NEVER AGAIN!! The staff is so RUDE all the way up to the managers. Clearly they don’t train on customer service which is a priority especially during times of inflation. I refuse to spend my money with this type of behavior anywhere. I ordered and after an hour and a half of waiting I called to be told the driver would be coming any minute. 45 mins later still no pizza. I called back and they said the driver was told that whoever they tried to deliver to told them that they didn’t order pizza. That should’ve been the first indication that they went to the wrong address. Instead of trying to locate the correct address, in my subdivision he took the pizza back. Mind you I’ve ordered here plenty of times and never had an issue with anyone finding the correct address. Management and staff never offered an apology or any sincerity for me not getting my order. The first girl told me “well I’m not the manager” when I stated my pizza never came. The manager stated “the driver said someone told him they didn’t order a pizza” “ why would he bring it all the way back?” “We’re closing soon so we can remake it for pick up”, but NEVER once apologized for the inconvenience or the fact his driver made a mistake, instead they made it seem like it was our fault for being home waiting and the driver never showing up! CLEARLY there’s no consideration of people’s time, or money. Yes it’s inexpensive but if enough of these people leaving these 1 star reviews stop ordering here due to mistreatment I bet it makes a difference!! Train your staff on customer service, or is that the price we pay for ordering from here??

I order a pizza at 2:00 pm and here it is 7:00 still haven’t got it but they have my card information. And when I tried to call them. They hung up in my face. The first time I called a lady transferred my called into voicemail. And the voicemail was full. I figured the complaints go there! So they will never get my business. A bunch of spineless people must work there cause they refuse to answer the phone. They offer a service and treat their Customers bad! Terrible they made little kids wait and not get any food! I got your huckleberry! I should have known better!!

I came for visit to my hometown of North Chicago/Waukegan with my daughters and grandchildren. I always bragged about how good Mike's pizza was. I grew up eat Mike's and during my 3nd pregnancy 30 years ago I craved Mike's pizza so much so I ate them at least 3 times a week, don't judge me 🤣🤣🤣 I couldn't wait to taste my pie, walking into the building iit still smelled the same way and all I can say when I took that first bite way do my happy dance and say BUSSIN 🔥🔥🔥

Absolutely horrible costumer service, extremely long wait times. This place deserves zero stars. Pizza was not delivered on time. It took well over two hours for the pizza to be delivered. I would definitely never order from here again. Take your business elsewhere. Dave takes absolutely no accountability for the pizza being delivered late or the app not being updated. The woman who answered the phone could not provide a time frame for when the pizza was to be delivered. Unfortunately, I already tipped on the app when I paid. This didn’t deserve a tip at all. Take your orders elsewhere. NEVER order here.

Great Pizza! Call your order in!!! Don’t come and wait it’s a house converted to a pizza place. Price was amazing $12 for a large with 3 topping. Get you pizza and go to the hotel wait for morning to see my new sailor graduation from boot camp

The wait was worth it. The price is what brought me here and I am impressed. I ordered on Google, waited 45 minutes, picked up groceries, tried to pick up pizza but still had to wait another 15 minutes. Doesn't even matter because I am so full off of a 10 inch pizza (~$7). The edges were crispy and perfect.

It's been a long time & MIKE'S 🍕 still good just order early & good luck with a parking spot , just being honest. Thx Mike's Pizza keep up the good work.

The location is in the middle of the hood, the delivery drivers are usually crack heads, Sometimes the pizza takes a hour longer than expected. But in all of my 22 years of life, I’ve never had a better pizza, This is the only thing keeping me from moving out of state. 10/10 pizza, It’s a classic for a reason.

Pizza takes awfully long and the organization in this place is horrible. After making your order they’ll sometimes make you wait even longer than told (1hr and 15 mins). Some people that had made their orders after you will somehow get their pizzas before you, even if they had ordered the same amount or even more. Pizza is decent, but pizza tastes worse when you’re frustrated over it. The entire staff does not seem to care at all about the obvious lack of customer service, organization, and waiting times. Lady at the front taking orders probably gets off of all the negative comments about her.

Terrible SERVICE!! Don't not order from them online! Placed an order through the slice app at 320pm. 45 mins later I arrive as the app said the pizzas are ready and they did not get the order at all. Why tf did the app said the pizzas were in the oven and ready. She just looked at me like she was dumb! Her only reason was the ticket didnt print out! Lies...I will never order from them again.

