NEVER
AGAIN!!
The
staff
is
so
RUDE
all
the
way
up
to
the
managers.
Clearly
they
don’t
train
on
customer
service
which
is
a
priority
especially
during
times
of
inflation.
I
refuse
to
spend
my
money
with
this
type
of
behavior
anywhere.
I
ordered
and
after
an
hour
and
a
half
of
waiting
I
called
to
be
told
the
driver
would
be
coming
any
minute.
45
mins
later
still
no
pizza.
I
called
back
and
they
said
the
driver
was
told
that
whoever
they
tried
to
deliver
to
told
them
that
they
didn’t
order
pizza.
That
should’ve
been
the
first
indication
that
they
went
to
the
wrong
address.
Instead
of
trying
to
locate
the
correct
address,
in
my
subdivision
he
took
the
pizza
back.
Mind
you
I’ve
ordered
here
plenty
of
times
and
never
had
an
issue
with
anyone
finding
the
correct
address.
Management
and
staff
never
offered
an
apology
or
any
sincerity
for
me
not
getting
my
order.
The
first
girl
told
me
“well
I’m
not
the
manager”
when
I
stated
my
pizza
never
came.
The
manager
stated
“the
driver
said
someone
told
him
they
didn’t
order
a
pizza”
“
why
would
he
bring
it
all
the
way
back?”
“We’re
closing
soon
so
we
can
remake
it
for
pick
up”,
but
NEVER
once
apologized
for
the
inconvenience
or
the
fact
his
driver
made
a
mistake,
instead
they
made
it
seem
like
it
was
our
fault
for
being
home
waiting
and
the
driver
never
showing
up!
CLEARLY
there’s
no
consideration
of
people’s
time,
or
money.
Yes
it’s
inexpensive
but
if
enough
of
these
people
leaving
these
1
star
reviews
stop
ordering
here
due
to
mistreatment
I
bet
it
makes
a
difference!!
Train
your
staff
on
customer
service,
or
is
that
the
price
we
pay
for
ordering
from
here??
