I
can
say
that
I
have
been
going
there
for
about
13
years
or
so
,
never
had
any
problems,
only
compliments.
Last
Saturday
was
the
worse
time
I've
ever
spent
there.
We
were
greeted
by
a
"speedy
Gonzales
of
a
chef
de
salle/service"
who
was
extremely
disrespectful,
unprofessional
and
out
of
line/control.
When
we
got
there,
we
prepared
our
"pass
sanitaire"
to
show
her,
she
told
us
that
she
was
going
to
check
it
later.
SHE
NEVER
DID
thus
putting
ALL
of
us
in
jeopardy.
From
unpleasantly
talking
down
to
people
to
going
as
far
as
throwing
the
utensils
that
we
asked
for
on
the
table.
When
I
had
enough
of
her
behavior,
I
asked
to
speak
with
the
manager,
she
stated
that
she
was
in
charge
and
to
go
sit
down
almost
just
as
if
I
was
her
child.
I
did
ask
her
to
NOT
return
at
our
table
and
to
let
us
finish
our
meal
STRESS
FREE.
At
least
she
respected
that
and
sent
us
other
beautiful
souls.
All
of
the
other
colleagues
were
excellent
and
very
professional.
As
we
were
leaving,
she
was
downstairs,
we
said
goodbye
to
her
and
her
colleague,
she
didn't
even
bother
acknowledging
us.
I
called
the
restaurant
this
morning,
spoke
with
someone
who
told
me
that
they
were
aware
and
somewhat
denied
that
the
allegations
ever
took
place
and
NEVER
even
bother
to
apologize.
The
reason
for
this
LOW
review
is
to
put
management
on
guard
to
make
sure
that
sanitary
rules
are
there
for
a
reason
and
a
"chef
de
service"
busy
or
not
should
NEVER
EVER
behave
as
such.
Besides
that,
the
food
is
and
has
always
been
excellent
except
this
behavioral
problem.
