Food not bad but very expensive, especially drinks and deserts. Furniture an fittings old and tatty. Need to revise staffing, decor and silly prices. Not the best

The most awful meal I’ve had in years. Indescribable bad in every thinkable way. Ordered a bison steak, and got two skewers with meat and onions that was prepared in the most terrible fashion, served with a tiny cup of ice cold sauce. Wine was served after a second reminder, and on top of that we had to go and fetch ( dirty ) wine glasses ourselves. The establishment is dirty and way out worn. The waiters spoke only French, and didn’t attempt any effort to be of any help. Just bad attitude from start to finish. Please just close this awful place. It has no point of existence.

A very good steak and chips well cooked and very tasty. Melinda looked after us very well and we enjoyed her service very much. Well done !

Once you've been to one Buffalo Grill you've been to them all. Very consistent quality and experience although we agreed that this was the best one yet. We both went for the grilled salmon with chips and a beer. Friendly service. Tasty food. Efficient.bour dog was welcome. Good spot if you have kids along - kids love it.

Absolutely below zero. I think their mentality is, “anyway you will never come back so who cares” and that's the sad part. Many people are coming to Le Mans very often for one particular reason and when they are done with their work they want to enjoy this small town, its good food, atmosphere, etc. Well, come here to this restaurant and you will regret it.

Food is awful. I had a chicken burger what was not a chicken fillet. Just processed chicken. Not what the price reflects. The establishment is old and dirty. We will not be re-visiting a Buffalo Grill ever again. Also, what sort of American Diner does not serve milkshakes?!?

A group of 6 came here for a meal Friday night, we came last year and found nothing had changed we had to wait ages for order to be taken then an age for the food to come out. Other people had arrived after us and were eating puddings before our main ( only ) course was brought to our table. The food was lovely but the service sadly lacking.

Awful! First we are welcome by a very fresh and nice guy, whats not to like? Then a young waitress came, no english understanding at all. We get a qr code to an app to order meal etc. The food we order was not as it was on the app. They forget we orderet 1 bottle of wine, When it finally came they forget wine glasses. The glasses we finally got was dirty. The beef we got was like chewinggum, The salad with crispy chicken was ok. Very dissapointet experience.

Quite typical chain restaurant in France but very 'safe' - a bit like TGI Fridays in the UK

It appeared to be understaffed as it took a while to get served. Little disappointed that they didn't have any steak available, however the fish I had instead was very nice.

Unfortunately I have visited this restaurant numerous times as there is nowhere else open in the middle of the afternoon. Unfortunately I have had numerous arguements with the chef about the food being cold, and even been served chicken wings that were frozen in the middle, she onlly has to drop them in a deep fat fryer !!! come on shes not cooking, just reheating frozen produce from a freezer, how hard can it be?? her reply was to laugh, which obviously infuriated me, nuerous other times Ive had french shrug of the shoulders. Dont waste your money here. Go hungry instead, in fact - theres a great kebab shop next door, food is good and its hot.

Great place to get too from Le Mans circuit. Where usually you can cool down in the air conditioned restaurant. Unfortunately it wasn't working this time!
