My wife was admitted for emergency c section and the post op, the doctors here at Evercare (Dr Shehnaz on 9th Feb) and my self had to chase your staff for the reports who continuously said the report will be ready in 30 mins and this continued to be for 4 hours. The same happened yesterday 10th Feb and when asked at the IDC counter here they said its uploaded when the doctor and nurses checked right in front of me and it was not there. The delay caused delayed decision in transfusion and could have been for a more serious case. When confronted the staff yesterday afternoon was rude and had nothing but sarcastic comments. A better psychometric analysis is required in your recruitment process to hire better staff and have set standards which are continuously monitored.

I was very satisfied with the services of this lab untill my last visit on 7-07-2023 at the Evercare hospital location. We were waiting for our turn for 45 minutes, and then suddenly one person bypassed the waiting people to get his patient checked at the earliest. There was no emergency whatsoever. On inquiry I found out that this person had some relations with the manager, that's why he got this unethical favour. This should not happen at such a good lab like yours.
