Brazen Rip-off! After paying over 200€ for a 5 member family excursion through „TUI“ to Aqualand we were forced to pay at Aqualand extra money for „a coin“ to be allowed to use the lockers for our valuables, pay extra for usage of sun lounger, waiting for all slides almost 30 minutes in the heat/sun with small kids (32 degrees!! )because we didn’t pay extra 15€ per person for the fast lane! Most of the staff (not all) supervising the slides were stressed, arrogant and even showed annoyed behaviour! They also charge people 9€ for one beer! It was a wonder that we were allowed to use the toilets free of charge! This was definitely one of the most expensive and most disappointing experiences in Gran Canaria!!!!! Thanks to this very poor management of this aquapark I can only recommend to better invest your money elsewhere and spend the day somewhere else than here! For example into a noble dinner in a nice restaurant for all 5 family members! 😉 And this is two times well and better invested money 😉😉 However as zero stars are not possible I can only give the lowest rating here!!!!!

The park itself is very big and many of the rides are a lot of fun. On some of the rides it’s maybe 5-10 of waiting time, but the longest we had to wait was 15 minutes which isn’t too bad. When we went to get an ice cream inside the park though, we had to stand in line for around 30 minutes because there was only one person working there and around 10 people waiting in line. It’s also very expensive - you pay the entrance fee and then you have to pay another 5 euros inside just to use a locker, and 4 euros if you want to sit down on a sun bed. My boyfriend sat down at a sun bed while waiting for me to go to the bathroom, and within a minute they were already there to charge him the 12 euros. This was obviously before we were aware of the fact that we had to pay to use them. The shower area is also absolutely disgusting and looks like it hasn’t been maintained at all.

We purchased tickets on the door, you can get a discount if you buy online. It worked out £114 for a family of 4. Kids 11 or over or over 1.10m are full price. Didn't queue for long. Sunbeds are 4 euros each, we got 2. Lockers are 5 euro each and you have to buy a token to put into the locker to be able to use them. We all had a fun filled day, queue time not too bad on the rides. We took our own food as it was quite expensive to eat in. Wave machine every hour, on the hour for around 10 minutes, it's not the best wave machine we have experienced, but fun all the same. Take flip flops etc with you to walk everywhere, you can leave them at the bottom of the flumes. All in all a great day out, came home tired but happy.

Visited in April 22, the park was fairly quite as it was off season although this was to our advantage being hardly any queuing. Great choice of rides at varying thrill level, all well maintained. The cost of refreshments is quite high, but not surprising for a theme park. There was a €4 charge for sunbed hire, which we thought was a cheek given the entry fee. This didn't affect us though as we didn't want to use them, it's all about the slides for us. All in all, it's a great day out.

Great fun for young children. My 2 older sons needed to buy a fast pass though as the waiting queue at every big slide is ridiculous. We saw a girl pass out because of the long queue standing in the burning hot sun... The park is a little outdated and could use a glow up. The pizza's are ok but food and drinks at aqualand are very expensive. They charge 3,50 euro's for a bottle of water. 🙈 Make sure you use enough sunscreen or cover up with uv clothing for there are no shade area's. My youngest son had a blast at the kids area 👏

We spent a day here in March. No waiting lines and good slides. We had discount from a local tourist shop. Floor was not that rough. Water was quite cold but then again it's not mid summer either so what is there to complain. Overall we had a great stay. Just get 1 or 2 beds with your group because you won't be spending your day on those sunbeds anyways.

It's a great day out, 35 euro entry fee. You then need another 7 euro for a small locker, you can have your phone waterproofed for another 9 euros with a lanyard, which comes in handy to photograph your locker pin number so you can reopen your locker later on. Don't sharpy tattoo the number on your skin. It will rub off. Bring your own food and drink. 2 pizzas and drinks for 2 people were 50 euros. Fast passes will cost you an extra 25 euros each, in my honest opinion you don't need them. We went in high season and the queues weren't that bad, and the way you travel around the park to each ride you don't really gain anything of an advantage. In fact on some rides fast pass queues were longer than the normal queues. Do go its a fun day out and for an extra 55 euro each you can swim with and kiss a sea lion.

Great slides BUT this place fleeces you at every point beyond the already expensive entrance fee. Lockers! Sunbeds! Food and drink! All pricey and not worth the money… but you have to do it whilst on holiday with kids don’t you?! I’d have happily stayed on my own at the hotel for a nice quiet day without them 😆 Didn’t pay for the sea lions but saw them anyway, this was my highlight!

