Horrible service and too expensive. While I was waiting for my $70 order I asked to sample their courtesy soup that they offer their guest and she said she has to charge me because that is only for guest that eat in the restaurant. I drove 11/2 hrs to get this kind of service and the steak and pork were extremely dry and hard not a good day.

Food is incredible good and I'm talking about great great grandma recipes a 100% authentic Puerto Rican food! They gave us una "sopa de salchichón" on the house while you look at the menu, they are very polite and the food doesn't take long to be served. They make you feel at home! It's a little bit pricey I don't going to lie but is worth it! I will definitely travel an hour again yo eat this food!

In service and flavor they have 20 out of 10. We didn’t have a long waiting time. Food felt fresh and well done. A little pricey, but considering inflation right now and kind of food, we can say prices are razonable. The only thing I didn’t like it, it was the passion fruit juice, it could be better. Good quality food, though.

The food here was delicious! Tasted just like home. Can't wait to go again with my husband. The yellow rice was so flavorful. Immediately upon seating they gave a small sample ball of salchichon soup. The flan was out of this world! First time trying Pistachio Flan and it was amazing! It was also Christmas Time and there tree was decorated so culturally. The staff was also so sweet and attentive.

I am Puertorriqueña and totally recommend this place to try something that taste from PR. The complementary soup was delicious, the fried cheese yummy and the skirt with shrimp tasteful. Love it.

loved it! a friend recommended me the place, then saw a few bad reviews but decided to give it a chance. Staff is very amicable, polite and courteous. The place is very clean. The food was simply perfect. We ordered carne frita, pernil, and mofongo con chicharrones de pollo. and every single one was delicious, perfectly cooked. The only thing i didn't like that much was the beans, they were good but needed more sofrito. We got the lunch special so prices were excellent , 10$ each plate. presentation was beautiful. very detail oriented. Excellent atmosphere too.

We went on a Sunday around 2:30pm and it was not too crowded which was good as we were seated right away- party of 6. The service was good, the decor is very cute and makes you feel like you are back in the Island. The prices and portion size of food were really good. The taste was delicious 😋. We ordered La Bandeja Don Ramon which was great portions and it was perfect for our group. Strongly recommend to try it - we live in Central Florida and it was a drive so we made a day of it in the Lakeland area.

The food was delicious 😋. The service was great, but there was other ethnic music, other than Puerto Rican music playing, and they had no maví. Other than that, it's give the place ten stars, if I could.

The food was delicious & and the waiter was very kind. I would love to rate it a 5 star, but the only issue we had was how expensive it was. We were shocked when the bill came out to $187.98 . Also, in their menu, the prices aren't there, which I wonder if this ever happened to other people as well.....

A very good attention, the waitress who attended us was very friendly and willing to answer any questions. But I think that in relation quality / price its price is a bit high.

Nice hotdog stand outside their business. All beef, with homemade ground beef chile, small fries on top and everything! We really enjoyed the flavor and seasoning! A bit pricey, but worth it as we left satisfied. (You get what you pay for) we have never been disappointed with our foods quality and the service. Recommended!

Food was amazing. One of the best Puertorrican restaurant that I ever had outside of Puerto Rico 🇵🇷. They had a complementary soup on the house that took me to my grandma's house. We had fried cheese as appetizer with guava sauce and empanadilla de pionono. Mofongo for entrée and natural Juice( Lime and Tamarind). My mofongo was stuffed with arroz con Gandules, pernil y morcilla. (Pigeon peas rice, roasted pork and blood sausage). My wife's was stuffed with skirt steak. They also have a market with products that are hard to find that take you to your younger years. 😉

We drove 1 hour to have food here because we wanted to try it. This place atmosphere is great very humble and super family oriented. The waitress was one of the nicest one she offer us soup for free and the kids love the soup ( fun fact they dont like soup but they ate it) we ask for piña colada for the kids and came in the cutest container ever. The food was really amazing and we love all of it. Yes they do charge 3.99% for card and 18% of tip but i think it is well deserved for the service they offer. My kids ask the server to take a picture and she was so kind and did. My kids can’t wait to be back and eat the soup again.

I was driving with my boss to Orlando, when we decided to decided to stop for lunch at this Latin restaurant. We ordered corn sticks as an appetizer and that was the only thing that worked out. I chose the Cuban sandwich and my boss the Tripleta *sandwich. It took about 25 minutes for the food to appear and then both were burned. The sandwiches were wrapped in aluminum foil which got stuck to the bread. A Cuban sandwich is supposed to have pickles and Swiss cheese. My sandwich had no pickles and American cheese. At least they didn't charge us for them. Definitely not recommended.

Authentic Puerto Rican style! Delicious food and drinks and our waiter was very nice. Only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is price. It is pretty expensive to eat here, but the food is amazing! + Visit our mom and pop vintage shop CoralDriveVintage on Etsy.com!

