I have been there twice, rooms and service is generally good.

It is not too large but it is spacious and has a sort of nice simple setting. It has a swimming pool in its yard, a dining in area, a wide catpark and nice comfortable rooms with nice shower and toilet facilities and a pokies area. Security is good. Its a perfect place to hide away.

The rooms are clean and neat. You can enjoy your stay. Staffs are very friendly.

The hotel is conveniently located near many attractions I was very impressed with the room I stayed in. It was spacious, clean, and well-furnished. The bed was comfortable and I slept well during my stay. Love it!

Great experience! The rooms are very good. The staffs are very nice and friendly. But if they can fix their pool amd open it daily, that will be a bonus. There were kids there hoping for the "Pool under maintenance and cleaning" sign to be taken down.

This is a peaceful location situated away from the hustle and bustle of the main city center. The rooms are the perfect size and the staff is welcoming and amiable. Additionally, the restaurant serves mouth-watering meals, making this place an ideal destination with everything you could possibly need.

The Services is quit good. I really don't like the way they provide the food.

Friendly staff and the place itself is great.

The executive rooms are ok. The bathrooms need to be modernized. The mattresses are worn, as in sagging. The staff are very nice and friendly. The food however needs a lot of improvement. The beef curry, you cannot taste the curry flavour. The club sandwiches are much too big, as some people are looking for snacks! The steaks are hit and miss as are the Pizzas. Breakfasts are ok inregards to portion but can be hit and miss regarding quality.(bacon and sausages under cooked)

They've upgraded their beds and its just comfortable to rests after a long days work. Need to upgrade thier menu though

Very un professional the Impressions from staff attitude that I had were very poor. 1. Lack of professionalism towards guest. 2. No courtesy 3. The service ! the room allocated looked like a guest house room Why ? Defects were clearly seen. 3.1 Air conditioning ducting broken from A/C unit 3.2 temperature control from the remote was non functional 3.3 Shower handles that kept falling off 3.4 low water pressure for the shower 3.5 Cracked walling visibly seen in shower 3.6 internal communication system not hooked up ( I had to walk to the restaurant to place my order instead of calling from the room ) 3.7 Television set's sound system very poor. Seriously as a corporate client this is not worth the value paid for. Please identify areas of concern and improve. Otherwise the overall experience is depressing I give it a one performance based on this particular room.

The lot we stayed in had empty wine bottles in the back window area. The door to the bathroom couldn't lock. The water from the shower leaked everywhere on the bathroom floor. (UNSAFE) though there was nothing to block the water from coming out. Not much lighting in the bathroom.over the only thing that was OK was the wifi