Wow, what a place. We spent the whole day here, in the sunshine and we made comments how there were life guards at every point we looked at. It was so secure. My daughter, who is 5, isn't a confident swimmer but by the middle of the day, she was up and down the slides on her own. There was so much to do, and for my 10 year old son. We didn't get chance to visit the whole park, but only because we were so happy with what we had already seen and experienced. There is something for all ages, and plenty of loungers, and a price of €5 each. Food was great, we had 2 large Pizzas between us and almost couldn't get through the all. Toilets were being cleaned every time we went in there, and of course, we had to see the gift shop too which had everything we could have needed, aswell as lockers for security. We have a free return pass so cannot wait to spend the last day of our holiday here!!

We had a really good day out at Aqualand. We bought the tickets in a deal with Palmitos Park tickets. You get a discount if you buy for both. It's easy to get a bus there, and it stops right outside. Once inside, you can get a locker to store your stuff while you walk around. You can also get your phone totally waterproofed. They seal it in a bag and you can still use it to take pictures etc. There is a good selection of water rides for children and adults. Also a really big pool that is sloped like a beach, every hour they turn the waves on. There is also an opportunity to swim with sea lions or get a picture with them (at an extra cost). Plenty of food and drink options there, not the cheapest but good quality. If you love being in the water then it's definitely worth a visit!

Had a lovely day and loved the facilities, we found it to be cleaner than we thought as reviews did make us worry! Lockers are €7 and we payed €10 for two sunbeds which we didn’t think was bad. €5 for a coke but it was massive so felt the value was good. We did the sea lion experience and loved it! Lola was really lovely and seemed happy. The trainers were great, really friendly and informative and we got 40 mins and 5 photos with Lola and another sea lion for €65 each - so worth while! They all seemed well looked after, happy, and had lots of space! We went on the water slides and had fun. However on one we ended up falling out of the dingy in the middle whirlpool part. This was really scary but we managed to get back on and going. We got a bit grazed, including my partners head, so we stuck to the wave pool and lazy river after that! However would definitely return!

Quite a nice mid size waterpark. More of a family orientated one than a white knuckle thrill seekers one. Staff were lovely and friendly. Things I didn't like; Have to pay 4€ for parking, 5€ for a locker and even 4€ per sunbed. At least some of these items should be free or cheaper ☹️

Great day out. Slides are great, nothing that is really massive but great fun and nearly all use mats or inflatables. Does get busy so get on everything you want first then relax, they charge you €5 for a sun lounger I think. €15 euro for a large pizza and a big drink.

Incredible water park. 100% recommend to anyone especially with kids. Queues weren't too bad for some of the slides. Bring footwear as the floor is red hot after a while. Didn't get many photos as was having a great time. Will definitely be going back again!

Absolutely great place to visit. Lots for adults and kids. Food and drinks are quite pricey. Lockers €7 and you can open and re lock as much as you need. You can have your phone vac wrapped which is very handy for taking all the pics you want. Sunbeds €5 which we never used with being on the slides so much. Great day out just make sure you have plenty of water. It’s a sun trap. Very helpful staff and friendly at the stations for wrapping your phone and lockers.

Not great. On top of admission, we were charged 7 euros for a locker! (Must be more expensive in winter months?) and then asked for €4 euros for each sunbed. There was no one around and plenty of beds free. Asked where else you can sit and the man said the floor. Rides are decent but not all open. The water is absolutely freezing, the only good part is the kids area. I wouldn’t waste your time coming here.

Great experience on the slides we got our park tickets with our holiday booking but not sure we would go back if we had to pay. Expensive for below average tasting food and drinks have so much ice in them there's hardly any juice (no lids so flys made their way into it pretty quickly) we were >£30 for a burger, a hotdog 1 chips and 1 drink. Great day for families though we would encourage a packed lunch to get over the pricey food. We have 1 year old twins who didn't really like it as the water was too cold but again big kids will love the variety of slides/splash zones. Few of the slides you need minimum or 3 people but it was easy enough to join in with other smaller groups to make up the numbers.

Good selection of water slides with different levels. Something for all ages, including nice water park for the youngest kids. Very few and quite expensive options for food. Would definetely consider to bring sandwiches next time.

