Our waiter was wonderful and amazing so he gets 5+ stars. Food was good. In general expect total snobbery. So many many tables available when we arrived and when we left yet the hostess lady wouldn’t seat us at any but the worst high top tables. We were so early spent nearly 400 euros and still she wouldn’t allow us up to the rooftop despite our waiters very kind attempts on our behalf. The hotel was absolutely not busy so there was no issue of space. And all done so unnecessarily and extremely rudely. She must he related to someone to get a job in hospitality. Oh well… hope others have a better experience! 🤣

Very poor management structure. Staff are unwelcoming and constantly on their cell phones. While waiting for our cab at check out, we wanted to have a last drink at the bar and we were told we would only be able to get take away drinks. So for the first time in our life’s, we had to “enjoy” our drinks served in cardboard cups in a 5 star hotel. hotel. Never again!!!

This hotel is the best example of investment in marketing as opposed to quality and service. Poor (very poor) service in an average residential piece of land with nothing of interest around. 5 stars. How? I traveled from Los Angeles. Long trip. Checked in , unpacked two suitcases, and 18 hours later repacked, checked out, and checked in to another hotel. Simply unbearable. Especially at $4,100 a night. The poorest customer service imaginable (they may as well be a one or two star establishment). Staff are unwelcoming and constantly on their cell phones. Munching on food and sucking on their teeth as they bring out your very cold coffee. Same for the below average , and cold, breakfast. Frumpy and unkempt with not as much as tucking in their polo shirts in their over worn khaki pants). No oversight. No training. That hot tub with Eiffel Tower view: it is in a very narrow, crowded with furniture, balcony. Hopefully you’d know how to operate it since the staff doesn’t. Same goes for turning up the heat in the room (25 is the maximum-I was told by the valet. yes, the valet escorted me to my $4100 a night suite). No management or hierarchy in this hotel. Nor a concierge on duty (it’s outsourced!!! “remote concierge”). Overwhelming perfume odor throughout the hotel (nauseating head-pounding perfume smell) to compensate for a poor ventilation system in an old building remodeled and over-stuffed with useless trendy furniture to compensate for all the above. This hotel is a serious triumph of the new age marketing.

One of my favorite place to stay while in Paris The rooms are very warm with art pieces surrounding the bed. Designed by Stark, the rooms and bathrooms have a discrete luxury feel to them and the amenities are top of the line. I personally love the mini bar selection. The restaurant is always a pleasure to go to. The food is the star of course with a great vegetarian selection; the homemade tapenade and the roasted cauliflower are amongst my favorite. The hotel also has a nice underground spa and a well equipped gym.

We went to the rooftop of Brach Hotel . The view and place are great but the cocktails and food so disappointing, as the service. We paid 80€ for 2 basic cocktails and a sardine box. This is insulting ! Go to see the view but avoid the bar absolutely. Very bad quality for price !

A good looking restaurant, drinks were good. All four of our meals were poor and left them unfinished. Unfortunately the staff (hostess in particular)is the height of rudeness. Best to go elsewhere.

A brunch buffet that needs to be tried as it’s far above most others. Mezzes and seafood, juicy meats and large selections of veggies and pasta, carpaccios and cheese, not mentioning the dessert, it’s excellent and diverse. Sure it gets crowded, so better prefer the 1st service and just enjoy the moment.

We love Brach Paris! We stayed here for three nights and everything was perfect. The room is really beautiful and chic, the view of the view is amazing and full of French vibes. The staff are really friendly and nice, we love the mini bar at the hotel as well as the fun vibes at the restaurant during weekend’s night. The location of the Hotel is also very nice, it’s not a busy neighborhood and nice to walk around. Highly recommended:)

We visited their rooftop and it was very nice and chic. People working there are very police and always ready to help, this indeed reflects the level and location of the hotel. Cocktails were a bit expensive, but you pay for a nice view and experience. Definitely will come back!

Great restaurant in the lobby, with a modern twist on levantine food. Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and made our dinner extra special. The food is delicious, the cocktails unique and interesting, and the spice and flavour combinations makes this place unique.

Artfully decorated rooms with all the right design touches to make things look trendy, all ruined by a disinterested hotel staff who need significant training on hospitality and appearance (they looked like hipsters who forget they work at a presumed “5 star” hotel). TL;DR: 5 star design with a 1 star staff who should not be in the service industry.

I went there a couple of times for drinks on the rooftop bar, during spring and summer. It was awesome with the seats nestled within the herb garden and the view onto the effiel tower. Great place to relax with drinks.

We had a fantastic meal on their outside terrace 👍🏻👍🏻 Pricey.., but super trendy. Well worth visiting. And great service 👍🏻👍🏻

So called self proclaimed “restaurant branché” or hipster restaurant. The food is overly expensive which is ok if it is good but to my dismay and the wallets surprise it is only expensive and massively disappointing. They advertise pompous names for their courses and sadly only the name is appealing. I ordered a salad, a measly simple salad made out of a few leaves, avocado, ad the best part of the tuna (“salade de ventreche”). When it arrived the tuna was more taken out of a can of sardine. I respectfully called the waitress and simply told her it was disgusting (because it was) as it was. When you pay a salad 34 euros (almost $40) you expect something out of this world and more consideration from the staff. Instead she looked at me funny, thinking I was joking and did not take me seriously adding it was the first time she was hearing such thing. She took the plate back bur it spoiled the rest of the meal. Thankfully being with my better half and friends created memories but the food was not only bad but outrageously pricey, not the best combination. In addition I got an upset stomach all day the next day Steer away from this restaurant

Fantastic stay at Brach! The service, the room wow the rooms, and the gym/spa are all top notch. They make your room when you leave for the day., set it for evening and have excellent little touches. The gym, sauna and pool are wonderful. Perfect stay!

