2nd Visit: Had lunch with a BBQ Chicken Pizza 🍕 and Grilled Chicken Sandwich 🥪. Pizza was amazing, the thin base was fresh, crunchy and delicious, toppings were scrumptious. It 🍕 was one of the best. Sandwich 🥪 was a bit disappointing 😕. It's chicken was not juicy or tender. Bread was ordinary. It can be made at home. Froes were good. Food cost us 3k. Another good experience. Will try different flavors of pizza next time. 1st Visit:Went on Sunday night for dinner. Ordered Pasta Au Gratin 🍲. Served in 15 mins. It was delicious and more than enough for one person. It is a must-try for pasta lovers. Its cheese and sauce were so good. Service was amazing. Atmosphere was a bit dim but it was fine nevertheless. Recommended!

It is an excellent cafe. Located at the MM Alam Road. It has one of the best coffees in Lahore. Their molten lava cake is extremely good. You must try this cake. Overall an excellent place to visit and chill out with your friends.

As a teen Ive always seen butlers as a classic restaurant/cafe. Me and my friend used to bunk our college and go there. I feel like butlers has lost its “thing” from the time that i grew up watching and visiting it. The only good thing at butlers is their molten lava cake. For that I’ve given em the 3 stars. We ordered a molten lava cake, pasta au gratin and chicken parmigiana pasta. The pasta au gratin as far as i can remember used to come with a garlic bread but it was a long time ago so might be somth else. It was just too cheesy for me, it was made nicely, quite a hefty meal that I couldn’t devour in one sitting. Then about the chicken parmigiana pasta, we hadn’t even taken the first bite of it yet and there was a hair in it. I don’t know what is it these days with the quality maintenance in restaurants these days. Anyways we told the waiter and they replaced it with a freshly remade pasta but we were already too late for our next commitment that we had that freshly made pasta to go. And like i said, the motlen lava cake was the only good thing and still is to this day ever since.

Simply just RECOMMENDED for dessert items or even pizzas, pastas, sandwiches. Had their smokey chicken pizza (thin crust) which was too good in taste and the crust and spice level is just perfect. Also their Beef Philly Steak Sandwich was perfectly cooked and served with fries. A meal without a dessert is not finished so Molten Lava and Triple Chocolate Brownie is just the best option for dessert. And ofcourse their chocolate shake has no match & for complementary chocolate do try salted caramel one if its available 😋 Great atmosphere and a nice staff too.

Went to Butlers cafe for the first time with family. I must say their chocolates are amazing. The molten lava cake was great. Their pizza was average. Their ambiance needs a lot of work. The service was good though. Will probably visit again to enjoy their hot chocolate and molten lava.

Went there for dessert, the place can get really busy on weekend so make sure you make reservations or try going early. They have a decent selection of desserts. We had the ice cream sandwich it’s a monstrosity but absolutely delicious! This dessert is meant to be shared.

Weirdly, this is nothing less than chocolate heaven for Lahori and at the same time perfects it’s Pasta so good. Even it’s pizzas are one of a kind. If you wanna go with something unique and highly anticipated. Then this is probably it.

I just dont get it. Why is it that we are popularising the places with fancy menus and insta worthy ambiance. I hear every other person talking about butler’s chocolate cafe.but I can’t get what is all that hype for. The food did look presentable But quality and taste wise it was….. 👎. Some of my friends recommend me about this coffee shop but it’s not worth it. They charge you international price in Pakistan 🇵🇰 but taste wise very very ordinary. Specially chocolate lava cake is fake. They serve you in a cup and on top put some hot chocolate. I never see chocolate molten Lava cake like this. It’s totally tasteless and make very very cheap. Staff is not fit in coffee shop environment. Overall very bad experience not recommended and not worth it.

Worst hot chocolate. I ordered w milk. It was so bad. Couldn’t go past 2 sips. 0/10 There was a flavour of cumin or smthin idk but wasn’t a good hot chocolate. Left it as it is. Their specialty signature chocolate shake was good although way too heavy. It was like drinking ice cream or smthin. Give it 6/10. Don’t recommend. Brownie was really good. 8.5/10

I have previously rated them at 5 stars but their quality have considerably deteriorated specially on Eids. It’s been twice that I came to eat on Eid and the pasta and sundaes were totally disgusting. Sorry Butlers. You need to step up your game if you’re to get better.

