Not bad for a place to stop at overnight enroute to our destination in the South of France. Many would say "it is what it is", cheap, basic, clean. They have someone manning reception 24/7 for those like us that arrived at 1am. Plenty of underground overnight parking which was also very cheap at only 6 euros, car locked up and safe for the night..

Bad smell in the room, mould on the bathroom ceiling, showerhead not held up by anything, TV didn't work, decor tatty. Only 6 parking spaces in a confined underground garage. Only thing going for it is that it was a great location. I get that it's cheap and you get what you pay for but in my opinion it will never be acceptable to pay for mould! I slept with the window open all night with my clothes on and never took a shower or brushed my teeth because of the filth.

The hotel is a little difficult to get to by car given the one-way system in Le Mans and unloading luggage is also not straight forward as there is limited parking outside the hotel. However, the paid for parking in an adjacent building is underground and very secure. It is easy to walk to restaurants and bars and the old Cathedral area is only a 25 minute stroll away. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and well equipped and the bed was comfortable. All the communal areas were clean and bright, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.

The hotel location is very nice, center of Le Mans. Good room, fast internet and price is perfect.

This hotel was reasonably priced, and close to the centre which was why we chose it. It was confusing when we arrived as you had to go up 2 levels in the lift to find reception. The description I read said that there was parking .... but that was approx 5 spaces which are mainly for the staff. Fortunately there was 1 space available The room was very small, with a lack of plug sockets, which meant that i was not able to have my phone by the bedside as it needed charging, so it was the other side of the room.. The bathroom was tiny, I had to squeeze past the sink to get to the toilet. It depends what you are looking for - it is in a good location, but that is its best point

It's a fairly basic hotel but excellent value and centrally located, so was the best option in Le Mans center if you're simply needing a no-frills place to stay for a couple nights. They kindly printed a document for me and service was generally very good. The reception is not on the floor that you enter, but instructions are clear so you find your way fine. Internet was good. Didn't have the breakfast but it looks pretty standard.

Clean room to stay one or two days. The bathroom could be improved (cannot open the window and the ventilation system doesn't work) to prevent condensation and water falling on the floor. Otherwise the bed is comfortable and enough space to store my luggage

Found it very dirty dark and dingy. Reminded me of a prison block with badly lit corridor. Room was very small and so was the bathroom. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Felt very un safe. Many unsavoury characters hanging around. There was even two policeman in the lobby when I checked in. The receptionist was very polite and helpful though.

Stayed here often over the years, but probably won't be bothering much in the future. It's now in desperate need of refurbished throughout. On this visit I had the worst most uncomfortable pillow Ive ever encountered in my life. In its favour, the staff are always welcoming and friendly. The position is excellent, just a short walk to the old town and city centre,on street parking is always available.

The hotel is located centrally and in a good position for sightseeing, however the bathrooms are tiny as is the shower cubicle and the shower curtains keep sticking to ypu in the shower, also needs bigger and more pillows. Website says secure underground parking available, however we were sent up the road to a public underground carpark open 24 hours and not one under the hotel.
