This is a long review so bear with me, but I want to share as many details as possible so anyone considering botox at this location has all the info to make an informed decision. I've had botox about 8-10 times previously, typically about every 6 months or so. I just moved to this area and saw Spaderma came highly recommended. I had my 1st appt in February with Ilse. She was very nice, understood my needs, and made me comfortable going to a new location. After my visit she encouraged me to come back in 2 weeks so we could see how everything settled and make adjustments if necessary. Overall I was pleased with the results and on May 31 was back for another round. That is where everything went downhill. Once Ilse was finished with my injections, I noticed she didn't put any botox in the middle of my forehead. Odd, right? I asked her about it before I left and she reassured me that that was how you avoid an angry brow, and the rest of the botox would spread evenly. I was curious as to why this was a different approach from my first visit, as well as the touch-up visit, since it was my understanding that first visit (plus touch-up) created a guideline for them to see where to inject you so going forward it wasn't a guessing game. Turns out, I was right as this was confirmed by another one of their providers, Anne (more to share about that later). During the course of the 2 weeks while I waited for the botox to settle, I noticed everything was smoothing but when I raised my eyebrows, ALL the wrinkles were now in the middle of my forehead. It looked TERRIBLE. I tried to wait until my 2-week follow-up to contact them, but finally called at day 8 or 9. I spoke (and cried) to Briana, who was very understanding and genuinely concerned. She promised she would escalate my concerns, along with my email containing photos, to a manager and I would hear back from someone within 24 hours. I never got any calls or messages from Briana or from management. I sent an email 2 days later to ask why I hadn't been contacted, and was told Ilse had reached out to me. I searched my emails and found an email from Ilse that said "I heard you had questions on your botox." WHAT?! Not only was this the worst botox I've ever had, but this was how they responded to my concerns? I replied to the original email thread telling them how shocked and appalled I was by this response. I received an email and a call from Clara, a manager, who said Ilse as she was the best person to address my concerns and couldn't do any touch-ups until that 2 week mark. I was still shocked they weren't addressing the actual situation - that my visit didn't include the middle of my forehead and once again asked why the first visit wouldn't be a guideline for them. Clara double downed, saying every appointment is different, etc., and that they wouldn't be able to do anything until my follow-up. She also gave me a heads up that if I was getting a 'new area' treated at my follow-up, I would be charged for it. YES, SHE REALLY DID SAY THAT. When I pushed back saying this should all be covered since the provider didn't follow the information from my first visit or follow-up visit, she said they'd honor 10 units complimentary but that was all. I was fuming but had no choice than to go back to see what could be done. We agreed I'd see Anne, one of their senior providers. I met with Anne, told her the background since it seemed like management didn't, as well as my understanding for that first visit & follow-up being a roadmap for future visits to which she said "you're not wrong for thinking that." When I told her my concerns about any additional fees, she told me not to worry and I wasn't paying anything that day. That visit helped and justified how I was feeling, but I'm still very disheartened by the process and lack of concern/sympathy from Spaderma management. I may have to go back AGAIN for another follow-up in 2 weeks to continue to fix what was done this first round and my confidence has suffered greatly in the process. Definitely beware of botox treatments here.

I recently had my first chemical peel at SpaDerma with Dan, and it was an great experience. Dan's expertise and professionalism made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I am excited to see the results. I was referred to a SpaDerma, she spoke highly of the results from a chemical peel and I was pretty excited to experience it myself. When I arrived, I mentioned it and we both received a $50 credit for the referral. That’s a nice perk I truly appreciate. I highly recommend SpaDerma for their outstanding service, and I look forward to returning for future treatments.

I saw Anne for a lip flip and she did an excellent job. She also answered some questions I had about experiences with previous injectors which helped me clear a lot of confusion surrounding my aesthetic goals. She was also very down to earth which was really refreshing for someone like me who’s dealt with a lot of Regina George esque injectors. Thanks Anne!

I got my lips done by Ronie back in March. I got SO many compliments after I got them done. 6 months later, I am STILL getting compliments! She listened to me when I said I wanted to look natural - and that's exactly what she did. I also got a Moxi treatment done by Sophia. She was so friendly, and made sure I was not uncomfortable throughout the whole process. She gave me beautiful silky skin! I can't wait to see them both again in the future!

My life’s first hydra facial done here . I had best experience. The staff is so friendly and professional . Always available time at last minute I feel so lucky . Miss Sophia Hernandez is very kind ,nice and calm . Talk sweetly and explain everything before procedure. Always suggest me good skin care products and sale . She is so professional and advised me to upgrade hydra facial on my 2nd visit in April 2023 . Before vacation starts I really wants my skin to glow in International hot weather specially place with dessert safari etc . As I have moved won’t be coming at this location . Also I did my MOXI treatment in different location . Every location have bestest aesthetician . THANK YOU SPADERMA 🫶

Audrey is fabulous! She is kind, a wonderful conversationalist and leaves my skin feeling fresh, clean and glowing. It’s such a treat to experience a facial and Audrey is the best- funny, sweet, and knowledgable. Spa Derma offers a variety of services and the office is clean and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend

