Options is no doubt a wonderful place if we talk about the ambiance and taste. Recently we had a great time while we went there to had a birthday celebration. Everything was good. Even though we were late, they gave us a extra time after closing. Always recommended. 1 star is taken because the staff was always trying to be over efficient and sarcastic.

I had a very poor experience. The service is extremely slow. Even they were slow in letting u pay ur bill, and never returned the change. The only good thing is their ambience and decor. But it can't overcome the smallest serving I've seen in any restaurant or cafe. Highly overpriced for small bite and below average taste. Dessert is a bit better though!!

Recently I went there for iftar buffet. It was good experience. Must try this restaurant.

An exquisite place with a range of options to select from thus justifying the name of the restaurant. Pleasant environment, courteous staff and very clean & tidy place. The taste is good value for money however their pizza is just Ok. Rest of the menu items, the service and the experience worth the cost. Interior was excellent. I was mesmerised by the interior. A great place for meet up, parties, birthdays and small functions. It's a medium place, not too expensive and not to low cost. You won't regret going there. Food is also excellent. each and everything was superb.

One of worst experiences i have in town. Specially taste of chow mein was worst its because they use low quality oil. Moreover masala rice was not fresh. The thing i can say was ok, is BBQ tawa masala and tandoori roti.

They have multiple packages for decoration and also offer you multiple dine-in deals. It was a nice experience there. They charged us 3000 for decoration. This review is about management and cakes not the food part. First cake I order in Pakistan and got a bad experience. I ordered a small chocolate fudge cake 🍰 to taste and was promised the Birthday cake will be the same, Only to receive a normal chocolate cream cake with no chocolate fudge. This was promised by the manager. Another manager later apologized saying what I ate was actually a brownie (no it wasn't) and cakes are different. Then why did they let me order the fudge and eat it and confirm this is what I will get. Second issue was I explained that I will visit next day to place the order as I wasn't sure of how many pounds I need. The manager insisted to make a payment and add pounds over phone if needed. When I called they said it's impossible because it's processed. Even though setting looks nice inside.. I will delete this restaurant from my list.
