Nice welcome at reception. Room was outdated and could use some improvement, but the bed was very comfortable, one of the best in my life. Breakfast was good, staff is nice

Great hotel two minutes from the ferry. Quiet street and if you're staying on a Sunday free parking right outside. Friendly helpful staff. Plenty restaurants...if you walk the right way!! Beach and harbour walkable. Great value. Would definitely stay again if in Le Havre.

Very good budget hotel in centre of Le Havre. Clean rooms. Good for short stay. Parking garage.

The room was nice and clean but very small. Bed was very comfortable and of a good size. Dinner in the restaurant was OK but nothing special. Baked cod was OK but the steak from the specials menu was very tough and full of gristle. Service however was excellent. The young girl that served us couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful. We will be back but will eat out next time.

The guy from the night shift ease me up with the very bad attitude and acuse me that im making noise wich I hear from the room next to me,also trate me with the police but was sleeping at the time.I hope the the management of this good hotel will take action to this very bad behavior of their employees from the night shift,also when I ask the name of this employee he did not answer me.I hope so in the future this will arranged,and the hotel stuff will not wake up the guests of this beautiful hotel.

The location it’s 15min from the centrum (25min from the beach) The rooms where clean, and ibis standards. We had a bad experience as the housekeeper entered the room without knocking when we were still in bed. Furthermore, not all of the staff members at reception spoke English, in our case, it was even harder to express our frustrations about the previous experience mentioned

Really handy for catching the Ferry back to the UK. Straight out of the hotel and up the road for 300 metres onto the docks perfect will be using again. Nice room clean and tidy and an underground car park which was great for us as we were on our motorcycle on our way home from a 10 week holiday around Greece and the Agean Islands Turkey, Macedonia and Italy.. Staff were pleasant even though the girl on reception tried to charge us for breakfast that we had already paid for when booking. Then to cap it of next morning when checking out the same girl tried to charge us 7euros for parking the bike which we had paid for the night before to her on our arrival. Me, I don't think so barring for that it's a nice cheapish hotel to stay in for the night or a few days.

The hotel is quite good, but the receptionist was so rude, after 15 hours driving from Norway to Le Havre we didn't get a smile or a welcome at the reception, the little lady was more interested by her smartphone than by helping customers. We booked a room for 2 plus a kid, but the kid bed wasn't ready. Anyway room services were way better.

Friendly staff. Small bedrooms but very comfortable. Hotel well decorated. Good stay.

Overall experience was very good. However the price of room per night I thought wasn’t That great of value for money, given the facilities of room were of slight variation from Ibis budget Hotel. Breakfast was very good!

Very nice place with a lot of things to do. The staff is very kind! Suoermarkt is on the corner. The room smells bad at arriving. Small rooms in the hotel.
