university

company
had
taken
the
money
out,

arrival
no
booking

24
hour
automated
machine,
we
rang
the
night
receptionist.
Now
first
problem
between
us
This
is
a

rang

we
speak
English
,Spainish,
Portuguese
and
Galician
but
the
night
reception
only
French
this
might
sound
rude,
I
get
it
your
in
France
but
Le
Mans
is
an
international
center
for
Racing..
we
were
travelling
up
from
Spain
and
needed
a
place
to
rest.
So
she
tried
on

automated
machine

have
no
booking”
I
show
her
the
booking
number
from
the
online
company
and

taken
the
money

on
the
booking
form

bank
statement

Luckily

us

drove
to

other
site
in

centre
and
found
Arron
who
was
excellent
who
went
above
and
beyond
to
help
us
at
12.30
at
night.
