I’ve been a member with PF for a couple years and i have to say, this location has really gone down with its cleanliness. It used to be so clean and well kept but the past few months i have noticed that the staff have gotten lazy with cleaning the machines. Its very unprofessional and frustrating for me. The whole reason i joined was because of the cleanliness. The trashes overflow, the bottles are neglected during the weekends, and no one does anything about it. I know things get dirty as the day goes on from people using the equipment, but you can tell nothing has been cleaned in God knows how long! I might just end up cancelling since management cannot do their job and properly train their staff!!

I love this Planet Fittness... It has all the equipment you could want, familiar faces, best staff, and facilities are clean and tidy. Massage chairs, tanning, hot showers. Always someone sanitizing and courteous, always professional staff. Get there soon, you will LOVE! It is always comfortable... you could spend a lot of time here rejuvenating

This your typical planet fitness it’s clean and serves its purpose. Usually it’s not not too busy. This location has all the machines you expect. The employees don’t bother you and there is plenty of parking. The showers don’t have soap/shampoo to shower remember to bring your own.

I visited from Oregon this last week and was very disappointed with the some of the customer service I received. Female staff with light brown hair barely greeted me when I signed in. No hello or acknowledgement after I checked in. When I asked if I was ok to proceed with my workout she replied with “HUH?” Super unprofessional … The gym itself was decent and clean, and I enjoyed the red light booth. Look forward to trying a nicer location next time

Get a bike rack for your customers. A suitable one that is secure and place it under the awning in front of your store. A fitness gym should have a suitable bike rack. Get rid of that makeshift one in the parking lot

My family and I just started at Planet Fitness and have been to several different locations. The facilities are clean but the staff member at this facility is foul. As I was requesting an appointment in the spa area, the staff member asked if I had a mask. I did not and he refused to speak with me. I put an ear warmer over my mouth and nose and asked for his assistance again. He proceeded to tell me that he remembered me and the conversation that we previously had regarding the effectiveness of masks, etc. He told me that I was misinformed and that my science was 'all wrong'. I would have gladly delved into the conversation that he started but he continued to say odd statements about his beliefs and would not serve me. No matter where he stood on the issue of masks, it would have been wise of him to simply state it is a company policy and leave it at that. This employee wasn't upholding the company policy- he had a personal agenda. He refused to set up a tanning appointment for me after he already set up the TBA session. When I asked for his manager's name, he refused which seemed as excessively unnecessary as the entire interaction because I could just look it up. When I asked for his name, again, he refused. He told me to "be descriptive". What kind of response is that?? Last but certainly not least, HE DIDN'T HAVE HIS MASK ON OVER HIS NOSE THE ENTIRE TIME. He definitely shouldn't be in the service industry.

Very rude....Horrible customer service...and of course they try to make it difficult to cancel subscription! Nice try! Go anywhere else. Update: I did try calling still just as rude! Absolutely no help...even laughed when I was informed of another payment because 6 days was not enough notice. Thanks for the response perhaps a new manager is in order?

Absolutely amazing!! The staff is fantastic, always welcoming and friendly. The facility is kept cleaned and well stocked. My best experience has been with their personal trainer ROLO, he's the absolute best part of my day! His energy is always so upbeat and positive, he kepts you motivated and accountable. My body transformation since starting has been incredible!! He's the absolute best!! Thanks Rolo! My only suggestion is for the PF owners, they should really address the leaking ceiling with the building owner, this is a potential hazard and not a good look on the business, the building is old and they have recently replaced ceiling tiles due to leaks but they come back and have to close off machines when the rain is heavy.

Modern And well maintained equipment. Clean. Friendly staff. Never really too busy so you don't typically have to wait to use a machine. Been a member for about 6 months now and very happy with the experience

This Planet Fitness isn't as new as a lot of the other PFs. It was dark and in need of a remodel. It does have all the equipment that you would find at any of thr other PF gyms.

I believe I was racially discriminated against I was offered a job and open opportunities overnight and in the morning Jenna the GM the hiring manager decided to avoid me for three weeks straight after the conversation me and her had the process she put me through was tormenting, emotionally traumatic and a waste of time it made me lose out on other jobs and other opportunities while waiting on Jenna to become available again Jenna Disregards all the effort I put into contact her leaving numbers and calling the store constantly trying to get a update on what to do. today I go into Jenna store and she claims there’s no more positions open and she’s not hiring I believe I was discriminated against and I would want to talk to headquarters immediately this is not something new in planet fitness history, so please contact me at your soonest availability, Jenna Personally it’s sad you operate out of Cowardliness and Couldn’t keep your word, to just simply waste someone time because they matter least to you! I won’t stop until I know other don’t experience what I’ve experience dealing with your careless demeanor!!!

Constantly wondering how long it will take to fix the equipment 1/2 the early morning staff is great the other 1/2 needs to look up from their phone and do their job They do say bye-bye when u leave.

I love this place, everyone around is just doing their workouts. I don't fee judge so I keep coming back. It has helped me bring my blood pressure down and on my way to reduce my AC-1

I give planet fitness a 10 out of 10!!! They are awesome!!! I pay $27 a month and I can use their AMAZING tanning beds once a day and I can even bring a friend with me every single day for free. I know for a fact no other gym offers that. 😃👍

I driver for Uber and stopped by to use the rest room, the staff member told me I had to have the app, and they were not supposed to use phone numbers anymore (something which Planet Fitness never mentioned to me). The rather heavyset individual at the desk was apparently too lazy to get up and punch a number into the computer. As it happened, their computers were down, but the guy at the desk refused to allow me a "black card" member to use the facility. He appeared to be enjoying his anti-customer service role. Clearly, this facility has no interest in hiring quality employees. It's not a matter of training, but of hiring a lazy clown who enjoys annoying customers. But, given the other complaints about staff, it's apparent that courteous service is not a priority for the manager of this location.

