The restaurant looks good with good service. But the food.. fries full of oil. All food is very salty. Fish is frozen. Paella is salty and full or turmeric. We bought 2 menus of the day. Paella, chicken with chips, lasagna and fish with chips. You can see the pictures below. Worst experience from Gran Canaria.

Food was very full of oil and was bland. I was served old bread to start which is never a good sign. My main course was terrible. Please eat somewhere else it is not a good experience at all here. Location is perfect but unfortunately the food is bad. If you look around you will soon see the popular cafe/restaurants that are packed with locals. The locals are certainly not eating here but if you are just having a drink then it should be ok.

They tried to force us to pay without giving the receipt and they added themself 50% tip, without asking. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Deberían llamarlo Frozen experience, todo ultracongelado. Comida mala, muy mala. Nos dijeron que el pescado era fresco y buenísimo... Decidimos probar unos calamares y habían estado más congelados que Walt Disney, resultó ser un plato de aros de corcho encima de un montón de patatas fritas. Las patatas bravas eran patatas fritas de bolsa con una salsa estándar por encima. Y al final de todo, te cobran como si lo que hubieran servido fuera comida de calidad. Para no volver, no se lo aconsejaría a nadie.

La comida es horrible, nos dijeron que tenían un menú especial de pescado fresco y rico para dos personas, y nos trajeron un pescado nadando en agua con ajo súper pequeño, la comida súper congelada, los calamares duros como una piedra, y encima cobraron demasiado (el mesero nos dijo un precio por el pescado con su contorno, y al final nos cobraron a parte el contorno, una ensalada horrible, cabe destacar)

Terrible experience!! Frozen gummy shrimps, ravioli with no taste.. I don't know how you can even ruin potatoes but they did it, we give the food back after just trying it, and the owner asked to pay for it and say it is not his fault we didn't like it 🤣🤣🤣 no shame... It has quite nice decorations but don't get cheated.. even sangria was terrible.. blah You can see on the photos how we returned the portions.. full

Sin duda el peor restaurante de Las Palmas. La comi es simplemente asquerosa y incomible...todo congelado, grasiento y bastante caro para lo que es. La atención nefasta, italianos gritando unos con los otros. Creo que es el peor restaurante que he ido en mi vida...el local está bien decorado pero la comida es muy pero muy mala.

Nice staff, some good food, but also some not. You cannot pay separately, here, I mean nah… So as a conclusion, I would say not the best, but also not the worst.

Perfect location just on the beach promenada. Very good and helpful service. Meals simple and tasty.

El peor sitio para ir de Las Canteras. Las mesas sucias, el trato lo peor. Y d la comida mejor ni hablar. Y no se te ocurra pedir un cóctel o un mojito.

Fui con unos amigos a tomarnos un mojito,la cartelera de los cócteles te invitaba a sentarte y pedir uno. Yo pedi un mojito de melón al igual que tres de mis amigos. Cuando llega el camarero con los mojitos me impresionó que lo trajera en un vaso para beber agua o un zumo con una pajita y ya,pero al verlo parecia leche cortada con hielo(brutal) y al probarlo estaba pasado de alcohol y de melón no tenia nada! El camarero muy poco agradable y sin ganas de atender. No voy mas....

He comido aquí en domingo con mi pareja y he quedado bastante satisfecho. Pedimos un menú de carne (14,90€) y un menú de pescado (17,90€) precios razonables teniendo en cuenta que es domingo y que se come en terraza en primera línea de la Playa de las Canteras. Los primeros fueron pasta al horno y una paella que estaba rica. De segundo unos calamares con una receta peculiar pero que estaban espectacular y una buena guarnición de ensalada. El otro segundo eran albóndigas con patatas, que para mejorar deberían estar más hechas las patatas. Por último, pedimos un par de cafés. La atención fue muy buena.

Would give -5 stars. Service and personnel arrogant, food abysmal, walked away without touching it ( how hard is it to ruin a simple sandwich?). And they don't even care or apologize. It's just a scam and a bad one at that. Avoid at all cost!!!

This is quite clearly the worst experience I have had with food chicken and chips Three stewed drumsticks and chips although the chips were the best thing about the meal how can you justify being open as an eatery does nobody inspect places out here i really think a child could cook and present a better meal you should be ashamed. I looked at other people eating their food and it was the same sad faces. Really this is all you have thought I was in some homeless soup kitchen also think that would have been better 🤔
