Totally wastage of money... Doctors may be professional but the staff and management are not professional..... After surgery no one bother to came in room even getting VVIP room (607- dated 11-12-2021)..... while the staff cabin just next to my room. When it was informed to staff that patient is in fever, they just suggested to give him medicine despite of checking or getting the reason of fever. in whole night even after surgery no one came in room to monitor the process.... I think, Government Hospitals could be better in care than this hospital..... Avoid this hospital ....... The people saying for this hospital "Its not doctor hospital but actual it is DAKOO Hospital" seems very much right saying.

Extremelly crowded and haphazard. Drs are qualified and nice but overall experience can be improved. They need more admin staff. CABG surgery Was done for my FIL by Dr Khalid Hameed. Alhamdulillah successful and it was followed up and things were fine. Nursing staff Overall helpful and responsive. Some of the staff wasn't very helpful but considering the load they try their best. Cleanliness and conditions of rooms- 2 stars, needs a lot of improvment and rooms needs to b properly cleaned.

I was admitted in Doctors Hospital Lahore on 14/01/2019. I fainted at that time and went to Emergency Department with my colleague. Seeing my condition, Doctor refereed to indoor ICU services.The staff their was not cooperative at all. In the morning a male nurse on duty for me was sleeping and my I/v line got disconnected during the time. Around a litre of blood got wasted due to the staffs negligence and instead of admitting the male nurse Rizwan along with his colleague tried to give me anesthesia and clear the spot in ICU ward. They hit me with monitor screen to make me faint & to cover up the incident. But i kept my self awake and shouted aloud for help. Due to my shoutness for safety, the male nurse Rizwan disappeared from the spot. After clearing the spot and my gown & ICU in-charge Mr Hiader Khan and the Medical Superintendent Mr Saqlain started threatening my family. We were asked to clear the hospital dues and leave the hospital immediately. I came back to home in same condition. We have wasted around 150,000 PKR in this process in one day and went back home completely dis-satisfied.I came back with same level of disease. All of the staff of Doctors Hospital is included in this matter. i.e; ICU incharge Haider sb, MS Adminstrator Dr. SAQLAIN SB.

1 star only for Dr Abu Bakar Siddiq. If we talk about hospital management, it is zero. Wait time is 1.5 hours minimum. Either doctor is late or you are called at wrong time. Water bottle in the dispenser is empty and no one changed. People were asking for water. Fee is very very high, 4000 and services are zero or below zero. Think again before you come here.

It’s a scam hospital. I had the worst experience of my life. Dr Attiq Durrani ( Head of Orthopaedic and Spine ) plus his team are a scam. He has been stripped of his American Nationality because of unnecessary surgeries he did in America 🇺🇸 and a book has been published on his “ Butcher of Pakistan “. Still he is advising people and operating at Doctor’s hospital. He diagnosed me with a tumour out of no where and made me went through emotional trauma. Problem is not only the hefty amount they charge but the way they kill patient to charge more. They try to hold u hostage in hospital by telling that u cannot leave, they give u things which make u sick for longer making u stay more and final bill has so much additional charges which they don’t tell u before. In my own experience if I wasn’t with lawyers and with good connections and didn’t have the man force to fight back they would have tried to hold us hostage like others. Never go to this hospital. It’s a mafia that kills ur patient in front of ur eyes while taking money from u. Only after your money, trying to add unneccessary items to purchase from their pharmacy, make sure you get a breakdown for each and every item/expense. Such a unbearable experience! Our patient was recommended to transfer from Sargodha to Doctor’s Hospital Lahore. Over after spending 24 hours at hospital patient wasn’t treated the reason we brought for and when I asked for the patient taking care Doctor they had no answer. Im surgeon and it is One of worst hospital i have ever seen in my life, all hospital including doctor and management are working for money and have no concern with patient health. Worst ever experience of my life being doctor. They don't have trained for patient care. Like my father was in critical stage and on ventilator. On PGR of chest surgery who doesn't have to do with this , was looking after ventilator and covid patient. Ventilaor patient is very serious case , that needs intensivist care 24/7. That,s why ventilator death rate in pakistan is above 90% but in other world its far less. If u ask for update of patient, they make u wait for hours like they are doing cardiac surgery inside, even I saw all sitting inside and gossiping. I will never prefer to go there even im on death bed.

