Cédric is the man! We were turned away from Henri IV b/c they were at capacity. She recommended Le Prince, but they were full. They said, you can try Arrester although it is a three star hotel. Nonsense! Cédric is 5-star from the moment we entered. He took my bags, gave me a parking pass, called a restaurant to get me reservations. Brought coffee to my room. Above and beyond. Even made eggs for my wife and me the next morning. And the room was bigger than my house (photo attached). If you are in Le Mans, you must meet Cédric!

Wow, quelle suprise. I visited this hotel somewhat years ago, but now it is totally different and very cool. Staff is very friendly ( 10 stars for all of you) try the home made icecream. Its a petit fete dans la bouche!

Fresh hotel / hostel at a wonderful location in the center. The staff was very polite and we got to enjoy their excellent restaurant. If you normally prefer to eat and drink outside of your hotel like us, do yourself a favor and make an exception for this place. You won't regret it!

Les chambres sont très agréables, spacieuses et calmes. La literie très confortable, et de très bonne qualité ! Félicitations à l'équipe du restaurant, elle est géniale (merci Jeremy, ne change pas ). Les plats sont copieux, surprenants et de qualité. On se sent un peu comme à la maison. Bon accueil le soir de notre arrivée, la chambre est correcte quoique un peu petite mais pour une nuit c’est suffisant. On peut regretter le fait qu’il faut quitter la chambre à 11H00 un peu tôt si on veut profiter le dimanche matin de la salle de fitness. Petit déjeuner correct avec toutefois un bémol, le café servi ressemble plutôt à de l’eau chaude et si vous souhaitez un vrai café on vous annonce que c’est avec supplément. Ce n’est pas une question de payer un café supplémentaire c’est juste d’en avoir un vrai servi au petit-déjeuner. C’est une première pour moi dans un hôtel !!! mais j’ai également assisté à une autre première, une cliente qui goûte la confiture avec la cuillère qui s’y trouvait pour se servir. Je n’ai pas osé demander une autre cuillère plus propre….. oui mais avec supplément. Nous éviterons à l’avenir cet hôtel qui ne correspond pas à nos critères.

Chambre confortable avec literie de qualité. La salle de bain est spacieuse. Le ménage est fait chaque jour avec changement des serviettes. Climatisation réversible silencieuse. Personnel accueillant et serviable. L emplacement de l hôtel est idéal. Je recommande l établissement.

Un peu déçue par cet hôtel dont les photos annoncent une déco joyeuse, pleine de couleur et de vie. Le résultat est finalement peu accueillant, surtout dans la chambre. Malgré tout ces tons colorés, ça manque de chaleur et de confort. Le seul endroit ou l’atmosphère vendue est présente est la cage d’escalier, encore faut il l’atteindre après avoir traversé un long couloir vide et tout blanc. Une partie des « photos » que l’on voit sur internet sont des vues digitales d’architectes, si réalistes que je me rends compte seulement après ma visite que ce ne sont pas des photos. Je comprends donc mieux ma déception. Enfin, le site promet des matelas en 160x200. Celui que nous avions dans notre chambre me semble plus petit (140?). Nous n’avons pas testé le restaurant car il était fermé, ni le petit déjeuner

Nice hotel in the city centre. Very easy to reach from the train station , a 15 min walk or 2 stops by tram and 5 min walk. The room is small as advertised and visible from the available photos. Not all amenities available as advertised. Requested for bath tub but totally ignored. Confused about the cancellation messages I received on the dinner which was eventually settled The fitness room was big but not well equipped. Some more equipments would be appreciated for those who like to stay fit while staying. As I booked with breakfast and dinner arrangement : breakfast - very limited choices available some chocolate breads/ croissants /fruits / ham and cheese ; would rather have sth outdoors. But staff very welcoming and attentive. Definitely a big plus making the breakfast still very good. dinner - different menu if you booked it with the hotel night ; including an appetiser , main dish and dessert. None of the dishes really stand out. Didn’t have much taste , very bland taste. Very long waiting time and chaotic service. The dessert is too sweet. Same menu both nights. Can’t imagine having the food consecutive days if you would stay long (in my case 2 nights)
