    I like the folks who work at this one. Even when it's crazy busy, they are smiling and helpful. I've never had a mistake with my order. The food is always served fresh and hot. Even when I get something custom, they make it right each time. The drive through gets way backed up, but they are quick and efficient. I appreciate how friendly the folks always are. Always piping hot fries too!

    This is one of the better McDonald's. It's clean, and the staff is very attentive to your needs. There is also a play area located in the back with a separate room for a birthday party. They do have a package, but we just asked for a time slot and used the room and our own decorations with around 20 or so kids. They all had a great time. Of course, we cleaned up after ourselves, and the Mgr was very helpful. The bathrooms are clean, and that is saying a lot about the place. The food is good, I don't seem to have any problems in the drive-through or in-house at this location. All in all, good Mc D.

    This is the only mcdonalds open at night and it is the worse possible place to go to. Our orders have e been wrong , it takes them forever to get your food even when there is no real line. We have waited over 1hr in line and you can't leave because your stuck so we had ro just wait. They all go on break for over 30 min with know one running the place. They have dropped our food then just picked up the bag and handed it to us with things being smashed . If I could give negative starts I would. I have been to mcdonalds all over the world and this is the worst place I have ever been to . But again the only one open at night. The whole crew from the top down needs to fired and retrained.

    I was parked in the parking lot when the manager in charger on September 8th decided to tell me to leave in the rudest way. Grated, it was after hours and it is reasonable to expect people to leave the parking lot, I find it hard to understand HOW ITS OK TO DRIVE UP TO THE CAR AND PUT THE BRIGHTS ON AND BLAST THE HORN AND YELL I CALLED THE COPS AND INTERRUPT ME WHEN I ROLL DOWN THE WINDOW AND ASK WHATS GOING ON. Instead of acting like an adult and tapping on the door window asking me to leave, the manager with the distinct voice decided to come up with absurd reasons on why he would rather cause a scene. He explained, by whining over me, why the idea of knocking on a car door is too intimidating. Unfortunately, that doesn’t explain how being passive aggressive is safer for his safety. If he actually was too intimidated he would of just called the cops and let them deal with me. Instead, he decided to act childish. I want anyone who reads this to know what kind of manager runs this store and what kind these employees have to deal with. When reading this, keep in mind for the sake of giving the benefit of the doubt, that I was in the car in the parking lot after hours. That was on me. If the GM reads this I hope they keep in mind how he defends himself. It’s one thing to be intimidated as a manager and want to call the cops and have them deal with a problem they don’t want to, it’s another to do it exactly the way he did and whine about it when I rolled down the window and wasn’t even able to talk without being cut off

    No dine in, staff were rude questioned about this, said dine in has been closed for months. Food still was good, but service is not. Policies from management need to be addressed to accommodate those of us who are not computer literate or wish to receive our food through drive through. Probably will not be eating at McDonald's anymore.

    Upon walking in, we were greeted, and guided to the self order kiosk. We placed our order, order was correct. Nice and easy. Not much of a wait time, especially considering our fries were freshly cooked. McDonald’s was clean, nice large play area for kids. Plenty of tables for small or large groups. Food was great!     I was happy that the friendliness was back to normal. I had not visited in a few months because I had a bad experience with. I think she was a manager I'm not sure but she even promised to refund my food which she didn't give to me because there were some words exchanged about how far I was away from the window for my order and I think she was just in a bad mood that day but whatever. I came in to get my food and she had an attitude and said no. I'll refund you your food and I waited for my refund and just never went back. I ended up parking and coming inside because she said that I was too far from the window. Well I was in a truck so I had to be very cautious because it has like why bumper guards or whatever on it and I wasn't the owner of the truck. Either way she was extremely rude. I don't even remember her name but she had dark hair and black nail polish on and I was being extremely nice but when I came in she was still upset and she did not give me my food which I paid for. She did say she would refund it which he had no right to withhold my food and but she never refunded it and I thought several times about going to complain but complaints never help. Nothing ever really gets done and I'm way too busy to drive back just to waste time. Every other time that I have ever gone to that McDonald's everything was fine. Food service and time to complete the order. That time was a nightmare and that was August visit and this is my first time returning to that one since very happy that things went well and everyone was friendly. My food was great

    I normally don't write reviews on fast food, but the afternoon cook is good at his job. 🤘 every burger I had in the past 6 months was well seasoned. I've had lots of McDonald's. None have done such a stellar job with the seasoning.

    This place has grown over the last three years. One of the only McDonald's where you don't have to try to avoid talking to the employee's. Everyone is always smiling and more than willing to make accommodations for you displeasure. Keep up the good work. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

    I have recently had 2 really bad experience's at this McDonalds. In Fact both times they were experiences with intentional attacks on my character to which I would rather not discuss - I do have plans to check back and check to make sure the management has cleaned up the mess that "game mentality" and acting in such a manner has created in their staff. *NOT CONDUCIVE PR FOR A YOUNGER GENERATIONS OF EMPLOYEES TO BE ALLOWED, BOTH FOR THIS JOB AND THEIR FUTURE.

    The manager Braydon really helped me out after my breakfast visit. I thought I lost something valuable there and he dropped what he was doing to help me out. Item recovered with his help. You don't get help like this anymore thanks again.