My wife went for an injection in ER on Jan 06, 23 as we were visiting from overseas. When asked the nurse to administer the injection, she said that “she may have done” it before but was not sure, but can do it. She told me to stay out rather with my wife. She then injected the needle with plastic on. When my wife asked are you done, she said that she missed to remove plastic since it came from foreign country. And mentioned that she did “Eshaan on us by just administering the injection”. When we went for complaint, no one was at the help desk area even after waiting half hour. This is what these people are trained. Do yourself a favor and find other newer and better hospitals in Lahore to get treatment.

Onchi dukan, pheeka pakwan. Plz never go to this hospital. My mother had HERNIA OPERATION there. After the operation, she got an infection, which means they did not maintain hygiene. She had to be operated again. No hospital was ready to take other hospital's faulted operation. They dont wanna bother themselves for other doctors fault. It is called Daku Hospital for good reason. We had a personal experience there with our father. They only let us visit him in the ICU twice in 24 hours. They tied his wrists to the bed and we found that no one had changed him for hours. The team of doctors told us with a straight face that there was a 50% chance of saving him if we put him on a ventilator, but they were lying. I wouldn't even give them one star. They have a good Emergency to lure in patients but the ICU is a completely different story. May Allah punish them for their sins.

This hospital is after money.dr khalid hameed cardiologist and dr tanvir didnt operate my father for emergency. He had an heart attack. They just put him under ordinary nurse. Well known as Daku hospital. No doubt that the building is very good. But rates are out of reach for a man in the street. It is a 5 or 6 floor hospital. But bathrooms for the general public are present on the ground floor only. Moreover sockets for mobile charging are also less than needed. Please spend some of the money for the service of attendees of the patients.

One of my office colleague who was new in Lahore and doesn't know much about the hospitals and local areas unfortunately went to Doctor's Hospital in emergency with 102 Fever, they admitted him and did CBC and put 3-4 drips and handover the bill of 15,000. He said it was his half month expenses which he lost just in 2.5 hrs. 5 star facility with notoriously high fees. If you get to be admitted there, You will have to wait for your consultant for hours to get even a simplest answer. No duty doctor available to see you in case you are admitted. Janitorial staff is courteous and pay visit very often to get some tip. Worst experience with Dr Khurshid Alam - ENT. He is short tempered, pass derogatory remarks, force to go for endoscopy sinus to my old aged father, when refused and asked for alternative, he misbehaved and left office. He needs to learn ethics and how to take history properly.

First of all get ready to pay your bills of around 1,000,000 per day. Overall the staff is professional and even the technology is good as well. As for the patients recovery it is mostly successful and they do it with accurate treatment and well being of the patient. My father had a stroke and thank God he's doing much better now. And while this hospital is one of the better ones compared to the other ones in Lahore there are some things they can easily improve upon: 1. Install a much better Wifi system throughout the hospital. In cases one needs Wifi their wifi system is extremely horrible. 2. Ensure that the staff aren't rude etc., to the patients family. While I know they work tough hours and patients families can be really rude etc., but they need to make sure they understand what the families are going through and give better service. On the other hand, when my Dad was in the ICU they did take really good care and also have some really good doctors / consulting doctors.

It is A MONEY MAKING MACHINE their laboratory is the world laboratory in Lahore My patient had typhoid. We had to take some vital blood culture tests at their lab. The date was 16th April. The doctor said The initial reports will arrive in 48 hours. Today it it 25th April and still haven't received any blood culture reports. Even though we paid around 16000 Rs. just for the different tests recommended by the doctor. Their lab website does not work at all. I have to call every time to plead to them to kindly email me any reports. This is a highly unprofessional behaviour.

The nursing staff took some history and didn’t even pass it to the doc in charge and then he comes and doesn’t bother with it . I forced him to take down history i.e what happed , what medicine has already been given etc. There is a complete lack of empathy and sympathy everywhere . No matter what ur condition , someone from the patient side has to go run and buy water. They take exorbitant fees and provide subpar treatment. The doctors have a God complex ( attitude all over Pakistan in my experience). Lastly upon discharge, the doctors explained nothing. We pretty much paid whatever they asked for and then given some discharge related paper work . I would avoid this place if possible .