To all the one star complainers. This is by far the best pizza I've ever tasted. I would wait hours just to get one! Keep up the good work Mikes!

Best pizza I’ve had but the customer service is a hit or miss. Common to get a rude employee. Sometimes they will pick up the phone and hang up on you bc they’re very busy. Expect your pizza to arrive in 1-2 hrs. Despite the flaws I really love this place.

I would’ve Rated 5 stars but they are very rude here every time I call they answer with an attitude talks crazy and hang up before you can say anything. I tip the driver and I been ordering with them for a while now. Today was the last day they will get a dollar from me I’ll make my own pizza before I buy another one from Mikes. DO BETTER!!!

The staff is always pleasant the food is always hot and fresh. The times they give you for pick up well if you want it straight put the oven get there 10 mins earlier. And unlike the other pizza places they know what extra is you get what you ask for with mikes! When I visit Illinois I get them atleast twice before leaving to go back home. When I lived there about 15 yrs ago I got them at least once a week and they have not gone down hill lime big name food chains are!

Best pizza ever!!! I was in a psych ward in Waukegan and a friend kept sending me Mike's pizza every other Friday and it was delicious, saucy and filling... I got a large pizza with 3 pop cans for under $20... I wish we had a Mike's pizza in Westmont.....

My grandson is autistic and only eats pepperoni pizza and drinks grape soda. I have been ordering Mike's pizza since my grandson was 4 and he is now 9. We know most of the delivery drivers personally. Thank you for 5 years of quick service and delicious pizza

In spite of some of the reviews on Google, I had no problems here for my first time. Customer service was nice, my pizza only took about 20 minutes, it was good and hella affordable! There was AC inside while we waited too. Maybe I went at a good time, 3pm on a Saturday, but it was not crowed as some reviews made it seem. And as a little added bonus, I don't know why I was so inquisitive about the brown box I usually see the pizza in, today they had the white and green ones, but the girl who took my order made sure to put my pizza in their signature brown box.🫶 I appreciated that attention to detail, although she didn't have to. The only problem I would say needs fixing is that door. IYKYK 🙉🙉 5 stars because 'though this is my first time ordering, it's not my first time having Mike's, and it has always been good pizza since.

Pizza was meh! Had it before and it was better. Still ok though. I've learned it's better on days when they're not busy.

GOAT! Mikes pizza is an institution. Been going there for well over 40 years and it’s STILL as good as I remember. Regarding all those whiners out there crying about the wait times- PLAN AHEAD- this is a mom and pop that is making their pizzas by hand in a TINY KITCHEN. There is going to be a wait. It’s well worth it.

Super friendly people, extremely low priced pizza, but you get what you pay for! Crust is very thin somewhat dry like a matzo cracker, the sauce is very tomatoey. Still better than any of the big national chain pizza joints for the money.

Would be zero stars if I had the option. 2 hours, not 1, but 2 I ordered a large pizza at 6:45 and recieved an email saying that the pizza will be delivered between 7:45 and 7:57. I thought it was a little odd for a 16 inch pizza to take but I figured they're probably a little busy so fine, no prob whatsoever. It starts to get pass the 8 o'clock hour so I call the shop to get an eta out on my order. Someone answers and I inquire about my 1 pizza from which I'm told that it's with the driver and he'll arrive in a few minutes. It is now 8:45, 2 hours pass my initial order. Is he walking over? No call to inform you that they'll be running late like other pizza places, nothing. This is completely unacceptable! Yeah the prices of pizza are cheap because they match the lack of service you receive when you patronize them. So I called to get my money back. I will never order from these guys again.

Local neighborhood Pizza joint serving up 🔥🔥🔥 over 50 years. One of Chicago burbs best pizza spots. The garbage pizza is the #1 for me (pep, bacon, sausage,green pep, gardenia, mushroom and onion). Awesome "Chicago style thin" Might have a wait a bit but call 45 mins in advance and it's definitely worth it!!

I love Mike's pizza specializing in pizza in particular, their deep dish pizzas are rare but amazingly good if you are a bread person the dough is very tasty and fulfilling.The pizza is the most taste tantalizing form of an Italian dish I ever had in the U.S. if pizza tasted this good in Italy I would love to go! Right here in the local area we can experience a similar taste! And they have special deals if you are an ongoing customer like receipt savers get a free cheese pizza after so many are saved!
