During
our
week
and
a
half
stay
in
Paris
we
enjoyed
dining
at
Le
Cèdre
so
much
that
we
returned
almost
daily.
We
dined
in
as
well
as
take-away.
Their
hours
were
perfect
to
prepare
a
to-go
lunch
to
take
into
the
city
center
or
late
night
dinner
to
take
back
to
the
hotel.
The
grilled
meats,
many
vegetarian
options,
desserts,
tea
and
lemonade
satisfied
all
of
our
family's
needs
and
tastes.
All
was
fresh
and
authentic.
Shish
taouk,
moussaka
(this
eggplant
lover's
dream),
tabbouleh,
falafel,
shawarma,
warak
enab,
and
kibbeh
were
amoung
my
favorites
along
with
the
Muhalabieh.
Our
daughter
loved
all
the
mezze
forms/mini
pies,
especially
the
spinach
and
cheese
ones,
with
hummus
and
flatbread.
The
restaurant
was
clean
and
service
very
attentive,
even
when
full.
The
staff
is
extremely
friendly.
They,
particularly
Tony
and
the
Head
behind
the
counter,
go
above
and
beyond,
as
they
are
eager
to
assist,
talk
about
Parisienne
and
Lebanese
culture,
life,
recipes,
traditions,
language
and
explain
all
the
dishes.
They
are
multilingual
conversing
with
us
in
French,
English,
Arabic
and
some
Spanish.
We
thoroughly
enjoyed
time
at
this
restaurant
and
will
miss
being
able
to
go
there
when
we
return
home.
Thank
you!
Love
and
best
wishes!
Much
continued
success!