Please consult with doctors from other hospital before accepting what the doctors hospital tells you about your condition, especially when it comes to cardiology. My wife who is overweight, went to consult and the boctor instead of guiding her convincing her that you will soon die. The only solution to operate the stomach. May be the solution right. I had a very Good Experience in Doctors Hospital. We Mother was under treatment of Dr Ghayas UN Nabi Tayyaba. Doctor sahab is highly professional, very competent and brilliant doctor. He gave us the best advice and treatment.A PEG tube had inserted against minimum charges + no follow up fee has taken after that. His other team members (especially Dr Mukarram) is also a great and soft hearted doctor. When my mother got admitted in doctors hospital she was critically ill and By grace of Allah and the professional care of Dr Ghayas UN Nabi Tayyab and his whole team my mother quickly recovered. I am really thankful to all of them and the administration of Doctors Hospital.

I have given two stars because my mother left in better condition after the treatment , She was treated by Giyas un Nabi Tayyab. Doctors are professional but this hospital definitely needs a make over soon , We were in VVIP room for two nights , Sofa bed was in vey bad condition and even the chair in room was not stable. Lifts are very busy because they have only 3 lifts and one was faulty. Most disturbing thing is when you have to get the medicine from the Pharmacy in every 30 minutes. This hospital should spend money on the Building and ti improve the quality of the hospital.

It's a scam!! Dr ghias the so called renowned gastroenterologist prescribes irrational drugs that you don't even need and he's here prescribing the most expensive brands of medicine while you can get the same API at cheaper rates. Please avoid going to him, don't waste your money. He prescribed my friend a 7k injection which she didn't even need and we are pharmacists...imagine what this hospital is doing to people who have no clue about medicine and blindly trust their doctors and waste their money on unnecessary checkups and medicines.

Doctors are good but no hygiene and staff is also very slow. I had to get IV drip and the bed sheets had blood on them plus they were smelly and even asking multiple people they made me wait 15 or 20 min but nobody came.

Being a healthcare professional I understand the rules and stuff that goes on in running an organisation but sometimes i wonder if it's just too much. DH&MC ais providing good care to public but it'll be much better if it was cost effective as well. I dont think a middle class person can afford 6000 worth of echo or 1.7million for an ICD. I just fail to u understand it sometimes. Anyhow I'm satisfied with the level of care given in the end it all comes to the money in your pocket. 😔

Had to visit the ER. Registration was quick and easy. Triage went the same way. All support staff encountered were professional and empathetic. Medical staff were equally as caring. I withheld the 5th star because the room was a little dated and clearly needed to be updated. This had little to now affect on my care but it is 2020. Went there with relative for Kindney removal. Doctor was qualified but for the simple procedure they costed 3 to 4 times more. Also to my surprise they dont have laser equipment which doctor arrange on rent and we have to pay 80k plus 45k for his assistant fees and disposables. This will not be coverage in insurance as well. Hospital fees, OT fees, other staff fees etc etc is seperate They are purely making money and keep you engage with multiple visits and procedures

My nephew 15 years old kid admitted in the hospital 20 March 2023 with lungs infection. We were told by experts that we would be released from the hospital within 3-4 days but they were concerned why my nephew got infection. Ok good But they took 15 days to kill my nephew during a simple surgery of VATS that was done by Dr Ali Raza Thoracic Surgeon. The worst thing was they waisted too much time and money and they demanded money before surgery and other procedures. Their staff in the account department have very cold blood 🩸 Time 7;00 am, Saturday Morning, surgery time 8:00 am I had around 3 lakh in cash and they demanded 5.5 lakh cash on the table. I told him please let the banks open I would deposit the remaining amount. He said he didn’t care and couldn’t wait because he wasn’t allowed. According to them heart ❤️ vessel was infected and hit by them and they couldn’t stop the blood. My question: As they knew there was some infection close to heart why they wouldn’t get services by heart surgeon? Why did Ali Raza touched the heart?
