One of several outlets within the same building, Paul had a super-friendly staff member working on the day we visited. She served us good coffee - and we bought a fresh, crunchy baguette for our picnic (which we subsequently shared with a flock of extremely tame sparrows)

On French highways, this kind of fast food is over expensive. And most of the time out of stock. Since you already pay a high price to drive the highways, owners of such shops should be more careful.

I rarely review highway stations, if ever, but this one truly stands out: - best in class fast recharge for our EV - real quality of design, with various areas including free room with 8 tables and a play box for kids, - a smiling and friendly janitor to keep everything welcoming to use, - 3 shops including a meat restaurant.. Certainly my default stop for the way to Paris.
