difference between 'budget' and 'unacceptable.' I won't be returning

Reaching this place without a car is extremely difficult. You need to walk 1.5kms to the nearest bus stop. If you have a car then go for it, it provides good value for the price else choose options near the city.

I submitted a formal complaint to your team on June 1st regarding an extremely unpleasant experience at one of your properties. To this day, no one has responded. I am now forced to go public due to the complete lack of accountability. Upon arrival: The gate instructions were misleading – I was left standing in the rain, ringing a speaker that no one answered. I discovered I had to move a trash bin to push open the gate — a serious safety and accessibility concern. I eventually found an employee sitting outside, eating, and on a private phone call. He checked me in without ending the call, which was extremely disrespectful. I tried to talk to him (about my dog being added to the bill), but he did not listen, as he was busy with his private phone call. When I brought up the gate issue, he claimed it wasn’t his job, shouted at me, denied being on the phone (I could hear it!), and accused me of lying.