Brach ! What a location, ambience and decoration. Perfection in everything, everywhere. Terrace restaurant is great for dinner and drinks. For a gathering and seated dinner i highly recommend the restaurant at the lobby👌🏼

Be aware, restaurants and bars are not prepared for intolerances. No gluten free/lactose free options. The worst thing is that even if you end up being offered gluten free/lactose free option, at the end it would still be gluten+lactose in there. I am lucky it is not an allergy? But intolerance and I am only unwell at home, but not fighting my life in the hospital

I just spend a marvellous little weekend at Brach, a chic Boutique hotel that carries a laid back oriental vibe along with a gorgeous signature scent. Starck's eclectic interior, African masks, books, art, objects is everywhere and blends in intelligently so not to overbear or make the spaces feel cluttered. The lighting is soft and so are the bed linens (devine sleeping). Pool & gym are 🔝. What brings it all to live though is the people. L'equipe Brach is outstanding: From porters, valets, concierges to front desk, housekeeping, hostesses, waiters, the gym crew. Part of the concept seems to be the' No uniform' look which creates an atmosphere of being at a friend's house. A big thank you to outstanding Oualid ⭐️⭐️⭐️, whose attentive service made all meals most enjoyable. The food by the way is delicious; haute Mediterranean cuisine if you will! Lastly, I had an amazing massage with a young lady at the Clarins Spa, Vanuela ⭐️⭐️⭐️ and many thanks to all the gentlemen ⭐️⭐️⭐️ who took care of the luggage, cabs and so on. Merci pour cette expérience super agréable, également de la part des jeunes hommes...

This review is considering the restraint at the ground floor. I had a salad of green leaves with green super hard avocado and canned tuna, which was announced by the waiter as ‘tuna mi cuit, means half cooked fresh tuna slightly rose inside, as I asked about it before ordering, but it was canned fish, on top of that dressed with sunflower oil, no any other dressing, no salt, no pepper. It can’t be worst than that for 35€. Couldn’t finish it. Waiter was very nice though, positive and polite, one star just for that, but horrible quality of food, you can have better salad at Monoprix. Sorry guys, what a shame. My friends had other dishes as I would rate the same, the only better thing was mozzarella, but you don’t prepare mozzarella, I guess you just placed it in the plate. Feel so much time waisted.

The rooftop bar is really nice, you can see Paris and at the sunset is magical! But the cocktails are too expensive (25€ each) and even if they are nice they don’t worth the price

Chic and beautiful hotel. The decor is amazing and ambiance is so chic. Love how they use mirrors to make the room feel more inviting and less crowded. Also the high ceiling just makes the space feel more comfortable and breathable. Such a shame the rooftop garden did not open when we stayed otherwise it would be amazing to have a few drinks and enjoy the view of Eiffel Tower. Also they share the pool, gym and sauna with the public so be prepared to see non-hotel-guests. Nevertheless we enjoyed the facilities. Service was great and staff were all very friendly and helpful. They had made our stay much more enjoyable.

I had booked an "executive" room which was very nice and the check in experience was pleasant. However, the staff did make my fiance and I extremely uncomfortable during our one day stay by insinuating we weren't guests and demanding our room number a total of 7 times, one of which was done in such an unpleasant way it left my fiance in tears. We brought it up with the front desk during check out and the dismissive explanation we received was that "nobody uses the stairs here", which is amazing considering how ridiculously slow their elevators are. So, I guess the hotel's official position is that if you are an able bodied adult that would use the stairs instead of waiting 10 minutes for an elevator, they'd prefer to not have you as a guest.

The Brach Hotel remains one of my favourite hotel in the world after so many visits. The staff is the kindness and most welcoming. The booking process very accommodating while the design by Philippe Starck is a must see!

If I could give this hotel 6 stars I would! Just wow. The mashed potatoes on room service were so insanely good that we ordered them three times in one weekend. I dread to think how much butter was in them!

This is a wonderful hotel, I would dare to say that it is my favorite hotel in France. They workers are so nice and the smell, the furnitures, the restaurant, the suites… everything is marvelous! I will come back, I’m sure of that.

Located in the chic and calm 16th arrondissement, the luxurious Brach is a peaceful haven in a chaotic Paris. The staff is extremely professional as well as friendly. The bed could be mistaken for a cloud, the decoration is tasteful. The restaurant as well as the cocktail bar are exquisite. I will gladly recommend this property to all I know visiting Paris.

We celebrated a friend’s birthday party at Brach Paris last August. It was beautiful, stylish with a cosy expensive feel. The cocktails were superb… so were the snacks! I absolutely recommend this gorgeous place for glamorous drinks with loved ones or a stylish date with your partner. It felt like being a precious jewel in an expensive jewellery box. Enjoy !

One of my favourite hotels in Paris. In a lovely, residential neighbourhood, this hotel offers great service in terms of concierge, door security, bar staff, great restaurant ,exceptional service with positive staff set within the infamous Stark interiors . Downside- consistency with room cleaning, hotel bath robes, choice of music channels in room. Don't stay on the second floor, you hear the music from the restaurant/bar downstairs. Amazing pool, great gym! Both open 24/7!