Ever heard of a chocolate place making pasta so good that you actually crave for another bowl right after the first one .... Yes Although butlers chocolate cafe has its taste for the variety of chocolates it offers But their Au Gratin pasta is worth every bite I have never fallen in love with pasta as good as this We usually get that same typical white sauce Alfredo pasta everywhere but this variation has all my votes 😊 Perfectly baked, cheesy, in white Sauce and so dreamy 😁. Really HATED My breakfast here ,such a small quantity ,it took 45 minutes for my breakfast to arrive ,the price was so so high for breakfast which wasnt good enough or enough to fill anyone at all. REALLY DISAPPOINTED ☹️ This is what I got around 1400 wasn't fulfilling at all ,The bread under my egg wasnt fresh at all.

Service was very good and the place very clean and attentive. And the presentation was exquisite. But that’s about all that’s good about this place. Food did not taste nice. The food that was complemented was the fish and chips. Everything else was so bad we couldn’t finish anything. Not likely coming back.

The food is beyond exquisite, beyond mouthwatering. The hot chocolate is absolutely as the name sounds. Hot. Chocolate. Omg. I can go back everyday for one sip of that addicting taste. I was joking the other day to my daughter that they spike it with Irish whiskey(because the brand is from Ireland!) It's so addicting! Can I justify the price in this country? No, hence the 4 stars. But otherwise: gran that butler now!

Their spicy chicken pasta used to be one of the best I’ve ever had. Just ordered it yesterday and it was absolutely horrible. I’m heartbroken. It used to be my favourite pasta. It was creamy, tasteful and spicy. Now it tastes like plastic and burnt cheese. I also ordered two molten lavas- mine showed up as a brick of cake whereas my friend’s showed up as liquid chocolate. How do you manage to screw up the consistency this much within the same order? Butler’s used to be my favourite place but the quality has seriously gone downhill.

I had the experience of having Shakes and Chicken Cheese Sticks at Butler's Cafe. The Sticks were really really Dry and I could not finish those. The shakes were way too sweet to have a proper taste. Only chocolates were good. Overall below average experience.

Great place to visit for some excellent coffee and snacks....... Place is a little pricey like all other such places . One thing...... they had very dirty bathrooms/restrooms.... which was such a shame.

The bill was double than what I had anticipated. 8k...😂 I mean you can get all the same dishes maybe even more tasty and much much less costly. Best molten lava cake I have tried in Lahore. Uncomfortable seats Seating was uncomfortable, the chairs and booth both were uncomfortable and while sitting on booth the table was too high to easily consume food. Service was slow, food was served late and it has a hair in it, it was replaced by the staff but we had to wait more for the next serving to arrive. The thing I didn't like was that we were refused to use the credit card as thier machine was out. For a problem of butler cafe we ended up loosing all the discount we were entitiled to for using a credit card. Can't expect this from a upscale place like this. I am taking one star off for this.

I must say this place count in few gems this city has for a great shot of cappuccino along some desserts and I can count on the cafe for my mood swings because their quality is amazing. But the bad point is the management and their laziness, you call for them and they won’t answer you until you shout or walk to the counter (this is bad) Another thing is majority of time they don’t even know how much customer ordered. I did three things and they bring two and for fifteen minutes I keep waiting for the lava cake but bravo nothing came and then I stood up with great disappointment so yeah the 4 for their carelessness.

My main reason of heading to Butler's Cafe near MMAlam is solely to enjoy the ambiance, aura & vibe of the place. Food is a secondary priority. That being said, their hazelnut chocolate milkshake is actually pretty appetizing.

They have very good shakes for sure , in food i like their pasta and stuffed chicken. Their stuffed chicken is a bit different from others as its a round egg shaped ball which is served with filling inside. The pasta in white sauce is creamy and quite good if compared to others. Their chocolate boxes are pretty good as well and can be used for gift purposes .
