Unfortunately I have you on the kicker... It's a shame, most people aren't able to question themselves and realize that this is absolute crap for every animal!!! Families who are actually worthy of protection are led through the mock-up laughing for a quarter of an hour, paired with photos that can “of course” be bought at the checkout. You can hardly get more theme park character in living beings. What is expected of the animals with the steel frames and (forgive me for the reproach) weight classes of people is beyond all cannon!!!! We HAD to stop there because of a (mediocre) jeep safari and saw the misery... Embarrassing to sell it as great. In my opinion, the animals really had wire muzzles that were too tight... you lose faith when the well-living upper class laughs and tries to sit out the dromedary lying on the ground. I wish that every supporter would be locked in a cage and had to drive other people around. Only then will most people understand what kind of rubbish they are actually supporting. poor animals and poor society….. Oh yes, the can of Coke was well chilled... Coke, of course

We didn't ride the camels but stopped off here as part of another tour, some of our party had camel rides. The camels looked happy enough, not sure what happy camels look like! Some basic facilities and what looked like a cafe/restaurant which didn't seem to be open. We didn't have to wait long for the camel riders to return.

Nice little park, camel ride is 10 euros for around 15 mins. Camels were nice and friendly so there is no reason to be afraid. It's kind of a family entertainment. 2 or 3 persons can ride one camel. One in the right seat, second in the left seat, and they allowed kids to ride the 3rd seat in between. The park is located between mountains with nice palm trees. There is also a tiny zoo at the park with birds and camels, there is also a cafeteria/cafe with toilets and a souvenir shop.

Really kind employees, nice trees (a bigger variety will be great), fresh smoothies and of course nice camels. You can also feed them.

We went here as part of an excursion. The place itself was not appealing. It looked run down. A few of us who did not actually do the Camel Rides, all passed comment that the conditions were poor and it looked cruel for the camels, (in any camel ride parks) I did not do the ride, my feedback is based on what I saw and was told from fellow passengers. There was no shade, so kids who were put on the camels first were waiting a good 20 minutes or more while the rest of the group where mounted. The ride itself was back down the dusty stone track road and back again. All the adults we spoke to were disappointed. Maybe had they made a landscaped route, with some trees for occasional shade, with things to look at, then the ride may be more enjoyable for all. And instead off keeping everyone overheating in the afternoon sun, they could have set the camels off in groups of three or four.

Disgusting to see the camels with steel muzzles and chained to a fence in the blazing sun. Pitty some tourists still think it is fun to ride a camel.

We were there as part of an organized excursion, but didn't go on the camel tour. Enjoyed the shady spot there. Sanitary facilities ok. The small sales area for drinks and ice cream was our focal point. Everything payable by card.

Absolutely amazing experience. There's a little shop with cold drinks and ice creams. There's also a little zoo. The lady working there was lovely. The camels were bigger than I expected. Ours was impatient and stood up whilst we were still being strapped in! The walk wasn't a smooth one, it was mostly down hill but it was a fab experience and I was glad we did it.

Our trip to camel park was part of a 4x4 tour around gran canaria local areas we paid in advance for a camel ride at the camel park and was our 2nd stop. The fee for the 4x4 tour and camel ride was arranged by our holiday provider TUI. We found the camels lovely and the staff very friendly. It would have been lovely if the camels had a little more space to roam. Me and my family had a little camel ride but felt a little sorry for the camels as the track was very stoney and not much sand like you would have expected if they were in their normal habitat. Small little shop to buy refreshments but quite limited choices available mainly chilled drinks, ice cream and crisps but reasonably priced. We all felt welcomed.

We came here as part of a discovery jeep trip. My boys rode on camels for the first time and loved it. There is a small gift shop, a place to get drinks and a smoking area which is in the shade.

Never done it before and was curious to sit in such a chair. The round lasted 10 minutes and then it was already done

We attended the camel as part of the jeep experience and we were very pleased with the experience. Unfortunately for us, we were at the back of the queue, so we had to wait around 20 minutes for them to come back, but we were happy to wait in the shade outside with an Icecream. Staff were friendly, and it was a great first time experience. We weren't allowed to take photos, but we did for our own personal experience, aswell as purchasing two images at €8 each.

It was nice to see dromedaries there The staff is very friendly . Was able to meet the youngest member of the caravan. I think they take good care of the animals there. The "exit" on the dromedary's back which lasted 20 minutes where it was guided...was very interesting...all questions were answered nicely and patiently..The "seat" for the dromedary was well padded...for even weight distribution respected...which I found very good...The "ride", which costs 10 euros per person, was ok. Drinks and coffee can be taken on site. At a good price. Commercially, of course...but the operators and animals live from it. Is worth seeing.

Great place to visit, lovely way to spend time, viewing the dunes of Maspalomas from the back of a camel. Staff were fun and friendly. Prices were extremely reasonable. We hadn’t booked but were lucky enough to get tickets on the next tour. If you purchase the ticket direct from their website you can save a few € and be sure of a place in a tour.

Very sad place. Sick animals are used there to transport people several times a day for 'fun'. This park is truly animal cruelty very sad. Also saw that a camel was locked in a very small cage. The animals have no shade to rest. The camels have to walk over a path with many stones and uphill, which makes it very difficult for these animals. I really wouldn't recommend supporting this kind of practice. Too bad for the camels who are born in these circumstances and are doomed for their entire lives.

Come here as a part of safari tour. A bunch of people ride the camels, with 15% opting out. The chains for the camels are short, they don have much shade. I can't comment much else, as we didn't ride the camels, but it seemed like the conditions for the animals could be better.

this attraction is not the best, you come there and then you walk with the camels 🐪 about 20 Minutes around the area!

Went to the camel park as part of the jeep safari. Not my cup of tea but everyone who took the ride on the camels seemed to enjoy themselves. Was able to have a nice sit in the shade with a bottle of beer very refreshing on a hot dusty day

Camels were lovely, went out for a ride, took about 15 minutes and was great fun, these gentle beasts are very powerful animals and very friendly.

Do not support this establishment. The people are kind and helpful, but the way the animals are treated is nothing short of torture. Camels are chained down with no option for them to retreat into the shade. They are forced to carry too much weight. Do not use your money to support animal cruelty. This was a stop on our guided island tour.

The camel we went on was a tad impatient and wanted to stand up the second we sat down. We didn't go far on the safari, about 10 minutes but it was enough. A nice experience that wasn't that expensive

So hot here, love a camel ride. Not too badly priced for a 10 minute walk around.on them. Good location, it's a bit tired as it's not changed in the 10 yrs I've been going!

Nice little oasis the the barren landscape. Stopped really for a rest bite while on a tour, but it was nice enough and the animals seemed well looked after. Interesting carvings in the local cactus.

We did this as part of another tour, to be fair it was really good, only short but it was fun and if you're an animal lover you will love it.

Wouldn’t even give it 1 star. Animals are being abused! DO NOT VISIT… we stopped as part of a jeep tour here. Animals being hit to walk. Clearly very unhappy. Ashamed we even had to step foot here. Place is very dirty.

It wasn't for us, don't want to mark down as it may be for others but we stopped on our 4x4 trip. Found it smelly, dusty and questionable...