A bit pricey but overall the food was delicious. We ordered two mofongos. One with chicken chicharron and the other with roast pork. They were tasty & the mofongos were moist enough that you didn't need the broth on the side. Also ordered morcilla, beef alcapurria, & mofongo filled with asopao de gandules. We had a bizcochito for dessert for a little bday celebration. Also yummy. Sangrias were ordered as well but they were quite expensive. Malta India was my drink of choice. Big bottle for $3. My favorites were the mofongo and alcapurrias. I'd definitely go back for those as there are not many places like this one that can recreate that authentic PR flavor.

One of the best and my favorite authentic restaurants I go to regularly. The food is always served hot and fresh with a lot of options on the menu which all of them are very good. Great desserts and the staff could not be better, very clean restaurant and would recommend this every day of the week.

Genuine Puertorrican hospitality and cuisine here. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted as if you're part of the family (just like on the island). We were offered a complimentary small bowl of "sopa de salchichón" as a starter. The aroma immediately transported me to Puerto Rico on a rainy day. I highly recommend trying their platters since they come with a variety of items. Their pasteles are to die for. We ordered the Borinqueña and the Antojitos platters. Everything was delicious. It was more than just food, it was an experience.

This Authentic Puerto Rican cuisine establishment is an explosion of bold and vibrant flavors that will leave your taste buds begging for more. From succulent roast pork to crispy tostones, every dish is infused with a unique blend of spices and seasonings that bring the tropics to your plate. I had the pleasure of indulging in some amazing food on 6/27/23 for lunch, and let me just say, my taste buds are still singing! I started with some Alcapurrias accompanied with some hot sauce sauce that made it absolutely heavenly. The Alcapurrias was so flavorful. I had the pleasure of being served by one of the most exceptional waitresses I have encountered in a long time. I am so bad with names, and please forgive me if I get your name wrong but on the receipt it says Yulianet. From the moment she greeted me with a warm smile to the moment I left the restaurant, she exuded a level of professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine kindness that truly set her apart. Not only was she knowledgeable about the menu, but she also took the time to listen to my specific dietary preferences and offer thoughtful suggestions. Her recommendations were spot-on, and every dish she brought to my table was executed flawlessly. She gave me some Sopa de Salchichon. WoW, all the flavors of this soup was as if you were coming home and your mom or grandmother was cooking. All the flavors of Puerto Rico was in this bowl of goodness. Each spoonful of this soup was a savory masterpiece, warming the soul and leaving a lingering taste that was both comforting and joyful. It was an experience that reminded me of the simple pleasures in life and the incredible power of a well-crafted dish, and that’s just the soup. Imagine the rest of the other dishes. What truly stood out was her ability to anticipate my needs even before I had to ask. She checked in on me regularly, striking the perfect balance between being attentive without being overbearing. Beyond her impeccable service, her warmth and friendliness created an atmosphere that made me feel like a valued guest. She took the time to engage in friendly conversation, with myself and with other customers. Yulianet went above and beyond to make my dining experience all the more enjoyable. For my main course, I opted for the Carne Frita con Arroz con Habichuelas y ensalada, and all of it was love at first bite. The beans were perfectly cooked and combined Calabaza which makes for a flavorful tomato sauce, and a medley of herbs and spices that gave the dish that quintessential Puerto Rican flavor. It was hearty, satisfying, and extremely delicious. To round off my meal, I savored every last bite. Overall, the meal was a true fusion of bold and sublime flavors that honored the heritage and culture of Puerto Rico. If you're looking for a true culinary experience, look no further than Antojitos Navidenos Restaurant. cuisine. The food is a testament to the creativity and ingenuity of its owner, staff, and it's definitely worth a taste. In conclusion, my waitress's exceptional service combined with her genuine kindness made my dining experience truly remarkable. I left the restaurant feeling not only satisfied with the delicious food but also grateful for encountering such a remarkable and beautiful individual. Thank you so much Antojitos Navidenos staff and thank you so much Yulianet. I am looking forward in trying more dishes and seeing the wonderful staff. Hats off to the chef. I would love to learn some of your skills. People, go and try it out for yourself and be whisked away to Puerto Rico. Your tummy would thank you.

This is authentic Puerto Rican food and it’s very flavorful. They offer a large menu with so many options to chose from. It is separated into 3 separate dining rooms, so I’ve never been on a wait to get in, however the food is always freshly prepared so you may wait a little on your meal. They offer a delicious soup as somewhat of an appetizer, but I still wouldn’t recommend skipping the appetizers. The only reason I gave less than 5 stars for service and because some of the staff have great difficulty with English. My daughter and husband recommend the passion fruit alcohol beverage in the pouch.

Food was delicious except for the pastel. Pastel was stale, cold, tasteless & meatless, took three bites & threw the rest away. I order thru UE & food was so expensive for what I received. I normally can split plates like these into two meals each but the portions on these were so small I couldn't do that, if the price was lower then 5 stars but been that I spent $50 for two meals & a tasteless pastel is not OK. I would not order again. I'm beginning to think that Lakeland does not have a good Puerto Rican / Latin food place. I never had this issue in Orlando or Tampa. Looking at the pictures you can see all the empty space where other restaurants will normally filled up with food. Not worth the price they ask for.