I went to SpaDerma for the first time at the end of January for laser hair removal. I followed the protocols, including not being in the sun for a month before the appointment. I was told I was too tan, I had taken a vacation over Christmas, and should come back in 2 weeks. I appreciated the honesty, didn't love the inconvenience and made an appointment for 2/14. Today I arrived at SpaDerma for my 10:15 appointment at 10:20. I waited my turn in line. Once the receptionist got to me it was 10:25. I was told that I missed my grace period and would need to be rescheduled. The grace period for my appointment is 5 minutes. I had to ask for that info btw. I asked if there was a charge associated with the cancellation and the receptionist said yes, $50. I shared with the receptionist that a 10:20 arrival should fall within that grace period. She said I walked in at 10:23. I checked my parking payment and I paid at 10:20, literally feet from the front entrance, while I was walking in. She was helpful enough to let me know I could call and dispute the charge and someone could put in a "ticket." That is ridiculous. Not only did I waste time arriving to 2 appointments which resulted in zero treatments, now I have to call a number, be put on hold and then plead my case?! SpaDerma couldn't send more messages before your appointment via text and email. The messages say to call within 24 hours to cancel to avoid a $50-$150 cancellation fee. It does not say anything about being 5 minutes late and having to pay $50. It seems dishonest and unethical to over communicate but leave out an important detail like that. Moral of the story is, don't expect any sort of customer service from SpaDerma, better to go to a more reputable place like Elevare, down the street, that cares about their customers. From SpaDerma: I deeply regret that you did not enjoy your last visit and hope that us waving your fee allows for some compromise. I look forward to connecting with you! My response: Here's how to fix this, Clara. Call me and apologize. Change the communication policy from SpaDerma so that others don't have this same experience. Make the charges and expectations explicit. My guess is that it is intentionally muddy to allow for shady charges which account for xx amount of dollars in revenue for SpaDerma with the hope that most folks won't notice, will tolerate it or won't take the time to post a bad review. I'm not that person.

Walking in, SpaDerma is beautiful and clean! I was greeted with warmth and professionalism at the front desk and they helped me check in! To perform my facial, Claire, my flawless angel technician, was absolutely stunning! She was such a personable peach! She explains everything and makes you feel so safe and then she does the most wonderful job!

I’ve been going to SpaDerma for a few years now, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else for facial treatments. I trust them wholeheartedly and know they have high standards in regards to safety, cleanliness and professionalism. I go to Fallyn for facial treatments and she is a rock star! She knows the ins and outs of everything skin-related. She is incredibly thorough when performing either microneedling or clear and brilliant on me, and she’s also great at recommending products and ways to enhance my skin care routine. I owe my skin to her basically, For Dysport, I go to my girl Sara in Lincoln Park. She is also a superstar and it’s always a treat getting Dysport from her. She keeps me feeling and looking fresh. Plus she’s got that good fun energy that makes you feel good. I love chatting it up with both these ladies. They are friendly and at the top of their game. You won’t be disappointed.

Lynzee was an amazing tech. It was my first time getting a hydra facial and she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The results are amazing! I will definitely go back to her!

Elsie is a thoughtful, talented artist. She made those lines across my nose soften. Can't wait to see results in 2 weeks. She will tweak whatever she feels more attention. She also makes you feel like a girlfriend, exchanging ideas about makeup from sephora and skin care. Truly an enjoyable experience. Also, Dan is great. He does my miconeedling.

Highly recommend Anne for all your skin care needs. She is a true expert and gives great advice. She’s professional, fun, and an exceptionally skilled injector.

Dan was fantastic and walked me through my entire treatment since it was my first HydraFacial + I’m pregnant. He had great suggestions for ongoing treatments and products too! Loved my experience, I’ll definitely be going back :)

I've been seeing Ronie for my last 3 visits. Went in for a Botox consultation originally, she recommended Dysport. I have been so happy with the results on my forehead! Always happy to go see her again, she's quick and she gets it right!

Working with Ronie at SpaDerma is the best! She offers ideas + solutions for the problems I have and always takes the time to provide all the information I ask for. Plus, she is so nice and so fun to work with! My sessions are always efficient, effective and enjoyable. Cannot recommend her enough!

Dan at SpaDerma is the best! I have seen him multiple times and he always does a great job explaining what the treatments are doing, answering any questions I might have, and making me feel comfortable. He is also great at giving me recommendations for products and services and I can definitely tell a difference in my skin!

I can't recommend Ilse enough! I have two lip filler appointments under my belt (both with Ilse), and they were very seamless experiences. I appreciate Ilse's professionality throughout the whole process, and her personable demeanor. You can tell she really listens to what look you're after, and models her approach to achieve your desired results. Very happy with my lips and will definitely be booking other services soon :-)

Fallyn is the best! I started my hair laser removal treatment since May 2022 with her and the result is amazing. Her experience and skill makes every visit so easy and fun. Highly recommend!

Sophia is THE absolute best! She really cares for her clients and takes the time to get to know you, your skin goals, and everything in between. I’ve always been super insecure about my acne issues, and she is super comforting and has been truly wonderful throughout my many VI Peel sessions! Definitely coming back continuously for a long time - such a great investment!

I have gone to Ilse for the last 3 years to get lip filler. She’s done amazing. She makes it comfortable and fast. I am always so happy with how my lips are looking when I leave my girl!
