After
a
few
days
of
being
disappointed
with
the
food
at
a
all
inclusive
resort.
I
finally
decided
to
ask
a
local
where
to
go
for
really
good
food.
O’Neil
Caribbean
kitchen
was
recommended
by
a
few
other
locals
as
well.
This
restaurant
is
jumping
with
people,
and
even
still
the
wait
wasn’t
long
at
all
to
get
a
table.
The
service
was
wonderful.
You
are
greeted
with
smiles
and
the
waitress
was
patient.
I
had
a
lot
of
questions
on
what
to
try.
So
glad
I
came
to
this
restaurant.
I
will
be
coming
back
again
on
my
next
visit
to
Aruba.
Jerk
chicken-
flavor
was
out
of
this
world.
I
enjoyed
that
there
was,
just
the
right
amount
of
spiciness
of
the
entree.
I
do
feel
if
the
chicken
was
cook
just
a
tab
more
(I
prefer
the
chicken
to
fall
of
the
bone)
You
wouldn’t
be
able
to
find
any
flaw
on
this
entree.
Oxtails-
was
also
prepared
really
well
and
the
sauce
was
amazing.
Again
if
the
oxtails
was
cook
a
little
bit
longer.
So
that
the
meat
falls
right
off
the
bone.
This
entree
would
be
hands
down
the
best
on
the
island.
Carrot
cake-
I
was
expecting
a
cake
that
looks
like
a
American
carrot
cake.
But
instead,
I
get
a
carrot
cake
that
looks
similar
to
sweet
potato
pie.
I
take
one
bite,
and
instantly
forgot
all
about
a
American
carrot
cake.
This
Caribbean
carrot
cake
is
my
new
found
love.
