Rooms clean. Staff helpful. Parking zero. The opposite underground parking didn’t feel safe. We paid over 6 euros to the hotel for the parking, but the receipt from the parking was 4 euros.

Excellent accommodations for weary train travelers. Very convenient location to the train station. Beautifully appointed hotel, welcoming staff, perfectly clean room, comfortable beds, sparkling bathroom, and who doesn’t love a tuned and ready to play guitar in the lobby to strum while you wait for your companion? A surprise! Modern decor around the 24 hours of Le Mans, clean and comfortable rooms. Staff was professional and friendly. Breakfast was above average for a IBIS, so these guys know how to delight customers. Well done!

Very good, close to the city center, parking at the railway station just in front of the hotel

Well, standard, clean rooms, tasty breakfast, nice location near train station. Sometimes crazy people making noise in front of train station.... One thing - there is a ventilator at toilet/bathroom running all day and night long. Sensitive people can hear sound even the door is closed... maybe only my room at 5th floor

Lovely hotel, perfect location, reception is welcoming, lovely lobby area. Old towels, curtains and HORRIBLE coffee need a replacement

Nice hotel, ibis is always an great hotel to stay in and this hotel is perfectly good, very clean room nice breakfast, based in the centre of le mans

Stayed here for one night with our two dogs. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, the room looked like it had recently been refurbished, nice big shower too. Breakfast was continental style with plenty of pastries, cheese, yoghurt and coffee. Really convenient for the train station.

So well appointed immediately opposite the station. Very clean with new decor in all the rooms. We had a room overlooking the station which was noise free! Breakfast had lots of choices for all .Across the road was a tram service into the old citè .highly recommended and would consider again if in Le Mans .
