UPDATE: Chili’s should re-brand themselves as the Hit or Miss Chili experience. They used to make great Long Island Ice Teas… not anymore. It was more of a sweet and sour lemon tea. And the Brisket BBQ Burger, it was a burger with no BBQ sauce. And forget the coleslaw. How can you screw up coleslaw, well, easy breezy. Just take a look. Totally tasteless, ugh! What is happening here! —— Last time I had a Chili’s experience was on Long Island, 10 years ago. And it was terrible. This time around, the waitress at the bar, saved the night. Ordered a cheeseburger, how hard can that be? Well, someone forgot to tell the kitchen staff, the floor tiles are not for flipping burgers. After waiting over 45 minutes, what I received was a decomposed floor flattened, shoe-squeezed, burned to the ground burger with a piece of cheese slapped on. I was going to take a picture when the tray was taken from me. I guess my expression was priceless. Glad the waitress took the platter because the replacement burger was good! Actually, very good. Don’t know what was going on in that kitchen, but from other reviews, it’s a on going issue. On the upside: Two hours after I entered a fairly empty restaurant at 4.30, the wait line was out the door. And from what I see, they must make a great Long Island Ice Tea because the guy next to me had at least four!

I ordered the triple dipper sampler for my family and what I got was far from what I expected. The chicken tasted and smelled like old rag, the cheese in the mozzarella sticks tasted like rubber. They didn’t even look like cheese sticks and the cheeseburger bites were burnt and dry. Makes me wonder where the restaurant is getting this food from. Doesn’t make any sense to pay so much for this quality of food. Complete waste of money.

We ordered take out from them on June 17th. Got home and I noticed that the 6 oz steaks we ordered looked kinda small. Weighed them and they were both 3.4 oz. I know that steaks are weighed before they're cooked but even then they don't lose that much. They also weren't cooked to our specified order. I called but the manager was busy so I left my contact info and still haven't heard back, hence this negative review. Very disappointing.

We went to Chilli's for our evening meal and it didn't disappoint. There were 5 x adults in our party, all ordered something different from the menu - and everyone absolutely loved their orders (steak / ribs / burger / Fajitas). Our server Tay was fantastic and a real pleasure to deal with. The drinks were 2 for 1 which was fab and the food prices were excellent value for money. Definitely a place worth a visit. Our gang want to come back tomorrow, they were that impressed 😊👍 UPDATE:- Just to add we went back again today...and it was just as good. We all had different options than last time. The food was still great. Our server was fantastic, Shin, and was very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. We really couldn't fault it. Today we had burgers, ribs, corn on the cob, chicken strips. For dessert the gang chose the molten lava cake and the cookie skillet. Both went down very well. All in all it was a Great outing for the family and we will definitely be back😃😃👍

Very friendly staff! Everyone that walked by the table spoke! I have never witnessed that before. Food came out hot & quick!

It literally looks like someone bit one of the Pattie’s in half. On top of that they came with no cheese or anything on them at all and my half rack of ribs were only 3 ribs. Nothing tasted good I am very upset I could literally cry. I felt so bad when I opened this DoorDash order all my daughter wanted was a cheese burger and ended up spending $40 on disgusting food.

I can usually trust Chili's to provide a consistent and good experience and this location is no exception. The food here is always good and the service is what I would expect. A solid location all around.

Our server was absolutely wonderful and the food was great! We enjoyed our experience. This store can sometimes be a toss up depending on your server and how busy it is but I go here often and 9 times out of 10 it's excellent. My only issue was I got the wrong items in my to go order but that's probably on me I should have Checked before we left as they brought it while we were still eating our dine in items.

Been here twice in a week. Staff are amazing. Food was really nice. Both kids ate all their dinners. Staff went above and beyond to be kind to us. Food prices very reasonable. All staff were very polite. Plenty of parking and plenty of space. Antonio was very good to us. Listened to our orders, got everything right and I would like to thank him for today.

Currently standing here waiting to be seated with a party of 7 on Easter for lunch. Told there is a 10 minute wait even though there are plenty of booths open and seats. Due to only having 2 servers and 1 bartender. Ridiculous and poor job on the management for not staffing accordingly during a holiday weekend.

Looove Chili's! Service was great and food was tasty especially for the price. Burger and chicken sandwich were great!

Horrible curbside to go service. I waited 15 minutes after check in and then had to call inside. The food was cold and soggy. No ice in our drinks and no utensils or condiments.

The attention is OK, no more than that. But the lack of cleaning is unacceptable. We felt something weird in our throats, and of course, when looking at the vents, we saw MOLD. This will be reported to Chili’s corporate. Update: There's an autoreply from Chili's that says nothing about cleaning those vents. If you go there, please check them and share your feedback (if they are in even worst condition, do yourself a favor and leave)

We ordered chips and salsa and spring rolls and this is what we received. A barely half-full salsa and salt with some chips on it. The spring rolls had all broken open in the fryer and were soggy and logged in fryer oil. Hard to say anything positive

ZEROOO stars. This is supposed to be a kid’s chicken quesadilla. This is not that ! How would you feel if you ordered food for your child and this is what they received? Management should be very disappointed that you actually have people working for your company that are so okay with sending this out to be consumed by someone! A child at that.

I would have given you 4 stars EXCEPT, you SKIMPED on my condiments to put on my fajitas and NO RICE, plus NO eating utensils. I ONLY had enough condiment to put on 1 and 1/2 fajitas the rest went without, WHY? I used a teaspoon to scoop out the condiments, so that told me how much you put in the container.

Came here with my family it was my friend's birthday and we were super excited to drink some margaritas and eat some food. We got greeted at the door with a smile she was super nice . We had a cake and they were so nice to hold it in the back for us. My server ty was really nice very attentive and was just great. The drinks came out fast the food came out fast everything was hot 🔥 we had more drinks and then the cake came out and they all sang and made my friends experience amazing . We had a great time will definitely be back 😊

Hi, I never really write reviews but this time calls for it. Last night my girlfriend and I ordered a fajita. The rice was sadly uncooked, it nearly broke her teeth. This was not a good experience. also we bought guacamole, and never received it. I really love chili's but this was not a good time. The vegetables could of been better too.

We ordered take out tonight from the Chili's a few miles from where we are staying. I ordered the baked seafood with two side orders; Mexican rice and black beans. My sister ordered dry rub ribs with loaded mashed potatoes and asparagus. Our order arrived to our vehicle approximately 10 minutes after we arrived. The food was hot. My sister commented it was to hot to hold in her lap, she received a sunburn like skin burn on her leg, the food was hot... It took 10 minutes to drive to our current home. My food was still very hot when I pulled it out of the bag. I realized my Baked seafood and pasta was in a thick dish it was obviously baked it. About the food... WOW!!! I can't even begin to tell you about the wonderful flavor. My sister said her ribs were amazing, her loaded mashed potatoes were better than she remembered and her asparagus was cooked to perfection. My Baked Seafood was a dish full of shrimp and crab meat baked with pasta, alfredo sauce, green onions and red peppers. One bite and my mouth exploded with wonderful flavors. My only negative was the Mexican rice. It was definitely NOT Mexican rice. It was more like half cooked white rice with a few spices added for a little flavor. The black beans reminded me of eating black eyed peas growing up. Since I didn't like the rice I decided to mix it with the black beans. What a difference. Now i had a new black bean and rice dish. Dinner was saved.

Pretty basic. Nothing special. We had to wait 15min to be seated. Average service and standard food. I ordered a chicken sandwich which tasted like an average copy of chick fil a. My husband had cilantro lime carne asada and it was good. The potato soup was ok.