    This McDonald’s is a joke. There is no standard. You’ll get something different every time even though you order the same thing every time you come here. Depending on the day, you’ll get something completely different. What happened to the gold standard McDonalds is known for? Some of the managers are great (like 2-3) But this place honestly should probably be shut down. If you wanna pay $7 for a frappe and get a half filled cup or an iced coffee with rotten creamer, this place is for you. However you will not be able to get a replacement because even though you’re in the right, their employees will make it seem like you’re trying to scam them when in reality they are the ones who are incapable of getting an order right. I worked for McDonald’s for well over a decade and so I know this job isn’t always easy but I can count the times on one hand that I’ve come here and there hasn’t been an issue. Sometimes I’ve had to drive away because I’ve waited over 35 minutes for order and couldn’t wait any longer. Go anywhere else.

    the manager in charge came into the play area with another of the employees and was like there is 30 minute no loitering policy cause my brother was ordering the food while my parents got a different food item he should have approached calmly team needs a retraining on mannerism and customer service do not recommend this store what so ever

    Fries were great but that’s the only good thing I can say about this visit. Drive up window managed to give me another patrons order even after confirming what my order was. Both sandwiches in the bag had items on them I can’t eat so they were a total waste and I didn’t know they bag contained the wrong items till I was 5 miles away. Pretty disappointed.

    Terrible customer service. They messed up my breakfast order and when I asked for it to be remade they told me they scrapped breakfast at 10:45 when McDonald’s policy is to serve until 11 as per my experience working at McDonald’s. After pointing this out they continued to refuse to make it right and blocked my number. Very unprofessional and rude manager by the name of Taylor.

    The food tasted like McDonald's! My friends had a long wait while dining in and they were given apple pies for the inconvenience! The dinning area looks nice and clean. Also, I never had a bad experience from the drive thru. They always got my order right and sometimes I had to wait a bit but it wasn't bad. It's a McDonald's

    I made my order on my phone. Got all the way through the order. Paid for the order. Then the app says my only pick up option was to go through the drive thru!! After I paid so I couldn't just go somewhere else.... took over 15 minutes to get my food.

    Yknow, I haven’t lived here long but this McDonald’s is the only one I buy from. It’s close and convenient and I swear I go too much for my own good. It’s so unfortunate that I feel the need to comment on how downhill it’s gone in two years. I just visited today and I don’t think ordering at the drive thru directly would’ve even fixed the problem. I ordered on the app so I double checked everything I got. What I didn’t order was an attitude which everyone had except the lovely lady that has green hair. I wasn’t going through the drive they again after experiencing the amount of disrespect they gave me. They didn’t have my drinks ready so I pulled forward and waited, when this old lady came out with my drinks she didn’t even apologize for the wait but she did shove the drinks in my hand and it spilled all over me. 3 cold drinks, spilled all over me as she tried to hand me my last two items and just walked away. Half of my items weren’t even what I ordered even though they confirmed it in the window. I already had a employee getting frustrated enough to yell at her manager. I loved dom (I think one of the managers) and the lovely green haired girl and I wish them the best. The rest continue to make me wish to never come to this McDonald’s again.

    It's been awhile since I've been in one. It has kiosks inside you can order from, but I didn't do something correctly. ( I think) It was faster going to the counter. Tables were marked for carryout or something other than just sit in, so I was just unfamiliar. Done in virtually empty, drive thru was long. Spicy chicken sandwich was o.k. They are doing things to maintain relevancy.

    I came through and the manager that helped me Shauna I believe, is incredibly unhelpful disrespectful and down right rude. When I had a simple question about when the store closed she stood there mouth agape grumbling and grunting without answering before stomping away I asked the sweet girl next to her and she kept a great attitude and was amazing while working. I hope to see better management in the future, it is disgraceful the level of treatment by this big. “manager”. Other than the rudeness the food was good and came out in a decent time I guess.

    we ordered thru the app for the first time and didn’t realize big breakfast didn’t come with hotcakes unless you order the one that said “with hotcakes”. my partner went in to ask if maybe they forgot to give us the second bag with pancakes and they rudely told him that we didn’t order hotcakes and were just not nice at all when we just asked a simple question. and the kicker is they forgot to give us a hash brown anyway. just a terrible experience.

    the seating area is really nice. the play area feels newer and more modern than others, i used to play in it 6-8 years ago and it was usually pretty clean.

    Lobby is indefefinately closed until further notice. The sign on the door states that it's "due to lack of staffing." Drive-Thru is the only way to get your mcdonalds on Sleater-Kinney

    Always a bad experience here. They rarely have the doors unlocked. Never get the order right. Never have the PlayPlace open. This time they didn’t even have fries ready. Fries! At McDonalds! Not a good steward of the brand.

    If I could give zero stars. I would. My husband and I stopped here for lunch and ordered a pretty simple order, but it was made incorrectly not twice but three times. After speaking to the manager and asking to make sure the order is SUB mac sauce, the order was yet again made incorrectly. I will not be coming to this mcdonalds again.

    didn’t get one of our meals in the drive through so we had to come back to fix that (they upgraded our medium fry to a large fry for us so that was nice) and the lady who helped us was nice, but when we got home and looked at the rest of our meal, it was completely incorrect and out together very sloppily. wasn’t warm and and didn’t taste very good.