This gym may not have all the equipment that other gyms may have but for the price it is still worth it. The staff is very friendly and you can't beat $10/mo for trainers that will create workout plans and run workout classes (shoutout to Rolo). For a few extra bucks a month you can have access to their massage chairs, hydro massage beds/chairs and tanning booths that are a nice addition. Overall, you get hella bang for your dollar here so this is a solid location if you are looking for a gym home.

I don't look at it as a full gym, It's a no water gym. No pool, sauna, jacuzzi,or steam room. They do have showers, No grunting while lifting heavy weight. It might disturb other people using the equipment near you. With that being said they do have a lot of equipment to work out on. With the black card you get to use the black card room that has two massage chairs, 3 to 4 cushioned massage tables, two looks like a tanning booths but shakes to loosen up your muscles after you workout. And two tanning booths. A personal trainer that's there from 8am to 5pm. Monday thru Friday. P.S make sure you bring in your checking account number and your routing number to get started.

The staff is very professional and helpful. The covid protocols are followed and cleaning products readily available for wiping down equipment. Plenty of equipment available. They have tanning rooms and water massages. Great environment to work out.

5 stars for Jess! She’s amazing she got me totally confident in using the smith machine for the first time ever!! It was my first time at this location and I was impressed. There was like 6 smith machines….. so it wasn’t really overwhelming. I had plenty of space and was able to get the movements down fast because of Jess! I just didn’t see any place to recycle my water bottle when I was done with it ):

I love this Planet Fittness... It has all the gear you could need, recognizable faces, best staff, and offices are perfect and clean. Back rub seats, tanning, hot showers. The cleaning of the equipment is bad, some people don't clean the machines after use it, my boyfriend has a skin infection and all because someone didn't clean the machine after using it, we just paid for the membership and we only went for a few days and my boyfriend had this, but the employees don't care they are happy with their cell phones and talking to each other at the entrance.

I am a black card member of this planet fitness location and i had the most unpleasant experience with a Heavy set African American Male staff member wearing glassed named "que" or "Q" on sun Feb 19th between 8am-9am.Everytime i spoke to him he gave condescending attitude and smart remarks.and acted as if he was irritated to check me in or provide service for the hydro beds. I hope someone reach out to him about his customer service because I am a Field Training Officer myself and I don't even treat people I arrest like this it's not professional at all. I was nothing but cool with him even though he gave this attitude. Everyone else in this facility is great but this being the second time dealing with him and him being disrespectful.

4.5 I go here on a daily unless work stops me...but I'm not a bulky person...I just keep in shape.. I'm pushing 66 yrs old so I try to stay in some kind of shape....just so you know not all planet fitness are the same...they are but they are not ..I've been to at least 8 in the Vegas area...and don't all have the same machines...but I still them...

I have had some of the best service from this club and it’s staff on several occasions. The club is clean and perfect for concentrating on your personal workout. I recently wanted to transfer my membership and “Joe” went above and beyond to make it happen.

So I just had this unexpectedly great experience here at this PF. Being that you tend to hear complaints about workers being hostile toward you especially if not your home gym and so I'm always lowkey expecting that. Well today I was greeted warmly, and a bit later I felt like a bit of an imposition cause I felt I was in their way of their cleaning time and when I mentioned that the employee told me no don't think that- it's the contrary and that if there was anything I needed just to let them know. And idk why but this small thing kinda reinstated some of my faith in humanity. If only their were more people like her.

Jenna is such an amazing person who always greats I and my younger brother with a smile makes my day it's like she is always in a great mood!

I visit only during late evening hours, and can say that at that time there's always open equipment, everything is well stocked, and the place is spick and span.

I've really been impressed with this place. It's spotless consistantly, and everyone I've encountered from the staff has been incredibly helpful. I've had a few sessions with their in house trainer, Rolo, and he has been such an awesome assist to getting me going on my goals. Kind and knowledgeable, patient with my absolute beginner experience. The machines are plentiful, in types and quantity of each, I've never had a problem finding a spot with plenty of space on either side for that social distance goodness. Fellow gym goers are consistent with cleaning after themselves, and I've seen high masking compliance. The TVs are a nice touch, and the piped in music is decent enough that I'm not miserable on days I forget earbuds. 10/10, go get your health on! (Edit regarding their app. It's sadly lacking, while you can watch workout videos and such I'd rather have the functionality of scanning a machine and adding my weight and reps or time/distance/resistance, thus building and tracking my own workout routines. I'm reviewing the location not their app so they can keep the stars!)

I like working out here. They let you do your own thing. I did not like people not wearing masks, regardless of vaccination s or not.

Ever since the Vegas heat started, their AC isn't able to keep the temperature at the level comfortable to exercise. So both me and my wife stopped using the facility. As the anniversary was approaching we were going to cancel our memberships. Unfortunately we were just a few days late. We were supposed to be charged the annual fee of $40 per person for the upcoming year on Aug 1st, but they charged our card on July 29. I asked to get a refund but was told that the contract said "on or around the anniversary date" and that the cancellation had to occur "7 days before the charge". Arguing that this is just not the right thing to do for them, Becca the manager told me that "it's a business and we don't do refunds". So keep in mind when getting your membership there. And don't you love the response the owner provided below? Basically saying, "yes, we know we took the money for the service we are not going to provide, but as long as we did it in a legal way we are going to keep it".

Always clean. Never crowded like EOS. Employees always polite & friendly.