The slides are good, but there are a few issues. The floors are old and painfully sharp on the feet in many areas. Staircases up to the rides are often dirty, there is also bird cr#p in many walkways. The lockers - literally half of them are broken and they are very small (see pic), families of more than 4 will need at least 2 lockers, they are €5 each with €2 deposit. Sunbeds are €5 each. The waiting time for rides can be 20 mins plus if busy. Some duo rides have a max weight limit of 100kg, so you end up riding solo if too heavy as a 2. Food available is fast food, for 4 people we spent €65 on 2 x chicken sprips and chips, a burger and one hotdog (both with chips). See pictures for menu and prices plus bill receipt. If it's cloudy it's very chilly queuing for the slides which ultimately forced us to leave as the girls were too cold (after 4 hours). Parking is €5 so we parked on the roadside for free. There are height limits on the rides which which appeared to be enforced for non Spanish/Canarian kids but the local kids were allowed on regardless of size/height which meant the queues on the more popular slides were longer. Just to emphasise, we did have a good day, we did enjoy ourselves, but please be aware of the points above.

Great day out!! Rides great fun .. was not too busy when visited but xan i.agine fast track would be good idea at height of season. Other bits of info....You can get return ticket for 13 euro. Lockers 7 euro but you get 2 back... not the largest lockers though! Food prices as per photo, but can take your own. Seperate charge for sunbeds. Can be tough on your feet as some of the paths are course

Highly overpriced aquapark. 35 EURO per adult + 7 EURO for a locker. The locker is very small, so keep in mind that a backpack won't fit in there. We brought our own food and did not have to pay for the expensive food options there, I definitely recommend you to do the same. We tried only two of the slides due to the long waiting times and the so-called "Fast pass". The latter is for people who paid 15 EURO on top of the entrance fee in order to go first on the slides. Don't get me wrong, these two slides were amazing but the waiting is killing your motivation. Last thing - slippers are a must. I wouldn't recommend unless you have a high budget to add a fast pass. Even then, it is the most expensive aquapark that I have ever visited and to be honest, not worth the price.

Visited today and it was nice because it wasn't busy at all so our kids could go on pretty much everything without queues. BUT the price you pay to enter plus paying for sun lounges then a locker then food and drinks. I recommend people take lunch with them as the prices in this park are an absolute joke 2x small pizzas and couple of ice creams I kid you not came to 50 euros! Worth going but be prepared to spend alot!

Cost of entry was high €32, beware as on top of your entry fee you have to pay €7 to hire a locker and only get €2 euro of this back. Then if you want to use a lounger (there is no where else to sit in between activities) you have to pay €4 each per lounger! Staff are all miserable and unhelpful, except for the ticket collection lady. However the slides were fun and we still had a good time. Just go with plenty of cash, and swim shoes as the floor is super hot.

Really nice waterpark. Monday is a good day to go because it’s much less busy. The park is a little bit dated but not in an unpleasant way. Great spot to spend a day with friends or family.

Good little park. Arrived at opening on New Year’s Eve. Rode all the rides except a handful that were closed until noon due to staffing / lack of customers. Very few people there so no wait for the rides. Got through everything in about 2.5 hours. Extra fee for lockers (£5 cash only) and loungers (don’t know how much as I didn’t use them). All in all a good little quick water park visit! 😜 Would’ve put 5 stars, but the park is a bit old.

Brilliant day out. €5 for car parking, €7 for locker, and € €10 for waterproof phone, so do spend bit money before you get in, the food prices are same as any theme park area really expensive. But we did have a good time on all the slides. You can also pay for either to swim with a sealion or your photo with it. We did go at the start of November and was empty, which was nice. I can imagine in peak season it's very busy.

  • 4/5 Rob T. 5 months ago on Google
A fantastic day out, plenty for all Age Groups. Sun Beds are €5 and Lockers are €7, which can be returned to all day around with a PIN Code. They are big enough for two small backpacks. Easily Accessible via Public Bus or Local Taxi. Food & Drinks are expensive, there is no avoiding that, do yourselves a favour and take a packed lunch, there are plenty of shaded tabled and chairs. There is a fair amount of maintenance happening at the moment with retaining walls being rebuilt, paths repainted so a slight building site feel. Staff are generally pleasant and helpful ensuring you get on each ride safely. Some of the steps/paths can have some debris so consider investing in some water/aqua shoes which can be kept on the rides.

