My experience was quite disappointing. My appointment was for 5:30pm and I was made to wait until 6:45pm. The air conditioner wasn’t working, and there were lots of mosquitos in the waiting room. The technician (Khushi) was quite unprofessional too. She was very harsh on my face and left bruises (which she claimed to be normal, but it isn’t. I had done my research and the extent of bruising depends on the skills of the technician.) When I asked her to be gentler (kindly), she dismissed me and told me that she does this all day and knows what she is doing. I don’t review places often, but this experience all in all was pretty bad. I had the facial on a discount which is why I went with it, but definitely not recommending this place to anyone and not visiting again unless they really act upon improving.

I was just wandring any good clinic for the mole removal of my Mrs. at her arm and ended up reading the reviews here. Clinic team must not put harsh comments to negative reviews as such commentseventually ends up building the negative repute of the clinic, how they are fighting the customers over the social media, i think their media persons must learn the basis training to handle such things in a better way. Seocndly, you cannot fight customers counter blame the over the media. Also red the 5 stars commenst they seems generic and planted where as negative ones were more specific!.
