Awesome food, great service and an amazing experience all together! Definitely recommended. We've been here in a group of five and enjoyed every meal we were offered. Also had a nice conversation with the cook and got information about where the food originated from! Highly recommended!

We found this hidden gem just next to our apartment. For a week or so we tried various different local Spanish restaurants. Adasu is the one we liked the most. The fusion Tapas are well crafted and fit together nicely. The staff suggests you the things you should try. That helps a lot as even if you are not local you get to taste the yummies. I liked a lot that there are only 10 different things you can order. And there is a reason, each of the foods is perfectly crafted. Definitely try the cow cheeks if they are available. The grilled beef has been the best we tasted in Las Palmas. If you like fish give the Cerviche a shot, a raw fish marinated with pepper, salt and lemon juice, lovely. If you are vegetarian give the tofu dumplings a shot. My friends loved the desert. I am not the desert guy, so I can't judge. However again, few choices that are carefully crafted by the staff. Thank you very much.

Great food, friendly staff, just awesome. You have to try the lentils hummus, ceviche, and the sirloin (very nice crust). The gyoza was also very good. One of the best restaurants we’ve tried here.

Definitely come here if you can. The food is excellent (we had the menu del día) and the chef / bartender / waiter is incredible to watch - he was a blur the whole time, kept every order in his head, cooked everything to perfection and still had time to explain the menu to us to make sure we made the best choices. And the price is good too!

What can I say.. Paolo makes delicious food with such care and pride. The menu del dia gives a great range and the food is tasty and the presentation great but not fussy. It's busy - no surprise there. Get there early and enjoy. Weekly menu del dia on Facebook...

Our favorite lunch restaurant in Las Palmas. Good variety in the daily menu. Lovely food, friendly and attentive service. Amazing how one person can handle it all. A safe bet for a nice lunch, highly recommend it!