  • 2/5 Sarah J. 2 years ago on Google
It's very much a "give me your money" theme park and you get nothing back in terms of customer service. Staff are disinterested & don't positively engage with children. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN FOOD. 15 euro for a below average burger and fries. I paid 10 euro for a prepacked Caesar Salad that came with no cheese and a microfork.😅 Worked out very expensive to feed the whole family there so just bring your own rolls/sandwiches etc. Rides are ok. Nothing thrilling. Probably could do with some updating.

  • 5/5 Ailo Kemi G. 4 months ago on Google
A very pleasant stay in mid desember with little to no people which meant no queues. As the height limit was 120 cm three of four kids got to go on all the rides. The last one enjoyed the smaller kids area which has alot of slides and fun stuff to do. As many others point out the cafe prices are a bit steep so I would recommend bringing your own packed lunch and as much water as you can carry.

  • 2/5 Ross M. 1 year ago on Google
Felt like this place shouldn't have been open at this time of year. Too much closed or under construction. The kids area that was open instantly scared our 2 year old who then never went back in the pool because the second she stepped foot in there a freezing cold bucket of water was dumped on her head. So we spent most of the time convincing her to go in. Safe to say we left about an hour later. You also get charged more immediately after entering because of course you have to pay for beds. You should at least be getting two vouchers for beds at the gate, not charged another €4 each

  • 5/5 Alysa S. 1 year ago on Google
There is honestly nothing bad to say about here. My son is disabled and the staff could not have been any more helpful if they tried. The place was well laid out and had plenty for everyone. I advise water shoes as the floor got hot in the sun. It needs updating but the whole country is still recovering from Covid so I am sure it will change in time.

  • 4/5 Andy M. 9 months ago on Google
Decent park, well worth a visit for me. We bought tickets online which saved us having to spend extra time queuing to buy at the venue in the morning. We prepared our own food at the hotel which saved us a lot of money as the food in the park is priced quite highly. I would budget for hiring a locker (€7) and a sunbed (€5) as we found we really needed these. The electronic pin on our locker did fail initially but the staff sorted this issue out within 20mins so it didnt affect our experience at the park that much. Also buying a 2 day pass brings the costs right down as well. In the park we bought fast passes at €25 each. These seem expensive but as the day goes on you really appreciate their value as they give you unlimited runs and you end up getting far more runs than people who have not paid for them, well worth the money. The wave pool is not great compared to its competitor in Tenerife but the rest of the rides in the park are fine. Really looking forward to going back soon.

We had fun in the aqualand but some of it I think it's ridiculously expensive- Locker is 7euro, sun beds you pay another extra. We are lucky it's not that busy when we where there.

  • 4/5 Michal V. 1 year ago on Google
Large aqualand with several sliding tubes. Areal is relatively big and different variety of water slides makes almost everyone satisfied (kids, adults, teenagers) and also difficulty varies. Entrance fee is 33€ which is fair, but park could invest some money 💰 to modernization and maintenance. Walking paths were not in the best shape and sometimes I didn't have a feeling of 100% hygiene at some attractions (on the way). I visited park on 04.11.2022 and there were almost no people, which was great, because I never queud longer than 5-7 minutes. Most of the personal people were friendly and supportive. Parking fee: 4€ Sunbed: 4€

I have gone to Gran Canaria every year for the past 16 years I haven’t managed to go the past few years because of COVID and I miss it the rides are great and you end up having so much fun I recommend bringing a few sandwiches in a bag if going as the food is expensive but overall it was so good

Great water park with fun rides for all ages. Some of the rides are for four persons, so the whole family can go at once. We went there in March, and there were no queues at all. Very quiet and relaxing experience. Some areas could need some maintainance and varnish..

  • 4/5 Hannah Rosa B. 2 years ago on Google
A little overpriced and the food was dreadful (and expensive) but the water park itself is great for all ages, some slides were actually quite scary, even for a thrill seeker. Many rides minimum height 1.2m but toddler pool adequate for a few hours.

  • 4/5 Udit R. 2 years ago on Google
The rides were good and well managed... and everything can be covered in 2-3 hours (unless going for seconds). Some rides are restricted to people who can swim. Lockers, sun-beds and umbrella charges are not included in the ticket so they need to be bought for extra money .. which can be a bit off-putting considering the already quite-high daily pass fee.
