Un petit hôtel dans une rue calme du centre ville, face à un jardin. Une chambre parfaite bien aménagée, dans un style chaud et cosy. Une belle salle de bain avec une grande douche à l'italienne... Le tout pour un tarif très modique. Un échange sympathique à notre départ avec le propriétaire. Nous reviendrons et recommandons.

Bonjour, je voulais laisser un avis, pour vous dire à quelle point nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette Hôtel. Très bien situé proche des 2 lignes de Tramway et du centre-ville la rue commerçantes est à 2 minutes à pieds. L'hôtel est au top le personnel également le café et le thé est offert belle surprise, vous pouvez venir avec votre petit déjeuner, juste parfait, qualité prix 5 étoiles et que dire de la chambre au top!! Merci au propriétaire pour les petites attention. Je reviendrai sans problème.

Un super séjour dans cet hôtel très bien situé, proche de la gare et du centre ville. Ambiance intimiste et calme. Literie très confortable, grande salle de bain avec douche italienne. Chambre bien décoré. Je vous recommande vivement ce lieu, rapport qualité prix imbattable, avec petit déjeuner inclus. Très bons échanges avec le gérant qui est très bienveillant et toujours disponible.

Chambre et salle de bain tout en bois, plateau de courtoisie, machine à café au 3eme étage, tout est miticuleusement bien pensé : fonctionnel et simple e' même temps. Une grande tv avec possibilité d accès à nos plates-formes de vidéos à la demande favorites. L éclairage automatique au pied du lit est très appréciable, super pratique. Et enfin le volet roulant pernet d être totalement isolé de la lumière du jour, assez rare pour être souligné dans un hôtel. Check in facilité grâce à l envoi d un code. Que des choses positives pour ce nouvel établissement ! Je reviendrais avec plaisir pour un prochain séjour. Merci à l hôtesse d accueil très sympathique.

Clean, confortable, quiet. There is a place where you can hang out, drink a coffee, eat fruits, biscuits, yogurt, etc, for free anytime. The room was large, clean and comfortable.

Great hotel, great location and great service. We had a ground floor, accessible room. The room had a spacious, en suite disability-friendly bathroom which was really 'functional' and suited her needs well. (My wife has walking difficulties.) The bedroom room itself was bright and airy, using attractive and sustainable 'Scandi-style' materials. It also made use of modern tech features, like wireless phone charging-plates embedded in the bedside tables and motion-activated, led lighting around the bottom of the bed. (Very helpful for getting up during the night!) Access to the garage, the hotel and the room all worked perfectly by the codes sent to us in advance. Perhaps, above all, special mention should be made of the young woman (Sorry, forgot her name...Marie?) who took our breakfast order and brought it down to us from the 3rd floor breakfast room. Clearly, my wife would not have been able to go up the stairs and I had imagined I would have collected breakfast myself. But, no, this was provided for us by the kind and helpful young woman. Overall, a really good experience. Do not be put off by the fact that check-in does not have a member of staff to facilitate the process in person. It all works perfectly well.

Lovely room. The girl on reception in the morning and for breakfast was bright, bubbly and helpful. My car only just fitted in the garage though. We did struggle with all the different codes from 11 emails but we got it sorted with the help from the person on the text messenger service. Great little hotel, spotless and convenient.

What a super place to stop. Very impressive & unique place. Good value for money. We liked it so much that we returned on the way home!

It was a great experience. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and spacious. It’s a short walk to the downtown and to many nice restaurants. Don’t forget to visit the third floor for some free delicious croissants and coffee ☕️

Family own hotel with sparkly clean and very comfortable rooms. Conveniently located in Le Mans centre at walking distance to shops and restaurants. Unlimited snacks are included and available 24hrs a day. Parking is available at extra cost. Personnel and owner at 9Wagram are very accommodating. I highly recommend it.

Great little room with everything you need. I like that the windows came with shutters, big TV and it was only a few minutes walking from the city centre. Also the breakfast was great with a selection of pastry, juice or coffees and spreads. Overall will be back!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Everything from the check-in to check-out was perfect and we couldn’t wish for better. Staff was very responsive to our requests as we travelled with newborn. Parked and charged our car in their garage. Walkable distance to old town and shopping area. Recommend!!!

Vraiment un bon moment dans ce petit hôtel conçu avec soin, tout en bois, très confortable et répondant aux derniers critères de construction et d'entretien. La rue Wagram est une petite rue très calme. Accueil exceptionnel et bien sympathique ce matin par le propriétaire des lieux et l'une de ses collaboratrices. La visite de la cathédrale du Mans, impressionnante et trop méconnue, et du musée de Tessé et ses reconstitutions de tombeaux égyptiens ont complété notre bonheur !

Superbe hôtel tout de bois vêtu. Ambiance cosi et calme. La qualité des prestations (literie, acoustique, équipement, accueil, services) est exceptionnelle pour ce tarif. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Hôtel complètement atypique avec seulement 9 chambres (super bien équipées), conçu comme le show-room d'un fabricant d'immobilier en bois. Le patron vous accueille au petit déjeuner avec d’excellents croissants mais il faut les mériter (3ème étage sans ascenseur).
