I
have
always
considered
myself
a
Choice
Hotel
Preferred
member
for
life.
However,
after
traveling
to
numerous
states
and
experiencing
terrible
customer
service
and
filthy
rooms,
I
decided
to
try
a
different
hotel
chain.
Very
impressed
with
the
level
of
customer
service
at
this
Holiday
Inn.
From
the
beginning
to
the
end
of
our
visit
the
staff
was
courteous
and
professional.
In
addition,
I
appreciate
the
front
desk
staff
receiving
and
signing
for
numerous
packages
when
I
was
away
from
my
room.
The
Positives:
*Friendly
customer
service
*Clean
rooms
*
Spacious
parking
lot
*Located
within
miles
of
shopping
and
restaurants
*The
janitorial
staff
was
excellent
at
keeping
the
lobby
and
surrounding
areas
clean.
The
Negatives:
*Complimentary
breakfast
has
been
removed.
Instead
the
hotel
wants
you
to
purchase
your
meals
from
the
restaurant
(adjacent
to
the
hotel).
This
would
not
be
an
issue
except
for
the
fact
the
food
at
the
restaurant
was
terrible.
We
purchased
food
on
two
separate
occasions
and
we
could
not
stomach
anything.
*We
did
not
use
the
unsanitary
liquid
soap,
shampoo
and
conditioner
located
in
the
room.
Even
if
a
lock
is
on
those
bottles,
I
know
what
people
are
capable
of
doing
to
those
containers.
Overall,
a
positive
experience
with
this
hotel.

Response
to
the
manager:
Thank
you
for
responding
to
my
review.
However,
I've
stayed
at
numerous
Holiday
Inn
locations
in
Ohio,
Michigan,
and
Tennessee.
Each
of
these
locations
offered
complimentary
breakfast-
no
matter
what
package.
Spending
$800.00+
for
my
hotel
room
seems
to
be
more
than
basic.
Maybe
it
just
depends
on
ownership.
In
reference
to
the
hotel
restaurant:
the
staff
should
be
well
aware
of
what
we
ordered
because
we
sent
it
back
twice.
